Formation and Reactivity of Cu Particles on the Surface of Mixed Copper-Zirconium Phosphate

Phase evolution of copper-containing zirconium phosphates during the temperature treatment up to 900 °C and formation of active Cu0 particles on the surface of these materials in H2/Ar flow were studied. The materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, TPR-H2 at different steps of treatment. Temperature increase up to 900 °C led to removal of oxygen from the CuZr4P6O24 structure with formation of Cu+-containing compounds. Materials treated by H2-containing flow at 600 °C contained Cu0 particles with sizes from 2 nm to 1 μm. Mixed copper-zirconium phosphate was shown to adsorb CO above 80 °C, while pre-reduced materials adsorbed it starting from 30 °C with formation of CO2 above 100 °C.

ABSTRACTA.c. conductivity of a novel large-pore alumina-pillared zirconium phosphate and some lithium ion exchanged samples have been measured by an impedance method. These materials have a conductivity in the range 10-5 to 10-9 Ω-1cm-1 higher than those of alumina-pillared tin phosphate and its lithium derivatives. The electrical behaviour of the pillared zirconium phosphates fits to an equivalent circuit composed by two subcircuits in parallel with a condenser. In a temperature interval (200-500°C), lithium ions are charge carriers and the conductivity increases when heating with activation energies between 0.99 and 1.22 eV.

Temperature is one of the most dominant water quality parameters on the survival of fish, and almost every living organism has the optimum temperature for its life. One of the obstacles in the cultivation activity is the high level of death in the most critical phase of the larvae so that the handling and carrying capacity of optimal environmental conditions can minimize the death of the larvae as well as the extreme temperature changes will also cause higher death rates of larvae. In the maintenance effort, the quality and quantity of the resulting larva becomes an important factor, as the success of production support to reach the next phase. Therefore, to find out the larval synthesis is done research about the optimum temperature with treatment temperature 240C, 260C, 280C and 300C to the survival of maintenance of botia larvae (Chromobotia macrachantus). The water quality parameters of CO2, NH3, DO, and pH are carried out at the beginning and end of the study for 28 days. The results showed that the highest survival rate at temperature treatment 240C and 260C with a value of 100%.Keywords : Botia Larvae, Temperature, Survival Rate AbstrakSuhu merupakan salah satu parameter kualitas air yang sangat dominan terhadap kelangsungan hidup ikan, dan hampir setiap organisme yang hidup didalamnya memiliki suhu optimum untuk kehidupannya. Salah satu kendala dalam kegiatan budidaya adalah tingginya tingkat kematian pada fase paling kritis yaitu larva sehingga penanganan dan daya dukung kondisi lingkungan yang optimal dapat meminimalisir kematian larva demikian pula dengan perubahan suhu yang ekstrim juga akan menyebabkan tingkat kematian larva semakin tinggi. Dalam upaya pemeliharaan, kualitas dan kuantitas larva yang dihasilkan menjadi faktor penting, sebagai penunjang keberhasilan produksi  hingga mencapai fase selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui sintasan larva dilakukan penelitian mengenai suhu optimal dengan suhu perlakuan 240C, 260C, 280C dan 300C terhadap kelangsungan hidup pemeliharaan larva ikan botia (Chromobotia macrachantus). Parameter kualitas air yitu CO2, NH3, DO, dan pH dilakukan pada awal dan akhir penelitian yang dilakukan selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi pada perlakuan suhu 240C dan 260C dengan nilai sebesar 100%.Kata Kunci : Larva Botia, Suhu,Tingkat Kelangsungan Hidup

This study examines the effect of the annealing temperature on the initial electrical characteristics and photo-induced instabilities of amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs). The extracted electrical parameters from transfer curves suggest that a low-temperature treatment maintains a high density of defects in the IGZO bulk, whereas high-temperature annealing causes a quality degradation of the adjacent interfaces. Light of short wavelengths below 460 nm induces defect generation in the forward measurement and the leakage current increases in the reverse measurement, especially for the low-temperature-annealed device. The hysteresis after negative-bias-illumination-stress (NBIS) is quantitatively investigated by using the double-scan mode and a positive gate pulse. Despite the abnormal transfer properties in the low-temperature-treated device, the excited holes are identically trapped at the front interface irrespective of treatment temperature. NBIS-induced critical instability occurs in the high-temperature-annealed TFT.

Nowadays, polyimide-derived graphite films with high thermal conductivity have been increasingly applied in many cutting-edge fields needing thermal management, such as highly integrated microelectronics and wireless communication technologies. This chapter first introduces a variety of functional graphite films with high thermal conductivity of 500–2000 W/m K in the planar direction, then provides the preparation technology (including lab-scale preparation and industrial production) and quality control strategy of high-thermal-conductivity graphite films, which are derived from a special polymer- polyimide (PI) by carbonization and graphitization treatments through a suitable molding press in a vacuum furnace. The morphology, microstructure and physical properties as well as the microstructural evolution and transformation mechanism of PI films during the whole process of high-temperature treatment are comprehensively introduced. The nature of PI precursor (e.g., the molecular structure and planar molecular orientation) and preparation technics (e.g., heat-treatment temperature and molding pressure) are critical factors influencing their final physical properties. Currently challenged by the emerging of graphene-based graphite films, the latest developments and future prospects of various PI-derived carbons and composites (beyond films) with high thermal conductivity have been summarized at the end. This chapter may shed light on a promising and versatile utilization of PI-derived functional carbon materials for advanced thermal management.

Ikan black ghost merupakan salah satu ikan hias komoditi ekspor yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup menjanjikan. Ikan ini menyukai perairan dengan suhu 26 – 28 0C. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh suhu terhadap perkembangan embrio, daya tetas telur dan penyerapan kuning telur ikan black ghost (A. albifrons). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dalam skala laboratories dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 (empat) perlakuan suhu yaitu 24, 26, 28 dan 30 0C dan 3 (tiga) ulangan yang dilaksanakan pada 19 Maret – 04 Mei 2012 di Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Budidaya Ikan Hias Air Tawar Depok, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan waktu perkembangan embrio yang paling cepat adalah perlakuan suhu 30 0C (55 jam 56 menit). Daya tetas telur (HR) presentase yang tertinggi adalah perlakuan suhu 26 0C adalah 36%. Waktu kecepatan penyerapan kuning telur yang paling cepat adalah perlakuan suhu 30 0C (4 hari 21 jam).Hasil Daya Tetas Telur (HR) menunjukan bahwa data didapatkan menyebar normal dengan nilai signifikan 0,932 dan homogenitas 0,848 yang bersifat homogen. Dari uji anova data tersebut terlihat bahwa F hitung adalah 3,167 dengan F tabel 4,07. Karena F hitung < F tabel, maka H0 diterima. Dengan demikian data yang didapatkan Suhu air yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap daya tetas telur larva ikan black ghost .Kata Kunci : Ikan black ghost, suhu, perkembangan embrio, daya tetas telur dan kecepatan penyerapan kuning telurAbstractBlack ghost is one of the prospective ornamental fish export commodities which have fish economic value. These fish prefer waters with range temperature of 26-28 0C. The method used was experimental laboratories with design used Randomized Design Complete with 4 (four) treatment temperature of 24, 26, 28 and 30 0C and 3 (three) replicated whose have been conducted on 19 March to 4 May 2012 at Research and Development Center Aquaculture Freshwater Ornamental Fish Depok, West Java. The results obtained which the longest embryonic development was the fastest time of the treatment temperature is 30 0C (55 hours 56 minutes). Hatching Rate (HR) is the highest percentage is 26 0C temperature treatment was 36%. The speed of absorption of the yolk of the fastest time was 30 0C temperature treatment (4 days 21 hours). The results of Hatching Rate showed that the spread of data obtained normal with a significant value 0,932 and homogeneous 0,848. ANOVA of the data can be seen that F calculated was 3,167 and F table was 4,07. Since F calculated <F table, then H0 is accepted. It means that water temperatures does not directly influence hatching rate black ghost fish larvae.Keywords: black ghost fish, temperature, embryo, yolk absorption, hatching rate.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan waktu pengeringan terhadap mutu organoleptik buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) semi kering, serta menemukan kombinasi terbaik dari kedua perlakuan tersebut. Penelitian dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan dua faktor yaitu suhu (40°C, 50°C dan 60°C) dan waktu (15 jam, 20 jam dan 25 jam) dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan suhu dan waktu pengeringan berinteraksi dan secara sangat nyata berpengaruh terhadap mutu visual, tekstur, aroma, rasa dan penerimaan secara keseluruhan. Kombinasi terbaik adalah perlakuan suhu 60°C dan waktu pengeringan 20 jam dengan nilai organoleptik yaitu mutu visual 3.84 (suka), tekstur 3.96 (suka), aroma 3.69 (suka), rasa 4.04 (suka) dan penerimaan secara keseluruhan 4.24 (suka). ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of temperature and drying time on the organoleptic quality of semi-dry red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) and to find the best combination of the two treatments. The study was designed with a completely randomized design with two factors, namely temperature (40°C, 50°C, and 60°C) and time (15, 20, and 25 hours) with three replications. The results showed that the treatment temperature and drying time interacted and significantly affected the visual quality, texture, aroma, taste, and overall acceptance. The best combination is a temperature treatment of 60°C and drying time of 20 hours with organoleptic values ??such as the visual quality value of 3.84 (favorable), texture value of 3.96 (favorable), aroma value of 3.69 (favorable), taste value of 4.04 (favorable) and overall acceptance of 4.24 (favorable).
