This research investigates effects of artificial intelligence and digital economy on the 4th industry revolution from the perspective of Bangladesh. Artificial intelligence affecting the labor market both positively and negatively. Because of artificial intelligence, few existing jobs have been demolished and few new jobs have been emerged as well. Digital economy in Bangladesh is now an emerging issues with the blessings of artificial intelligence. Few employment opportunities will be created in Bangladesh because of emerging digital economy. The objective of this research is to analyze these opportunities and come out with few policy recommendations to implement towards industry revolution 4. Secondary data have been used along with recent relevant literatures to achieve the above stated objective as this is an empirical research. Ideas regarding revised national plan, financial tools, emerging digital economy in Bangladesh are the prominent outcome of this research. The policy recommendations of managing the gap between digital economy and industry revolution 4 regarding artificial intelligence could be helpful to The Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh to implement policies.

Today, each country has interest in digital economy and has established and implemented policies aimed at digital technology development and digital transformation for the transition to the digital economy. In particular, interest in digital technologies such as big data, 5G, and artificial intelligence, which are recognized as important factors in the digital economy, has been increasing recently, and it is a time when the role of the government for technological development and international cooperation becomes important. In addition to the overall digital economic policy, the Russian and Korean governments are also trying to improve their international competitiveness and take a leading position in the new economic order by establishing related technical and industrial policies. Moreover, Republic of Korea often refers to data, network and artificial intelligence as D∙N∙A, and has established policies in each of these areas in 2019. Russia is also establishing and implementing policies in the same field in 2019. Therefore, it is timely to find ways to expand cooperation between Russia and Republic of Korea. In particular, the years of 2020and 2021marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and not only large-scale events and exchange programs have prepared, but the relationship is deepening as part of the continued foreign policy of both countries – Russia’s Eastern Policy and New Northern Policy of Republic of Korea. Therefore, this paper compares and analyzes the policies of the two countries in big data, 5G, and artificial intelligence to seek long-term sustainable cooperation in the digital economy.

Vocational education purpose is to produce ready-to-work graduates who have the relevant skills for current job employment. Entering the industrial revolution era 4.0 there were massive changes in various industries and workers' ability needs. This article intends to examine the implications of the industrial revolution 4.0 era for vocational education curriculum. Based on the study of various sources and business practices, it is necessary to develop vocational education curriculum that are in accordance with the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and relevant to answering the needs of new skills, such as the ability to create and manage coding, big data, and artificial intelligence. The vocational curriculum needs to apply blended learning, which integrates face-to-face and online learning, so as to more effectively build graduates' abilities and skills. The curriculum also needs to contain mastery of 4.0 competencies such as data literacy, technology literacy and human literacy. In order for the vocational education curriculum to have a broad impact, the government, educational institutions, industries must work together to revitalize the approach and content of the vocational education curriculum. Teachers must also be able to implement good learning to produce optimal graduate performance. Pendidikan vokasi merupakan pendidikan yang menghasilkan lulusan siap kerja yang memiliki keterampilan sesuai kebutuhan dunia kerja. Memasuki era revolusi indusri 4.0 terjadi perubahan yang masif pada perbagai industri dan kebutuhan kemampuan pekerja. Artikel ini bermaksud mengkaji implikasi era revolusi industri 4.0 bagi kurikulum pendidikan vokasi. Berdasarkan kajian berbagai sumber dan praktek bisnis, diperlukan pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan vokasi yang sesuai dengan era revolusi industri 4.0 dan relevan menjawab kebutuhan keterampilan baru, seperti kemampuan membuat dan mengelola coding, big data, dan artificial intelligence. Kurikulum vokasi perlu menerapkan pembelajaran blended learning, yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran tatap muka dan online, supaya lebih efektif membangun kemampuan dan ketrampilan lulusan. Kurikulum juga perlu memuat penguasaan kompetensi 4.0 seperti literasi data, literasi teknologi dan literasi manusia. Agar kurikulum pendidikan vokasi menghasilkan dampak yang luas, pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, industri harus bersinergi untuk merevitalisasi pendekatan dan isi kurikulum pendidikan vokasi. Pengajar juga harus dapat menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang baik untuk menghasilkan kinerja optimal lulusan.

Industrialization is a progressive measure that creates social and economic change by transforming human society from pre-industrialization to industrial era; Industrialization plays a predominant role in the development of the economy, acts as a basic fundamental factor that is influenced by the growth prospects of the economy of a country. The prominence of industrialization creates employment opportunities, balancing the regional development living and poverty eradication, etc. In this context, the unorganized sector acts as a factory for entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities as well as a tool for poverty eradication. So the present study attempts to analyze the working of puffed rice units in the Davangere region. These industries are providing various employment opportunities to the poor and illiterate people. Because these are labor-intensive industries. The present study is based on the puffed rice workers and their working conditions and environment. In malebennur town there are more than 50 puffed rice industries are working. In the study area, people depend on the making of puffed rice for their livelihood. The main purpose of the study is to know about the current status, growth, and development of the puffed rice units and also discuss the government initiative in the development of an unorganized puffed rice cluster in Davangere. The study is based on primary data with field survey and secondary data, which includes different reference books, journals, research papers, seminar proceedings, articles, and government publications, annual reports, etc.

What the internet with its connectivity did to facilitate the third industrial revolution, cloud computing and artificial intelligence have done for the fourth industrial revolution. Technology is changing the world at an alarming rate, which includes products and services that require scale to manage the growing demands of an ever-changing and increasing population. Digital transformation is enabled through cloud technology where human comprehension cannot cope with the size and speed of data required to manage a business in the digital economy. Artificial intelligence and machine learning assist in activities to overcome human limitation, using algorithms to develop predictive and simulation models and scale to provide data for decision making. The technologies employed to run and execute these require skill and resource. The challenge for the modern-day CEO is that the use of technology and its demand in the digital economy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not fully understood by them due to their digital skill level and managing the generational skill sets in their structure.

Microstates face innumerable challenges in braving the 21st century. Limited resources, a small geography, and a small population are just some of the constraints faced. None is more so pressing that the case of Brunei Darussalam, where its heavy reliance on Oil and Gas may have afforded it economic prosperity and political stability since its independence in 1984, but the changes in market structure and global forces have resulted in it facing serious issues, such as its increasing unemployment rate. The Government of Brunei have taken steed in the advice of Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah to unify the body politic through the “Whole-of-Nation” approach and bring about the harmonious constellation of state actors and non-actors, from both the formal and informal sectors, to realizing the country's ambitious Wawasan 2035 and to adapt to the 4th Industrial Revolution. This work will unpack whether the Government has been successful in its efforts to do so. Policy recommendations will also be presented.

The world’s Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 are massively utilising the Internet of Things, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Robotic technology to solve various challenges and social problems. The challenge for the government now is to fully utilise these technologies to improve public services and government administrations. This study focuses on the transformation process of an e-government to become a digital government. The study aims to analyse the current development of e-government in Indonesia and the barriers to implement it as well as to propose how to transform from being an e-government to becoming a digital government. It uses a qualitative approach supported by secondary data. Focus Group Discussion was held in May 2019 to identify e-government barriers factors. The secondary data, meanwhile, was collected through e-government surveys published by the United Nations and E-government Evaluation issued by Indonesia’s Ministry of Empowerment Apparatus and Bureaucracy Reform. Data obtained was analysed using descriptive analysis techniques. Study shows that the development of Indonesia’s e-government is slow and lags behind other ASEAN countries. The E-government index in government institutions is not on target. There is a gap between the e-government indexes and central institutions and gaps between the Provincial and Regency / City Governments. The barriers factors of e-government are: (1) Regulations are not sufficient enough to encourage and guide e-government (2) Lack of data integration; (3) Gaps in the availability of ICT infrastructure between regions; (4) Limited ICT competence and, (5) Bureaucratic culture and leadership. This paper highlights on the emerging issues that compelled Saudi Arabia in transforming its economy to a knowledge-based one. It discusses the pillars of a knowledge-based economy i.e. the institutional model; education; research and development (R&D); and information and communication technology (ICT) adopted by the World Bank Institute framework to analyze the status of a knowledge-based economy in Saudi Arabia. The primary objective of this article is to understand the status of the knowledgebased economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Secondary data was collected for writing the paper. The nine developmental plans of Saudi Arabia (Ministry of Economy and Planning), Ministry of Education reports, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology reports, and Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) reports are some of the important sources of data. The government of Saudi Arabia has laid the foundation for transforming its economy to a knowledge-based one but more is required especially in the field of human resource development and innovation to expedite the easiness of the transforming process.

From an interdisciplinary standpoint, the article considers federal development strategies for the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and electronics. It shows that they all basically proceed from the concept of the fourth industrial revolution, put forward at the Davos Economic Forum. In that concept, the development of the computer reality is considered, first of all, as a tool to increase the effectiveness of social management (“hypercontrol” in the terminology of J.Attali). At the same time, the world of Russia is solving other tasks related to new industrialization and to ensuring economic growth. And that leads to the need to significantly adjust the adopted strategies. The article draws attention to a number of key matters requiring such adjustment. Future engineering technologies, based on multidisciplinary approaches and the computer modeling, allow bringing public administration in Russia to a whole new level. The necessary conditions for that are the trust between managers and scientists, as well as an overcoming the “personnel disaster” in a number of structures of the state apparatus.

Artificial intelligence is the latest stage of technological revolutions, through which mankind is undergoing at present. We have crossed the four phases of first agricultural, second 18th century industrialrevolution, third 20th century industrial revolution and fourth 1970’s scientific revolution. We have entered in to fifth era of information technology revolution when Machines are talking to machines Machines are talking to humans and Machines have gained the power of reasoning. Sophia robot is the latest example of such a revolution. Previous stages of technological revolutions have affected economic environment more than the social environment. Machines had brought changes in economic productivity and we have seen it very recently, but with the introduction of intelligent machines, we are bound to see drastic changes in the human society itself. The fact is reflected in the citizenship for the robot ‘Sophia’. We see that machines have started becoming humans.  The paper proposes to study the effect of these changes on human psychology and then as later effect on the society and the units of the society of the country. Psychological changes in the mankind have hardly been addressed by previous scholars. Path of research will be Artificial intelligence             Impact on human psychology                        Impact on Indian society Primary and secondary data will be collected to study these impacts. Survey tool will be used for data collection. The analysis and interpretation of the data will give us research outcome which can prove helpful in decision making for the future development of artificial intelligence techniques and their acceptance in the society. Such researches can surely contribute in giving correct direction to innovationsin science and their adaptation in the society.
