Article purpose was to make computerized system useable for running the company operational and the activity always needs information. The data collecting method were done by literature study, field study, and documentation study. Analysis and design method consisted of four phase, which were investigation system, analysis system, design system, and implementation system. The result from observation was the company needs transaction recording system that computerized so every selling or buying transaction of foreign currency can directly update the inventory. The conclusion is that the up-to-date selling and inventory information can help manager in making decision.

This research conducted at Kopsyah BMT Bakti Nurul Huda and applied a computerized system of funding and financing activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the accounting information system of funding and financing activities have been running, whether the system has been running well and how alternatives system is effectively applied in Kopsyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Data analysis techniques consist of a literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data were collected from interviews, notes, and documents related to accounting activities, while secondary data consist of organizational structure, job description, documents, forms, and accounting records. The analysis tool consists of system analysis and design system with DFD, ERD, normalization, database, and design input as well as output. The results show that Kopsyah has double positions on Baitulmaal between secretary with accounting and cashier or teller with the head of KUB, on Baitultamwil between the cashier or teller with accounting. Documents and the copies have been made, although there are some documents that do not have copies. Recording and data storage are analyzed with daily cash book, control card and Excel. The researcher proposes to separation positions by adding cashier or teller for Baitulmaal, one accounting, and one finance manager. The researcher also proposed to replace membership book from manual to printed form, eliminate the function of some documents in Baitulmaal, such as daily cash book, control card, and letter of application to become member, add documents and copies, such as receipt which consists of two sheets, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, slip of disbursement financing and slip of installment financing consists of three sheets and use computerized system and server as well as data storage with database. This study discusses specifically the encryption mechanism that maintains the integrity of the game data on online games. The purpose of this study is to implement symmetric key encryption and checksum for score calculation. There are two methods conducted in this study: analysis and design. The analysis method isperformed in two ways: analysis of existing systems and analysis of literature study. System design method used is prototyping. The results obtained are implemented on online game competition ‘Expedisi Indosat’ through Facebook from 3 – 30 July 2011. The implementation of symmetric key encryption mechanism and the checksum is useful to maintain data integrity on games especially the results score when the game is running and when there is data transmission from the client to the server.

The inventory system is a system that has a very important role in a company. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. Problems at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa is due to the fact that the data has not been stored in a good file and the management and processing of inventory data is still processed in a conventional way, which has a very significant effect on the quality of the data and information produced. The main objective of this research is to produce an inventory system that is powerful and in accordance with the needs of the users associated with the inventory system. The system development method in this inventory system uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language, DataBase MySQL. It is hoped that with the implementation of this inventory system at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa can make it easier to store and process data and information such as stock-taking data, information on incoming and outgoing goods transactions, purchase and sales return data, managing customer and supplier data to making product stock reports and assembly reports. The practice of brokering is one of the concerns felt by the community at immigration services. The Directorate General of Immigration immediately followed up on the report, and appealed to all technical units of immigration to eradicate brokering practices and the practice of extortion (illegal levies) on immigration services. In line with this appeal, the Directorate General of Immigration made an online application called APAPO. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non-TPI Kediri in follow-up to the practice of extortion and brokering also built the Flip Barrier Gate system. This system utilizes the use of RFID (Radio Frequent Identification) technology embedded in the access card. However, over time, this system began to find some problems. Among the obstacles that have arisen are the inactivity of this system because it is feared that it will become the center of the spread of COVID-19 due to the alternating use of access cards. In this research, development planning is carried out for the Flip Barrier Gate Class II Non-TPI Kediri Immigration Office. Flip Barrier Gate is integrated with APAPO through the use of QR code booking code as an access reader. In development planning, this study uses the system development theory described by Tata Sutabri. This phase consists of 5 stages, namely, system investigation, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system maintenance.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

In this paper, we used UML method to complete the whole hospital information system analysis and design. It is described the system and determine the requirement of system’s function. It also completes the system’s architecture design and detailed design and implement to the system. The main idea of thesis is as follows: 1)It adopt UML to object-oriented the modeling hospital information system, and will be a good way to solve a few questions from hospital information system in nowadays. 2)It moves around the main ideas of RUP (use-case driven, architecture-centric, iterative and incremental). At the beginning of get demand, through the system analysis, system design, until to the final of the system implementation. It adopts the stepwise deduction to go deep into the way of refining organization to anatomize the whole the process of the hospital information system. Through the success of the hospital information system modeling to prove that the core idea of the UML-based on RUP modeling techniques is practical in the development of large-scale of application systems. At the same time, it also prepared to provide a better reference and instance for the project or team to adopt this technology.

The proper meshing design of rotundity-datum-aperture Hy-Vo silent chain and involute sprockets is of vital importance to ensure the favourable transmission properties of the system consisting of the silent chain and involute sprockets. Based on the study of the meshing theory of rotundity-datum-aperture Hy-Vo silent chain and involute sprockets and the rolling cutting theory between sprocket and hob, the meshing design system is built among rotundity-datum-aperture Hy-Vo silent chain, sprocket, and hob, and the resolved expressions are put forward, which may instruct meshing design and calculation of Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket. The paper also discusses the variation of the equivalent side-heart distance and the effect of the sprocket pressure angle on the meshing between Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket. The application in real engineering proves that the new design method is scientific and feasible.

The role of money changers is very important in meeting the needs of foreign exchange for the community. This role can also be fulfilled by banks and other financial institutions. People who want to order foreign currencies at this time still have to go through traditional procedures, where the buyer is required to come directly to the place of foreign exchange. This study intends to build a system design that can make currency orders and provide information on foreign exchange rates contained in each money changer through a web-based application. This research uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method, literature study, and data collection methods using a questionnaire. Based on the problems outlined and the results of the study, this system can be a source of information on foreign exchange rates and also an alternative order for foreign exchange. Foreign exchange orders can be made online through this information system. This system will continue to be developed with various features such as payment methods using biometric security methods with the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. So users can search for foreign currency values and order them easily through online media.

Perpustakaan merupakan tempat yang banyak digunakan mahasiswa untukmencari informasi didalam memecahkan suatu masalah yang ditemui pada prosespembelajaran. Pemanfaatan teknologi aplikasi berbasis android sangat membantuperpustakaan dalam memberikan pelayanan sirkulasi perpustakaan yang cepat,akurat, real time dan up to date. Metode yang digunakan untuk rancang bangunprototype perancangan sistem informasi sirkulasi perpustakaan berbasis mobilemenggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan Structured SystemsAnalysis and Design Method (SSADM).Algoritma yang digunakan pada proses pencarian pustaka melalui teksmenggunakan algoritma boyer moore sehingga proses pencarian data akan menjadilebih cepat. Pengujian dilakukan dalam rangka melakukan verifikasi dan validasiperangkat lunak. Proses verifikasi dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian white boxsedangkan proses validasi dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian black box.Pengujian usabilitydigunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kegunaan dari sebuahaplikasi dan merupakan kunci keberhasilan sebuah produk dengan syaratpenerimaan pengguna. Pengujian usability pada penelitian ini mencakup 4 aspekutama learnability, flexibility, effectiveness, dan attitude.Penelitian yang dilakukan mampu menghasilkan perancangan sisteminformasi perpustakaan berbasis mobileandroid menggunakan metode waterfalldengan pendekatan Structured System Analysis and Design Method (SSADM). Fituryang ada pada sistem sangat memudahkan user dalam mendapatkan berbagaiinformasi mengenai pelayanan perpustakaan.
