To support aircraft assembly system analysis and optimization, a producing performance analysis method for assembly unit is proposed on aircraft assembly system in this paper. The stochastic volatility characteristics of assembly system are firstly analyzed, and the equivalent transformations method for the analysis of system performance is studied, to study the factors which contribute to system performance, including operation experience and out-of-tolerance. A method for solving the system resource utilization is proposed based on identified probability density function. A formula to calculate the average productivity of the system is derived, and system performance boundaries are calculated based on flow balance principle. Finally, a method for the calculation of balancing factors of assembly operation units is proposed.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

With all of the research and investment dedicated to artificial intelligence and other automation technologies, there is a paucity of evaluation methods for how these technologies integrate into effective joint human-machine teams. Current evaluation methods, which largely were designed to measure performance of discrete representative tasks, provide little information about how the system will perform when operating outside the bounds of the evaluation. We are exploring a method of generating Extensibility Plots, which predicts the ability of the human-machine system to respond to classes of challenges at intensities both within and outside of what was tested. In this paper we test and explore the method, using performance data collected from a healthcare setting in which a machine and nurse jointly detect signs of patient decompensation. We explore the validity and usefulness of these curves to predict the graceful extensibility of the system.

This paper aims to investigate the cell layout problem of aircraft assembly system. A mathematical model for this problem is proposed, taking into account the integration design of cell layout and logistics network. The means of logistics transportation are divided into horizontal transportation and space transportation, meanwhile, the logistics transportation route is calculated. Based on sequence pair, the presentation of solution structure for cell layout is put forward, and the solution structure is solved using simulated annealing algorithm. This method is applied successfully to the assembly cell layout of the fuselage-wing assembly system for a giant aircraft, and the result shows its feasibility and effectiveness.

Purpose The experience of most European Union (EU) Member States has demonstrated effective anti-corruption practices, making the EU one of the leaders in this field, which can be used as an example to learn from in the field of anti-corruption. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the main features of anti-corruption legislation and strategies to prevent corruption at the national and supranational levels of the EU. Design/methodology/approach The following methods were used in the work: discourse and content analysis, method of system analysis, method of induction and deduction, historical-legal method, formal-legal method, comparative-legal method and others. Using the historical and legal method, the evolution of the formation of anti-corruption regulation at the supranational level was revealed. The comparative law method helped to compare the practices of the Member States of the EU in the field of anti-corruption regulation. The formal-legal method is used for generalization, classification and systematization of research results, as well as for the correct presentation of these results. Findings The main results, prospects for further research and the value of the material. The paper offers a critical review of key EU legal instruments on corruption, from the first initiatives taken in the mid-1990s to recent years. Originality/value In addition, the article analyzes the relevant anti-corruption legislation in the EU member states that are in the top 10 countries with the lowest level of corruption, namely: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.

The authors of the article explore the problem of introducing process and risk-oriented thinking in national organizations. In 2000 the International Organization for Standartization, ISO, announced process approach as the basis principle of management in any organization. It became the embodiment of Deming’s postulate who recommended to consider any activity as a technological process. The authors show the practicability of transition from the functional structure of an organization to integrated process. New ISO 9000:2015 standards reflect presentday challenges and require that organizations should carry out risk assessment and accounting. One of the key objectives of the quality management system is to act as the prevention tool. Preventive action lies in using riskoriented thinking in formulating requirements to the quality management system. The authors introduce the system analysis method in risk management to reveal potential risks and plan preventive action.

Specialists in the field of programming create a huge flow of software, which is mainly aimed at attracting children to specific software products that have a developing effect, rather, as a side effect. The developing effect is not diagnosed in such programs, but it is often declared by the developers. Scientific and methodological response of the pedagogical community to information challenges in the field of preschool education was the creation of the methodology of author's children's animation and the corresponding educational module. In the article two important competences of preschool children are considered, which are basic in relation to many other competences formed at an older age: developed imaginative thinking and developed research abilities. The development of these competences projects as a methodical waymark for the technical development of the methodology of author's children's animation.Thereby, the purpose of the article is to justify the creation of methods for author's children's animation that determines the development of imaginative  thinking and research abilities of preschool-age children, taking into account the requirements of the modern information society. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: content analysis; method of contrastive-comparative analysis of scientific and methodical materials; method of system analysis; method of mathematical and statistical data processing; expert appraisement, generalization of research results.Based on the results of the study, the theoretical foundations of the preschool-age child's competence were determined, a pilot study of the development of preschoolers' competencies, the development and introduction of the educational module "Multstudio I CREATE THE WORLD" into the practice of pre-school pedagogy as a potentially effective means of developing imaginative thinking and research abilities of children, development of recommendations for software providing multstudios in kindergarten.
