North Nias’ traditional house is the only oval-shaped traditional house in the whole world. The oval floor plan that is not commonly found in other traditional buildings is analyzed based on anthropological (non-physical) and functional (physical) backgrounds of North Nias and other community groups in various regions whose traditional house forms resemble, which aims to compare and find similarities between them. The method used in this research is comparative, which is a type of descriptive research that aims to find a fundamental answer about cause and effect by analyzing the factors that cause a particular phenomenon. It was found that the process of forming an oval floor plan in a traditional house in North Nias was caused by several factors, including the functional aspect of North Nias community requiring a large oval-shaped space to gather among villagers, and also as a war strategy wherein an oval room, it is easier to observe around the building. From the anthropological aspect, the use of oval shape is related to the belief of the North Nias community. The benefit of this research is to add insight and public references about the use of architectural forms that are not commonly applied.

Histology is the science where microanatomy of cells and tissues are studied, including their role in the body, and the way they are affected by disease. They are the basic elements and building blocks of everything in the body. Therefore, a thorough knowledge of normal histology is very important for the understanding of the normal func- tioning of the human body. It also forms the essential basis for the study of the changes in various tissues and or- gans in disease conditions. In Ayurveda, the micro-anatomical concept can be emphasized under the heading of Paramanu, which can be further elaborated in other different anato-physiological concepts like - Dosha, Dhatu, Upadhatu, Kala in a broad aspect. Srota also in its functional aspect highlights the histological concept. Among all these, Kala and Dhatu specifically indicate the different limiting membrane and tissue of the body. Bhagavata emphasized the Kala as fibrous, serous, or mucosal structures of the body. Therefore, it is necessary to ascertain and re-establish nearest histological concept available in different classics emphasizing on the modern platform for better understanding and implementation of novel innovation. Keywords: Kala, Dhatu, Epithelial tissue, Muscle tissue, Haemopoetic tissue.

Immunization has been one of the biggest success stories of modern medicine. The WHO estimates that at least 10 million deaths were prevented between 2010 and 2015.Ayurveda upholds the unique principles of strengthening innate resistance of an individual in prevention and cure of diseases which is inculcated from the time of conception. The bala or vyadhikshamatva is the functional aspect of ojus.Vyadhi utpadak pratibandhakatva and Vyadhibala virodhitva which are the two aspects of vyadhikshamatva are determined and controlled by the state of Ojus. The immunomodulation is done through the medium of medicines at proper age, dose and state of body along with proper  diet, regimen and state of mind.     The study explores the immuno modulation strategies in children through a literature survey through the Brhat trayee and kaumarabhritya  classics  like Kashyapa samhitha,Arogya kalpadruma  along with relevant online articles..”Prakara yoga” will be elaborated for its immunomodulatory action. An experience survey among ayurveda experts for the use of methodologies for use and practicality of these strategies also is included. Key words : immunomodulation, vyadhikshamatva, ayurveda.

The Human Mind, functional aspect of Human Brain, has been envisaged to be working on the tenets of Chaos, a seeming order within a disorder, the premise of Universe. The armamentarium of Human Mind makes use of distributed neuronal networks sub-serving Sensorial Mechanisms, Mirror Neurone System (MNS) and Motor Mechanisms etching a stochastic trajectory on the virtual phase-space of Human Mind, obeying the ethos of Chaos. The informational sensorial mechanisms recruit attentional mechanisms channelising through the window of chaotic neural dynamics onto MNS that providing algorithmic image information flow along virtual phase- space coordinates concluding onto motor mechanisms that generates and mirrors a stimulus- specific and stimulus-adequate response. The singularity of self-iterating fractal architectonics of Event-Related Synchrony (ERS), a Power Spectral Density (PSD) precept of electroencephalographic (EEG) time-series denotes preferential and categorical inhibition gateway and an Event-Related Desynchrony (ERD) represents event related and locked gateway to stimulatory/excitatory neuronal architectonics leading to stimulus-locked and adequate neural response. The contextual inference in relation to stochastic phase-space trajectory of self- iterating fractal of Off-Center α ERS (Central)-On-Surround α ERD-On Surround θ ERS document efficient neural dynamics of working memory., across patterned modulation and flow of the neurally coded information.

The article is devoted to the functional aspect of religious metaphors in newspaper sports discourse. The material under analysis is English religious metaphors which are studied in quality and popular British newspapers (The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Daily Mirror). According to the traditional point of view, modern research of sports discourse is inseparable from the analysis of media texts, as media do not only cover sports events most effectively but also determine their assessment. Metaphors are considered to provide informative accuracy necessary for effective communication, they create images that affect the attitude of the reader to events covered by the media.

The article continues the series of publications on the problems of multilevel comprehension of systematics in modern educational processes. This determines the attitude to the Russian language course as a discipline of the meta-subject integrative level, which allows to integrate the acquired competencies with other subjects of the school cycle. On the basis of the assimilation of theoretical material tendency to diagnose the formation of competencies in the functional aspect is more clearly defined, when the basis of the norms of language focuses on language: a functional-communicative aspect backbone relies on a linguistic basis. Test materials for the exam on the Russian language correspond to the functional-communicative filling the content of the Programs of the GEF. Awareness of the systematic nature of the processes of studying the subject and diagnosing its assimilation allows to intensify both its assimilation and the diagnosis of the formed competencies, opens up prospects for optimizing the educational process. The article offers examples of compression of theoretical material of different volumes, which help to generalize a huge layer of speech implementations and easily learn them.
