In this article is studied the biological conditions of imidacloprid and acetamiprid pesticides under laboratory conditions and the storage of the objects in a state preserved in ethyl alcohol. There were determined in the composition of the biological object stored in the laboratory the imidacloprid was detected after 13.07% in 90 days and in objects preserved with ethyl alcohol - 14.05%. When the biological object containing acetamiprid was analyzed after 90 days, it was found to be 4.45%, and when the object was stored under 95% ethyl alcohol5.72%. In the analysis of acute poisoning cases with imidacloprid and acetamiprid, it is recommended that their shelf life should be taken into consideration.

Two setups for X-ray visualization of objects interior structure were designed and assembled in TPU. These radiographic systems are based on linear gas-discharge and GaAs semiconductor detectors. During investigation of biological object control of radiation doses has a high priority. In this report radiation dose calculations in X-ray visualization are presented. These calculation also includes dose calculations of sinograms which are used for reconstruction of tomography slices.

Aim. Poisonings with ethanol and surrogate alcohols are preventable causes of morbidity and mortality posing a serious threat to population health. The aim of the study was to analyze the dynamics of the incidence of acute poisoning with ethyl and surrogate alcohols in the Irkutsk region for the period from 2010 to 2017, and to discuss it in the context of the regional and federal policy aimed at regulation of the alcohol - containing products. Materials and methods. The data of the statistical reporting form No. 12-15 “Information on the results of toxicological monitoring” in the Irkutsk region for the period from 2010 to 2017, the data of the Federal State Statistics Service RosStat on the incidence of acute chemical poisoning, and on incidence of acute poisoning with ethyl alcohol and surrogate alcohols were analyzed. Subsequent interpretation of the results in the context of the regional and federal alcohol control policy has been performed. Results. In the Irkutsk region, during the analyzed period of time there was observed a high incidence of acute poisonings with ethanol and surrogate alcohols with territorial differences within the region, and with positive dynamics of reduction of incidence by 38.7% in 2017 in comparison to 2010. Poisonings with ethanol occupy a leading place in the structure of the incidence in comparison with poisoning with other alcohols. The Irkutsk region was ranked 9th among all other subjects of the Russian Federation in 2017 by level of morbidity with alcohol poisonings. Among all cases of poisonings the proportion of the adult working age population was 89.1%, males - 77%, and unemployed population - 57.8%, which suggests that these categories of population are under the highest risk of acute poisoning with ethanol and surrogate alcohols. Conclusion. Strengthening control over the illegal distribution of ethyl alcohol and alcohol - containing products, especially in the territories situated along the Federal highways is seen as a priority area for action. Control of distribution of alcohols between 2010 and 2017 on the territory of the Irkutsk region allowed reducing incidence of poisonings by 38.7%. To maintain the positive dynamics of reducing morbidity and mortality from acute poisoning of alcohol etiology, to preserve the labor potential of the population of the Irkutsk region, it is necessary to further strengthen and reinforce control measures at the regional level.

Outlined is a review of the literature data on the modern technologies for examination of the spatial (3-D) submicroscopic structural arrangement of biological objects with a high spatial resolution. Capacities of the instrumental visualization and analysis of a three-dimensional biological object significantly facilitate the overall characterization of its structural-functional properties.

The article discusses non-contact thermal imaging methods for determining diseases of biological objects: video digital identification and thermography. When studying inflammatory processes in the body of a biological object using thermograms, one should refuse to register only the native thermal picture, which is static, and it is imperative to assess its dynamics. If a series of thermograms shows local changes in the thermal picture in the form of an increase or decrease in infrared radiation in those areas and at the time that were supposed, only in this case it is possible to speak unambiguously about the objectivity of thermal imaging information. Creation of a methodology for the application of digital analysis of video profiles of the shape and ratio of the dimensions of an object, and comparison of the results with the thermographic picture of a thermal imaging image of a functional thermal imaging of thermograms in normal conditions and with inflammation in a biological object.

The results are presented of the estimation of sensory quality (shape, odour, colour, taste, consistency, crust, crumb etc.), mould and yeast counts, aw value, and pH in 8 bakery croissant-type products with nougat cream filling during storage under laboratory conditions (20 ± 2°C) for the periods of up to 90 days (0; 30; 45; 60; 75 and 90 days). The products differed in the type of dough (brioche, croissant), the aw value of the cream, and in the presence or absence of sorbic acid in the spirit spray applied onto the surface of the products under investigation. The above-indicated parameters were examined also in the nougat cream samples on day 0 and 90 of the storage. The selected quality parameters permitted to estimate the shelf life of the products in the dependence on various technological conditions (sorbic acid, recipe, aw value).

The article presents an overview of current literature on the problem of forensic diagnosis of acute poisoning by ethanol and its surrogates. Morphological and forensic chemical criteria for the diagnosis of ethanol intoxication are presented, variants of patho- and thanatogenesis are described, as well as modern methods for diagnosing these poisonings. Aim of the work. Review of current literature data on the problem of forensic diagnosis of acute poisoning by ethanol and its surrogates. Conclusion. In our opinion, it is necessary to introduce into the practical work of the bureau of forensic examinations new promising technologies for the diagnosis of acute intoxication with ethyl alcohol and its surrogates.

In this paper, quantitative tomographic reconstructions of biological tissue are presented. First, the experimental setup and a hybrid filtered backpropagation (FBP) technique are briefly described. Using this technique, which includes exact backpropagation of data prior to reconstruction by means of the classical FBP algorithm, quantitative velocity maps of relatively large biological objects can be obtained. Since the FBP algorithm is based on a first-order scattering approximation, the deteriorating effects of higher-order scattering in diffraction tomography are also discussed. The higher-order scattering limits the size of the biological object to a few centimeters.

Global climate changes and the increasing impact of mankind on nature have a stressful effect on biological objects. In the current situation, it is necessary to develop technologies for protecting biological objects and correcting their condition. In the presence of several alternative corrective facilities, arises the task of developing an information technology for choosing the optimal one for a given biological object in a particular situation. In this work, mathematical and methodological support of such technology is offered. The logical rules for each of the possible corrective facilities are formulated. To synthesize logical rules, it is suggested to use the method of forming a probabilistic conclusion. A context diagram and a first level decomposition diagram of the information technology for choosing the corrective facilities under stress impact on the biological object, which describes the input, output, control actions, functional information processes, data storage devices, external entities and the flow of data flows between them. The work of the proposed information technology is based on eight interrelated subprocesses. The information-logical model of data is constructed that reflects all objects and events, the information about which it is necessary to store, and the connections between them. Based on the developed information technology, the structure of the information system is proposed, which will allow to automatize the procedure of selecting corrective facilities. The structure of the system is five interrelated modules that perform the functions of the system. The strengths and weaknesses of the development have been identified. The opportunities of development and possible threats that may arise when implementing it are analyzed. The use of the developed information technology on the example of the choice of anesthetic support for a traumatologic operation will allow to automate the process of choosing an anesthetic support for a traumatological operation, facilitate the work of a doctor and improve the quality of medical care for patients
