Analysis of Human Resouce Placement Based on Ability and Work Skills using the Profile Matching Method

Human resource management is closely related to employee performance to provide the best service to companies and steak holders. The right placement is a way to optimize the ability, skills towards good work performance for the workers themselves. The right position will be able to help the company (organization) in achieving its goals. Analysis of decision support systems developed in this research uses the Profile Matching method. Criteria for placement of employee positions based on aspects of personality and aspects of work attitude. The results of this research are an analysis used to rank employee competencies that will occupy employee positions in the public relations and admissions departments.

PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika is an outsourcing company that works with PT. Telkom Indonesia, electing employees who will go up / level, but a few months later the level obtained by the employee dropped or decreased level because that will be held re-election for all employees in the Fulfillment division using the Profile Matching calculation (Matching Profile). In the Profile Matching Method, there is a Gap, that is, if the employee's value approaches the value of the gap, the employee's opportunity to level up is even greater. The criteria used for evaluating employee performance are Personal Data criteria, Job Performance criteria, Job Attitude criteria, and Behavior criteria. After analyzing using the Profile Matching method for 28 employees of PT. Infomedia Humanika Solutions obtained rankings and known to be the most superior employee among other employees. For data analysis calculations used Linear Regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that the criteria that had the most influence on employee ranking were the Job Performance criteria and the least influential criteria were the Work Attitude criteria.

Human resources an important role for the agency. Good employee performance can provide a good image for the company. Many companies give rewards or rewards to their employees for their work performance. The assessment is done in addition to giving or appreciation as well as motivation for employees to work better. Problems that often occur in the employee appraisal process are the large number of employees and the criteria assessed and data processing are still in conventional process so that takes a long time and the results of the assessment are still not objective. To overcome, application was built could simplify the employee performance appraisal process. The method used is Profile Matching to assess and determine employees who excel. Factors or criteria used in the form of performance, discipline, honesty, years of service, cooperation. Profile matching is broadly the process of comparing the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value. Application is built based on web with PHP programming and MYSQL. To help the process of employee performance appraisal at Universitas Prima Indonesia. Collecting data in research using literature studies, observations, interviews, and sampling. Result the research is Profile Matching Method can be use for Decision Support System in determining employee achievement, with the highest calculation results in the sample data obtained by A3 and the lowest position obtained by A1. In academic, research can be an enrichment of teaching materials especially in subject of Decision Support Systems and information systems in general.

The approach of this research is qualitative and descriptive. In this study those who become the subject of research is an informant (key figure). The subject of this study is divided into two main components, consisting of internal public and external public that is from the Board of the Central Executive Board of Gerindra Party, Party Cadres, Observers and Journalists. The object of this research is the behavior, activities and opinions of Gerindra Party Public Relation Team. In this study used data collection techniques with interviews, participatory observation, and triangulation of data. The results of this study indicate that the Public Relations Gerindra has implemented strategies through various public relations programs and establish good media relations with the reporters so that socialization goes well. So also with the evaluation that is done related to the strategy of the party. The success of Gerindra Party in maintaining the party’s image in Election 2014 as a result of the running of PR strategy and communication and sharing the right type of program according to the characteristics of the voting community or its constituents.Keywords: PR Strategy, Gerindra Party, Election 2014

The analysis then moves on to examine the communication to the public right created by the Copyright and Related Rights in the Information Society Directive, examining the application of the right through key cases such as Nils Svensson v Retriever Sverige, GS Media v Sanoma Media, and Stichting Brein v Ziggo BV.

<em><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A company will be able to survive if it has a good corporate image in the public. Public relations in every company is important to have the right strategies. To maintain coporate sustainibility, required relations between company with the community as an external public through community relations. PLN as a state company in charge of providing the power supply to all regions in Indonesia, run a community relations with the community in an area that has not received the power supply with Micro-hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) Programs. One of the PLTMH program is made in Lebak Picung. This study aims to determine the implementation of the community relations programs by PLN in Lebak Picung, as well as analyzing the relationship of community relations program with the process of corporate image building, and analyze the process of corporate image with PLN’s corporate image formed on community that received PLTMH program in Lebak Picung. Data is collected by census at all household and the respondents are the head of family or member who can represent of all members in the house. Data obtained thorough observation, in depth interviews and interviews using a questionnaire. The overall question in the quesionnaire using an ordinal scale then continued on correlations test. The results show the influence of respondent in the brand image building process is the judgementto the benefits. Respondent’s involvement in the program was not shown  to have influence in corporate image process.  In addition, there is a positive relationship between the process of corporate image that forms on the respondent. The more respondent rated PLTMH program provides positive benefits, the level of exposure, attentions and comprehensive of the responden are also tends to be high. Companies need to consider that the empowerment program should consider the needs of the targets, so the programs can be mutually beneficial. The company has a very positive image in the public so it maintain continuity of businessand community needs as program beneficiaries are met.</span></em>

An employee performance evaluation of the Buddhist Dharma University is needed to see the potential of its human resources. To get an employee performance appraisal in one year requires a decision support system that is fast and measurable so that the information obtained is accurate. The method used in assessing employee performance uses profile matching and is compared with the SAW (simple additive weight) method so that the results can be properly compared. The purpose of employee appraisal is so that leaders can easily obtain information about employee performance ratings at Buddhii Dharma University. The results of the value using the profile matching method can be recommended for salary increases and positions of 4 employees. Which can be recommended for salary increases there are 17 employees and those who are not eligible for salary increases and positions are valued at 12 employees. And comparing with the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method, there are 19 employees who are eligible to raise salaries and 14 employees who are not eligible to raise salaries and positions

Bali Hai Cruise is one of the companies engaged in marine tourism at Lembongan village, Klungkung regency. The cruise has been established for 28 years and until now still maintained its existence as one providers of the marine tourism providers in Bali. They offer exclusive day trips at Lembongan just in one day. This research aims to provide an overview of the marine tourism attractions and find out public relations strategy of Bali Hai Cruise. This research uses qualitative data. Data is collected by observation, interview and literature study. There are several key concepst of this research, such as: strategy, public relations, public relations strategy, and marine tourism. The result of the research shows that Bali Hai Cruise have a public relations strategy based on internal company relationship by maintaining the quality of human resources and still give attention on the right employee, although the company has not been consistent in financial management. While on external company relations, Bali Hai Cruise is focusing on maintaining the image and brand of the company, even though the company still gets protests from the public because of coastal private beach. Sinar Asia Perkasa is a manufacturing company, where this company is always required to innovate and improve the quality and quality of its products. Because of this, the company PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa must improve itself to get employees who have high quality and work productivity. Employees are one of the most important parts of a company that must be managed properly. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.
