Background: The results of sedentary time (ST) and health-related physical fitness (HPF) are not completely consistent and the studies concentrated on pre-schoolers are very limited. Methods: We measured ST and ST patterns (ST Bouts time, ST Breaks times) by accelerometer. The health-related physical fitness T-score (HPFT) was calculated by five indexes: height-weight standard score, 20 m shuttle-run test, grip strength, standing long jump and 2 × 10 m shuttle-run test. Results: We included 375 pre-schoolers (211 boys, 164 girls) in the final analysis. The total ST and ST Bouts times negatively correlated with HPFT in pre-schoolers. HPFT reduced by 1.69 and 0.70 points per 10 min increased in total ST and ST Bouts times, respectively. HPFT of the highest quartile group reduced by 9.85 points in total ST, and 10.54 points in ST Bouts time compared with the lowest quartile group. However, the HPFT increased by 0.09 points per 10 times increased in ST Breaks times; the HPFT increased by 16.21 and 15.59 points when moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) replaced total ST and ST Bouts time. Conclusions: HPF negatively correlated with the Total ST and ST Bouts times, but positively correlated with ST Breaks times; and HPF significantly improved when MVPA replaced ST in pre-schoolers.

Developing the shape of human bodies is both one of the important tasks of the sports industry in each country in the world and the need of each individual, especially women. So, what body image is considered standard? We have researched and initially built a rating scale for each of the basic body standards indicators of women including 7/9 body standards indicators. At the same time, it also developed a standard to evaluate the body image of women's body shape through the ratio between waist measurement and indicators such as standing height, bust measurement, and hips measurement. During this study, we used common methods such as reference methods related to research objectives; expert interviews; anthropometric; Statistical mathematics. The study has developed a scale to evaluate the indicators of body beautiful image for each criterion of ideal body standards. This is the basis for them to be able to calculate the measurements of each fitness criterion to exercise in proportion to their height so that they have an ideal body standard, as well as a source of reference for other athletes, trainers, body image trainers, physical education teachers, or researchers on women's health in Vietnam. From there, it helps the practitioner know the correct rings needed have to work out based on his height. This is the basis for them to be able to calculate the measurements of each fitness criterion to exercise in proportion to their height so that they have an ideal body standard.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how well a cumulative risk approach, based on empirically supported predictive factors, predicts whether a young child who stutters is likely to develop persistent developmental stuttering. In a cumulative risk approach, the number of predictive factors indicating a child is at risk to develop persistent stuttering is evaluated, and a greater number of indicators of risk are hypothesized to confer greater risk of persistent stuttering. Method: We combined extant data on 3- to 5-year-old children who stutter from two longitudinal studies to identify cutoff values for continuous predictive factors (e.g., speech and language skills, age at onset, time since onset, stuttering frequency) and, in combination with binary predictors (e.g., sex, family history of stuttering), used all-subsets regression and receiver operating characteristic curves to compare the predictive validity of different combinations of 10 risk factors. The optimal combination of predictive factors and the odds of a child developing persistent stuttering based on an increasing number of factors were calculated. Results: Based on 67 children who stutter (i.e., 44 persisting and 23 recovered) with relatively strong speech-language skills, the predictive factor model that yielded the best predictive validity was based on time since onset (≥ 19 months), speech sound skills (≤ 115 standard score), expressive language skills (≤ 106 standard score), and stuttering severity (≥ 17 Stuttering Severity Instrument total score). When the presence of at least two predictive factors was used to confer elevated risk to develop persistent stuttering, the model yielded 93% sensitivity and 65% specificity. As a child presented with a greater number of these four risk factors, the odds for persistent stuttering increased. Conclusions: Findings support the use of a cumulative risk approach and the predictive utility of assessing multiple domains when evaluating a child's risk of developing persistent stuttering. Clinical implications and future directions are discussed.

Mapping the quality of education in Indonesia needs to be studied so that the provincial government, as the institution responsible for secondary education management policies, can more easily determine priorities and what actions will be taken to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. One of the analytical methods that can be used to map the quality of education is fuzzy c-means. This research aims to classify the quality maps of provinces in Indonesia based on the results of SHS/MA accreditation using the fuzzy c-means method. The fuzzy c-means method can show the probability of objects entering a cluster with a degree of membership. The optimum cluster sizes obtained were 2 and 3. The final solution with cluster size 2 was 12 provinces categorized in cluster 1 and 22 provinces categorized in cluster 2. Clustering with cluster size 3 resulted in cluster 1 consisting of 11 provinces, cluster 2 consisting of 16 provinces, and cluster 3, which consists of 7 provinces. The main character of cluster 1 is a high national education standard score, while the main character of cluster 2 is a low national education standard score. Then the main character of group 3 is the national standard score, whose value is around the national average.

Background: To report the short-term effect of glasses correction for low to moderate hyperopia on measures of reading, visual attention and visual function in children using a placebo-controlled, masked, randomized, multi-center clinical trial. Methods: Children ages 6 to <12 years with +1.00 D to < +4.00 D hyperopia and without strabismus or amblyopia were prospectively enrolled. Participants were randomly assigned to Transitions® photochromatic lenses with hyperopic correction or no correction. The primary outcome measures were change in reading (decoding and reading comprehension). Secondary outcome measures were change in attention and changes in visual function. The primary outcome exam was 6 weeks after glasses were dispensed. Results: There were no significant improvements in reading comprehension or decoding after 6 weeks of glasses wear. Participants assigned to the correction group experienced a greater improvement of 9.14 standard score (95% CI: 4.8, 13.5) in CAS Total Attention score while the change was only 3.46 standard score (95% CI: -1.0, 7.9) among those in the placebo group (p = .074). This result appears to have been driven by a significant improvement in Receptive Attention where the change in the correction group was approximately 3.5 times greater than in the placebo group (between-group p = .044). There was a statistically significant between group difference in accommodative response at both the dispensing (immediate change after glasses; p < .001) and 6-week examination (p = .012). Conclusions: Six weeks of glasses correction for low to moderate levels of hyperopia (2.00 D mean) resulted in no change in reading but significant improvements in receptive attention after 6 weeks of treatment in children age 6 to <12 years.

Abstract Background Face fat overfilling sometimes occurs and is very difficult to repair unfortunately. Objectives The authors report their first experience of micro-liposuction with low negative pressure combined with super-tumescence (LNPST) in a case series of 32 patients. Methods The LNPST micro liposuction was performed in 32 patients aged 22 to 41 (mean, 29.6±4.9) years with facial overfilling. Two independent plastic surgeons intraoperatively monitored and recorded discomfort and bleeding using a grading system. All patients were followed up for haematoma within 1 week postoperatively and for skin numbness and muscle paralysis at 1 week and 3 months postoperatively. In addition, 6 months postoperatively, patient satisfaction with the postoperative aesthetic effects was analysed by Face-Q. Results All patients successfully completed the operation under local anaesthesia. The intraoperative discomfort and blood-loss scores were 1.69±0.62 and 1.22±0.41, respectively. The haematoma score was 1.13±0.34 within 1 W [other scores: postoperative skin numbness (1 W: 1.96±0.62; 3 M: 1.13±0.33) and postoperative muscle paralysis (1 W: 1.22±0.51; 3 M: 1.0±0)]. Overall, neither skin necrosis nor serious complications requiring revision surgery occurred. Seventy-two percent of the patients (n = 23) answered the Face-Q questionnaire (21.8±1.7), covering satisfaction with the outcome score into a standard score (81.7±15.1, from 0 to 100), which verified the high satisfaction rate. Conclusions LNPST technology is a safe and effective method for facial-fat-overfilling repair, with less bleeding, less neuro injury, fewer complications and high patient satisfaction.
