Cystic and bullous lung transformation occurs in diseases of various origins: neoplastic, genetically determined, rheumatic, lymphoproliferative, and infectious diseases. The paper presents a review of the literature and a clinical case of a young female patient with a long history of Sjögren's disease. Fifteen years after the onset of the disease, the patient developed cystic and bullous lung transformation and renal angiomyolipoma, which are regarded as a manifestation of probable lymphangioleiomyomatosis.

Humans have two sets of teeth, deciduous teeth and permanent teeth. When primary teeth fall out, permanent teeth erupt to maintain the chewing function and jaw development. Shedding occurs with increasing level of mobility in primary teeth as a result of root resorption. This report describes an uncommon clinical case that occurred in primary molars with internal resorption and pinkish discoloration. Pink tooth is worrisome for children and parents. Children should have their teeth examined on a regular basis to detect any problems in the process of tooth shedding and eruption.

The main objective of root canal treatment is thorough mechanical and chemical cleansing of the entire pulp space followed by complete obturation with an inert filling material. These molars normally have two roots, one mesial and one distal, and their usual canal distribution is two in the mesial root and one or two in the distal root. This clinical case reports and review of literature describes the management of the mandibular molar with three separate mesial canals including middle mesial canal.

Objective. The main objective of this paper is to emphasize the importance of the early diagnosis of certainty in the cases of acral-acroma malignant melanoma in order to increase the survival rate.Method. The paper is a review of specialty literature and presents a clinical case of acral-acroma malignant melanoma. Clinical case: acral-acroma malignant melanoma with confirmed lymph node metastases and possibly secondary remote dissemination to the skin in a male patient aged 16 years. We conducted histo-pathological and immunohistochemical examinations of the collected tissue-fragments.Results. The results obtained from the histochemical and immunohisto-chemical examinations are presented, as well as the problems of differential diagnosis.Conclusion. The early diagnosis of certainty significantly increases the survival rate. Knowledge and awareness of the population on the use of preventive measures regarding the occurence of the acral-acroma malignant melanoma is therefore required.

AbstractDental agenesis is the most common developmental anomaly in humans and is frequently associated with several other oral abnormalities. In the literature, some terms are used to describe missing teeth like Oligodontia, Anodontia and Hypodontia. Oligodontia is defined as the developmental absence of six teeth or more, excluding third molars. It can be isolated or as a part of a syndrome such as in ectodermal dysplasia. The present case describes agenesis of permanent teeth which are non-familial and with no apparent systemic abnormalities
