XYZ is a company engaged in the production of iron ore into semi-finished products (Iron Reduction). The machine company has a very important and vital role to support the production process. Rotary Kiln is a place where iron ore reduction occurs, the result of which is called an iron reduction kiln or commonly known as sponge iron. By looking at the constraints at PT. XYZ on its production machines often breakdowns, which is a fundamental reason for researchers to increase the reliability level of the rotary kiln b PT XYZ production machine. XYZ. The research was carried out on the Rotary Kiln B machine made in Germany which plays a high enough role in the company. The research objective was to analyze the reliability (reliability) of Rotary Kiln b at PT. XYZ. The method used is Reliability with the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) method. From the calculation of reliability on Rotary Kiln B with an operating time of 289 hours, the results are 0.5371 and MTTR 537.7732. The higher the reliability value, the better the machine used in the operation process.

Rotary Kiln as a pyroprocessing device is used to raise the temperature of the material to a high temperature (calcination) in a continuous process. By looking at the constraints on PT. Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel, whose production machines often have breakdowns, is a fundamental reason for researchers to increase the reliability level of PT. Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel. The research was conducted on the Rotary Kiln Machine made in Germany which plays a high enough role in the company. The method used is the Reliability with Mean Time to Repair Method (MTTR). From the results of calculations of Reliability with MTTR on Rotary Kiln A is Reliability at the time of 296 hours operation results obtained by 0.5371 and MTTR 537.7732. Human Capital (HC) reflects the knowledge capital of employees of an organization. In this era there was a huge changes in the economic field where human capital would be a factor of production that has a vital role. One way to increase human capital for companies is to increase expertise through learning experience programs. Profitability is a reflection of the financial performance of a company and a company that is well aware of the management of Human Capital, because the good and bad of Human Capital will affect the company's financial position directly and affect the company's profitability in the end. This study aims to determine whether the influence of human capital on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable in the banking companies on the IDX registered in 2012-2016. This study uses two approaches, namely descriptive approach and explanatory approach. The technique of determining the sample of this study was purposive sampling carried out on banking companies which during 2012 to 2016 were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Objective: The cotton textile industry, as a competitive industry in China's international competition, is confronting new opportunities and challenges brought by the growing process of mechatronics. To further improve the traditional drive control of combing machines made in China and the automatic level of machines as a whole, some of our cotton textile enterprises have undertaken necessary technical transformations on the combing machines so as to raise the operational efficiency and production technology of domestic textile equipments. Methods: This paper focuses on the basic status and dynamic characteristics of the drive part of the domestic new comber, and analyzes the operation process of the comber and the prominent problems from the production practice. Results: The technically improved drive control system uses an industrial control computer (IPC) as the core of the system, which effectively improves the overall working efficiency of the comber, and improves the production accuracy and production efficiency. Conclusion: The combers that are textile machinery equipments with comprehensive application of machines, electricity, gases and instruments, play a vital role in enhancing product quality and production efficiency. Highly intelligent and integrated process control, real-time monitoring and accurate data acquisition and data analysis have become the mainstreams in the development of auto-control. Therefore, the commitment of high technology to transform the traditional production mode has also been an important research.

Rolling bearings are usually considered to be non-repaired items the reliability of which is characterized by mean time to failure, or so called basic rating life. Reliability describes these parameters well in case the bearings are used in operation up to the very time the failure occurs, or during the time corresponding with basic rating life. In case of railway applications the bearings are often used in large groups and are preventively replaced after much shorter operating time as compared with their basic rating life. In the article there is a model which enables us to describe the bearings reliability in this specific case and to specify a number of failures which might be expected from a group of bearings during operating time, or to determine mean operating time between failures of bearings.

PT Lucas Djaja is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry which produce sterile drugs and non-sterile. Filling machine has a high failure rate and expensive corrective maintenance cost. PT Lucas Djaja has a policy to perform engine maintenance by way of corrective maintenance. The study focused on the critical components, namely bearing R2, bearing 625 and bearing 626. When the replacement of the failure done by the company is currently using the formula mean time to failure with the result of bearing R2 at point 165 days, bearing 625 at a point 205 days, and bearing 626 at a point 182 days. Solutions generated by using age replacement method with minimization of total maintenance cost given on the bearing R2 at a point 60 days, bearing 625 at the point of 80 days and bearing 626 at a point 40 days.

Abstract Entrepreneurial activity is one of the main factors in the development of the market economy of the state, the internal and external markets of Ukraine and innovative industries. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is to analyse the peculiarities of the legal position of a company after a decision has been made to terminate it. It is established that the liquidation of legal entities is performed without the transfer of the rights and obligations of the liquidated enterprise to other persons, i.e. without succession. Upon liquidation of the enterprise, its rights and obligations are terminated. The current civil legislation does not provide for the limitation of the powers of the liquidation commission in cases of liquidation based on a court decision. It is argued that the liquidation commission be terminated when an entry on termination of the activity of a legal entity is made in the unified state register.

Abstract Based on operational data concerning the dates of failure of the water supply network, a mean time to failure was performed. The calculations were performed for the main network, distribution network and water supply connections. The hypothesis about exponential working time between failures was verified using the Pearson test (χ2). The presented analyses provide an attitude of further analyses related to modelling the work of renovation and repair teams, associated with the selection of their appropriate number, and also to ensure the required level of safety and reliability of water supply to the consumers.
