Resurrection narratives and the doctrine of resurrectionThe article examined the closing narratives of the four canonical gospels and argued that they should be read as stories and not as historical narratives. These stories, however, show a progressive development and it is evident that the narrators of the later stories embellished the earlier narratives. Christian theologians of later centuries developed these stories into a theology of salvation and linked resurrection to the idea of death being God’s punishment for Original Sin. By doing so, they changed the Gospel of Jesus into the Gospel about Jesus. Currently, people have a different understanding of themselves and the world in which they live. Death is seen as part of the cycle of life and humans, like everything else, will not be resurrected but recycled. That is one of the reasons why Christianity is in dire need of a new paradigm that will take into account the real position of human beings in the cosmos.

  RESUMO Assentado no pressuposto de que o ser humano se vê na contingência incessante de decidir como agir satisfatoriamente nos multifacetados espaços pelos quais se vê obrigado a circular, defende-se neste texto que a leitura se dá sempre a partir do ambiente em que o indivíduo se encontra, já que as condições do entorno são essenciais para que uma reação adequada à manutenção de sua existência possa ser tomada. Na esteira dessa compreensão, o texto procura demonstrar de que forma a sala de aula, por ter se tornado um ambiente repetitivo e que não dá condições ao sujeito de reagir ao meio, teria perdido o potencial para desenvolver a capacidade leitora das crianças, jovens e adultos que a frequentam. O texto propõe então que histórias em quadrinhos, desde que o trabalho não fique restrito às publicações oriundas da comunicação de massa, podem cumprir essa finalidade, proporcionando aos alunos o contato com obras que ofereçam sempre novos modos de organização do espaço ficcional, chamados de “protocolos de leitura”, que fazem as vezes da chamada leitura de mundo.     Palavras-chave: Leitura. Ensino-aprendizagem.     ABSTRACT   Supposing human beings constantly have to make expected decisions according to social conventions, the following paper is based on the idea that reading must reflect the environment where one lives since the contradictions of such environment are essential for a full life. Thus, it tries to show how classroom activities, as they have become repetitive and do not offer one the conditions to interact with the real world, have lost the potential to develop students’ reading capacity. It suggests that comic books, since the activity is not constrained to popular publications, can show students a new fictional point of view called “reading protocol”, which can be seen as a way of reading the world.     Keywords: Reading. Abstract In this paper the truth is studied in the frame of autonomous systems theory. The method of the truth verification is worked out in its functional aspect. The verification is based on comparison of the predicted inner state of the autonomous agent, that is the cognitive subject, to the achieved inner state of the agent. The state is achieved as the result of performing the action in the real world—the agent’s environment. The action design is created on the basis of the agent’s model of the world. The truth is defined as the adequacy of the model of the real world in the context of the goal that is assumed to be reached as the effect of the performed action. The concepts of the cognitive subject, the truth bearings and the knowledge are redefined. The classical problems of aletheiology and epistemology are discussed in the light of the proposed approach. The cybernetic construct of an autonomous agent allows the researcher to consider a wide class of cognitive entities, which, in the previous approaches, have been limited only to human beings as cognitive subjects.

Conventions of Gulf architectural photography, not uncommon in the world, are to foster monumentality. Hence images typically exclude proximate surroundings and especially the real human beings whose miscellaneous and unscripted stances and gatherings would otherwise distract form pure architectural forms. As made clear in the chapter’s images provided by the author, artfully ‘photogenic’ commercial pictures advance a spectacularized model rather than a rendition of buildings as they might be encountered in real life. On the contrary a more contextual view discloses the similitudes with other places in global cities across the world.

Language is studied by humans differently based on the environment in which they are located, so that languages ​​around the world are very diverse. This is because culture, condition, geography, and nature are different between one group of human beings and the others from one place to anothercommunity. Itis known in SindangJawa Cirebon Village that the society in RW 1 (KampungPontas) alongwith RW 2, 3, 4, and 5, agreed to express the real reason why people from KampungPontas who use Javanese language astheir mother language have difficulty in using Sundanese , unlike those in RW 2, 3, 4, and 5 that are generally fluent in Javanese. In the opinion of both people said that the words in Sundanese often use the phoneme "eu", which makes people said Pontas that in fact the Javanese become lazy and difficult in usingSundanese language. The researcher concluded that the lackof ability in these two language skills ultimately influenced the level of bilingual and multilingual capabilities of the community in Pontas Village.

Abstract One of the forms that cybercrime can take at present is illegal access to a computer system. From the very beginning, the world of computers and of the Internet was based on imperfections, defects, and sometimes on poorly understood processes. We might even call this fact “the original sin” of the Internet. In the end, it is not only computer scientists who have come to exploit such defects, but also criminals. In the real world, there are people who break into homes and take away everything they find valuable. In the virtual world, there are individuals who penetrate into computer systems and steal all valuable data.

This paper shows how solidarity is one of the founding principles in Thomas More's Utopia (1516). In the fictional republic of Utopia described in Book II, solidarity has a political and a moral function. The principle is at the center of the communal organization of Utopian society, exemplified in a number of practices such as the sharing of farm work, the management of surplus crops, or the democratic elections of the governor and the priests. Not only does solidarity benefit the individual Utopian, but it is a prerequisite to ensure the prosperity of the island of Utopia and its moral preeminence over its neighboring countries. However, a limit to this principle is drawn when the republic of Utopia faces specific social difficulties, and also deals with the rest of the world. In order for the principle of solidarity to function perfectly, it is necessary to apply it exclusively within the island or the republic would be at risk. War is not out of the question then, and compassion does not apply to all human beings. This conception of solidarity, summed up as “Utopia first!,” could be dubbed a Machiavellian strategy, devised to ensure the durability of the republic. We will show how some of the recommendations of Realpolitik made by Machiavelli in The Prince (1532) correspond to the Utopian policy enforced to protect their commonwealth.

Northern Ireland’s Troubles conflict, like many complex conflicts through the world, has often been conceived as considerably motivated by religious differences. This paper demonstrates that religion was often integrated into an ethno-religious identity that fueled sectarian conflict between Protestants and Catholics in Northern Ireland during the Troubles period. Instead of being a religious-based conflict, the conflict derived from historical divides of power, land ownership, and civil and political rights in Ireland over several centuries. It relies on 12 interviews, six Protestants and six Catholics, to measure their use of religious references when referring to their religious other. The paper concludes that in the overwhelming majority of cases, both groups did not use religious references, supporting the hypothesis on the integrated nature of ethnicity and religion during the Troubles. It offers grounding for looking into the complex nature of sectarian and seemingly religious conflicts throughout the world, including cases in which religion acts as more of a veneer to deeply rooted identities and historical narratives.

Each religious sect has its own characteristics, whether fundamental, radical, or religious. One of them is Insan Al-Kamil Congregation, which is in Cijati, South Cikareo Village, Wado District, Sumedang Regency. This congregation is Sufism with the concept of self-purification as the subject of its teachings. So, the purpose of this study is to reveal how the origin of Insan Al-Kamil Congregation, the concept of its purification, and the procedures of achieving its purification. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a normative theological approach as the blade of analysis. In addition, the data generated is the result of observation, interviews, and document studies. From the collected data, Jamaah Insan Al-Kamil adheres to the core teachings of Islam and is the tenth regeneration of Islam Teachings, which refers to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. According to this congregation, self-perfection becomes an obligation that must be achieved by human beings in order to remember Allah when life is done. The process of self-purification is done when human beings still live in the world by knowing His God. Therefore, the peak of self-purification is called Insan Kamil.
