The smooth production process of PT Nugraha Indah Citarasa Indonesia is often disrupted because AM Korin machines that act for filling processes often experience damage and cause the need to repair components that are very detrimental to the company because of the time lost for production due to breakdown of these engine components, causing production loss. Preventive maintenance schedule is needed to prevent damage in the future to find out the maintenance time intervals for AM Korin engine components so as to eliminate downtime based on selection with the most minimal cost savings. Age Replacement is a preventive replacement based on the age of the component by following a certain distribution pattern. So preventive replacement is carried out by re-establishing the time interval for the next preventive replacement in accordance with a predetermined interval in the event of a replacement due to the damage that occurred. The Age Replacement method serves to accurately predict AM Korin engine component replacement activities that often suffer damage by analyzing based on historical data of damage to these components as well as knowing the optimal cost emphasis for each time interval of component replacement. The results of the study showed that one of the optimal replacement intervals was 23 days for sensor components with a replacement cost of Rp. 77. 625,000 which reduces the cost of previous treatments, which is Rp. 99,900,000.

More recently, sturgeon fish were classified as a national treasure of our country, since among the world's reserves, Russia accounted for up to 90%. Nevertheless, over the past 10-15 years there has been a catastrophic decline in sturgeon stocks in almost all water bodies of the country. The main reason for the widespread landslide decline in stocks of sturgeon fish is the excess of the withdrawal over the recruitment of generations. In conditions of anthropogenic pollution of water bodies, the creation of sturgeon broodstock using industrial methods of rearing is a way to preserve the gene pool of these most valuable representatives of the world ichthyofauna and obtain seedlings for commercial fish farming. In connection with the use of industrial methods of fish rearing, the need for their physiological control increases. One of the sensitive methods that allows you to quickly and accurately establish the physiological state of fish, as well as assess the conditions for their cultivation, is the physiological-biochemical, hematological method, the leukocyte formula, since blood is a polyfunctional system of the body that dynamically responds to all changes, both internal and external. Wednesday. The aim of the study is to determine the boundaries of the reference values in terms of physiological, biochemical, hematological indicators, as well as the leukocyte formula in aquatic organisms of different-age replacement broodstock of sterlet and the quality of conditions for its cultivation in the conditions of the cage complex.

AbstractTo assess the safety of cosmetic contact lenses and to identify other factors of contact lens (CL)-related complications for Japanese females. A web-based, cross-sectional, observational survey of complications related to CL use was performed. The frequencies of complications were compared between transparent and cosmetic CLs. Besides lens pigmentation, age, replacement schedule, total experience, daily wear time, location of purchase, stacking of CLs, CL exchange with friends, compliance to hygiene procedure, replacement of CLs at intervals longer than recommended, and CL wear overnight were considered as risk factors. Logistic regression analyses were performed to calculate the odds ratios. A total of 3803 Japanese females were analyzed. The frequency of adverse events was 33.4% (95%CI 31.3–35.4%) and 35.7% (95%CI 33.5–38.0%) for transparent and cosmetic CLs, respectively. In a multivariate model, statistically significant factors associated with complications included the following: quarterly schedule lenses, replacement at intervals longer than recommended, compliance to hygiene procedure, overnight wearing, purchase at physical shops and on the internet, and longer daily wearing time. Most of the risk-increasing behaviors are preventable. The role of public health ophthalmology is to increase awareness and to improve CL use behaviors.

AbstractThe performance and effectiveness of an age replacement policy can be assessed by its mean time to failure (MTTF) function. We develop shock model theory in different scenarios for classes of life distributions based on the MTTF function where the probabilities $\bar{P}_k$ of surviving the first k shocks are assumed to have discrete DMTTF, IMTTF and IDMTTF properties. The cumulative damage model of A-Hameed and Proschan [1] is studied in this context and analogous results are established. Weak convergence and moment convergence issues within the IDMTTF class of life distributions are explored. The preservation of the IDMTTF property under some basic reliability operations is also investigated. Finally we show that the intersection of IDMRL and IDMTTF classes contains the BFR family and establish results outlining the positions of various non-monotonic ageing classes in the hierarchy.
