Thesis is a scientific essay that is required as part of academic education requirements. Thesis is arranged and maintained to achieve a bachelor's degree at a tertiary institution, done according to certain rules and procedures. Thesis registration at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Palangka Raya still uses a manual system, where the submission of titles is still using paper forms and students are asked to fill out a research registration form. Students must meet the P2M Section to submit a research title. Information about the seminar schedule is still posted on the bulletin board so students must come to campus to view seminar schedule information. To overcome these problems, a study was made, namely Analysis and Design of Software Registration and Scheduling of Thesis Examinations at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Palangka Raya Website Based with the stages of research divided into two stages, namely: (1) literature study and (2) software development by applying modified waterfall method which includes four steps namely system analysis, design, implementation and testing. For implementation using PHP in making program code and Mysql as a database to store data. Furthermore, software testing uses Blackbox testing. This software has facilities to support the progress of the thesis process at the Faculty of Medicine, Palangka Raya University, namely: (1) Submission of Research Proposals, (2) Registration of Research Proposal Seminars and Registration of Thesis Exams, (3) Scheduling of Research Proposal Seminars and Scheduling Exams Thesis. Users of this software are twofold, namely the P2M and Student Sections. Based on the results of tests conducted on users, it can be seen that this software can run well.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Tumbang Rungan sub-district in Palangka Raya manages population data as part of Population Administration, among others; Death Certificate, Certificate of Marriage / Marriage, Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Disability Certificate, Building Construction Permit (IMB), Land and Building Tax, and Land Certificate. Currently there are still many government agencies that manually process population data, including Tumbang Rungan Village, Palangka Raya City, which still uses paper-based forms. If the listed requirements are incomplete, then the person concerned must go home / return first to complete the missing requirements, until they are sufficient and complete. This is very troublesome and wasteful of energy and other sacrifices. Kelurahan Tumbang Rungan, Palangkaraya City, plans to build a system that aims to assist the community in submitting information and receiving complaints by utilizing web facilities as well as monitoring the correspondence process (which is being processed or completed), and to enable the public to fill in data online. Kartu Rencana Studi is an important activity carried out by students to determine the courses to be taken in the following semester, the process of filling out Kartu Rencana Studi is done one week before the lecture is really active and if students do not fill out in accordance with applicable regulations, the student concerned is considered on college leave. In the Department of Non-School Education, the University of Palangka Raya to fill in Kartu Rencana Studi still uses a manual method where students consult with their academic supervisor to ask for approval of the courses to be programmed in the semester that will take place. In the implementation of this filling process can cause problems, one of which is the delay of students in completing Kartu Rencana Studi, it is difficult to control the courses taken by students, not all courses that want to be programmed in accordance with the courses issued and there are some specific subjects who experience conflicts on the same scheduled day and hour make students have to readjust the schedule and courses to be taken with the available schedule. This research design made up of two stages: (1) data collection and analysis conducted by means of literature study and observation, (2) applying the waterfall method already modified with the stages is system analysis, design, implementation and testing. The implementation uses PHP and Mysql as a database to store data. Furthermore, at this testing stage using the Blackbox method.

Article purpose was to make computerized system useable for running the company operational and the activity always needs information. The data collecting method were done by literature study, field study, and documentation study. Analysis and design method consisted of four phase, which were investigation system, analysis system, design system, and implementation system. The result from observation was the company needs transaction recording system that computerized so every selling or buying transaction of foreign currency can directly update the inventory. The conclusion is that the up-to-date selling and inventory information can help manager in making decision.

AbstractIn this paper, a generic full-system estimation software tool is introduced and applied to a data set of actual flight missions to derive a heuristic for system composition for mass and power ratios of considered sub-systems. The capability of evolutionary algorithms to analyse and effectively design spacecraft (sub-)systems is shown. After deriving top-level estimates for each spacecraft sub-system based on heuristic heritage data, a detailed component-based system analysis follows. Various degrees of freedom exist for a hardware-based sub-system design; these are to be resolved via an evolutionary algorithm to determine an optimal system configuration. A propulsion system implementation for a small satellite test case will serve as a reference example of the implemented algorithm application. The propulsion system includes thruster, power processing unit, tank, propellant and general power supply system masses and power consumptions. Relevant performance parameters such as desired thrust, effective exhaust velocity, utilised propellant, and the propulsion type are considered as degrees of freedom. An evolutionary algorithm is applied to the propulsion system scaling model to demonstrate that such evolutionary algorithms are capable of bypassing complex multidimensional design optimisation problems. An evolutionary algorithm is an algorithm that uses a heuristic to change input parameters and a defined selection criterion (e.g., mass fraction of the system) on an optimisation function to refine solutions successively. With sufficient generations and, thereby, iterations of design points, local optima are determined. Using mitigation methods and a sufficient number of seed points, a global optimal system configurations can be found.

With the development of manufacturing automation and intelligent increasing speed, the construction in plant management information has been important tasks to promote business innovation ability, improve competitiveness and manufacturing execution. In this paper, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and object-oriented modeling technology were applied to model the static structure and dynamic behavior of the plant management information from requirement analysis to system implementation, including functional requirement model, static structural model, asset management time sequence chart, system physical model and so on. The visualized system analysis method and technology better planned the system design and improved the efficiency of the system development. It will play a guiding role in the object-oriented software development.
