Increase in size of gingiva, which is termed as gingival enlargement or gingival over growth is a common clinical sign of gingival disease and a matter of great clinical concern. In severe cases, it interefere with mastication and phonation. Enlargement may involve one or more components of gingiva. Depending on the involvement of components of gingiva and distribution, gingival enlargement can be Localized, genaralized and marginal, papillary, diffuse and discrete. Depending on etiology and pathogenesis, it can be classified as inflammatory enlargement, fibrotic enlargement, combined enlargement, enlargement associated with systemic conditions, neoplastic enlargement and false enlargements.

A 19-year-old female patient came with the chief complaint that the upper anterior teeth looked small and with many spaces. The patient claimed that the tooth had never been replaced since birth. The patient wanted to improve the aesthetics of the tooth. Treatment, in this case, was made using a fixed prosthetic to aesthetically rehabilitate through prosthodontic treatment in the anterior teeth agenesis followed by attrition. It can be concluded that fixed prosthodontic treatment using a splint bridge is one treatment option that can be used in multiple anterior teeth agenesis followed by tooth wear. An appropriate material selection increases the aesthetics and functional aspects of the final treatment.

Foster Kennedy Syndrome is a classic, yet rare, neuro-ophthalmologic syndrome due to an intracranial mass, most often a tumor, that consists of optic atrophy on the same side of the lesion and contralateral papilledema. We present the case of a 48-year-old female patient with decreased visual acuity and the typical clinical features described above due to a sphenoid wing meningioma. Although not a common condition, Foster Kennedy Syndrome should always be kept in mind in a patient with visual disturbances secondary to an intracranial mass.
