Abstrak: Sekolah SMA Negeri 10 Kota Ternate  terletak di Jln.Ki Hajar Dewantara, Kelurahan Takoma, Kecamatan Kota Ternate Tengah. Poin Pelanggaran Siswa pada SMA Negeri 10 Kota Ternate saat ini masih dicatat manual dan penyimpanan data poin pelanggaran masih disimpan pada Arsip. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Website Sistem Poin Pelanggaran siswa  pada SMA Negeri 10 Kota Ternate. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, dan observasi. Tahap penelitian dimulai dari analisis sistem, kemudian  analisis pengembangan sistem. Analisis sistem menggunakan Model Driven yang berorentasi objek, sedangkan pengembangannya menggunakan metode Prototyping. Sistem ini dirancang dengan alat bantu UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman yang dgunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan PHP, Database dibuat menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian adalah website Poin Pelanggaran Siswa SMA Negeri 10 Kota Ternate yang memudahkan pihak sekolah pada proses pengelolahan data Poin Pelanggaran siswa. Sistem informasi data Poin Pelanggaran lebih efektif dan efesien sehingga orang tua  dan siswa dapat melihat hasil  laporan data pelanggaran tersebut dan mempermuda Guru BK dan Kesiswaan dalam mengolah data Poin Pelanggaran Siswa.Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem Informasi, Data Poin Pelanggaran Siswa, Berbasis Website. Abstract: The country' ten Ternate high School is located at Street Ki Hajar Dewantara, village office Takoma districts Kota Tengah. Student Violation Points at Ternate City High School ten are still recorded manually, and the violation points storage is still stored in the Archive. This study aimed to design a Website for the Students Violation Points System at Ternate ten Public High School. The collection is done by interview and observation. The research phase starts from system analysis, then analysis of system development. Analysis of the system uses a Model-Driven oriented object, while its development uses the Prototyping method. This system is designed with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool. The programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and PHP; the Database is created using MySQL. The study results were the Students Abuse Points ten Ternate City High School website, making it easy for the school to manage its Abuse Points. In addition, the information system of the Violation Points data is more effective and efficient so that parents and students can see the results of the violation data report and make the counselor and Student Teachers process processing the Student Violation Points.Keywords: Design of Information System for Student Violation, Points Data, Based on Website

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Project management skills such as WBS, Gantt Chart and PERT have been applied in many fields, but system analysts preferred UML to project tools. This chapter recommend transformation rules from project items into objects and project charts into UML diagrams, to model all project items and processes by using UML. Therefore, UML can be applied not only to system analysis and design, but also to entire project processes. Stakeholders in a project can rethink the project in terms of object orientation and communicate with system developers using the same tool as UML.

The article deals with the problem of searching and selecting information. Currently, this kind of problem is solved by using search information systems. The main stage of creating a search information system is the development of the project, which is carried out using the unified modeling language UML and the CASE tool Power Designer. When developing a system project using the UML modeling language, all available information about the designed system is represented as a set of graphical elements, in other words, graphical structures. Such constructions are called diagrams. They reflect the essence of the system and consider it from different sides and represent the processes that take place in it in different ways.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

The Church

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

Abstract - Knowledge management is needed right now, but many companies or institutions are constrained in conducting knowledge management because of the limitations of the information system. In Information Systems Study Program Universitas Terbuka still uses a manual system that uses Windows file explorer. This results in the difficulty of sharing information with outsiders. Therefore we need a web-based knowledge management information system design that can solve problems so far. The design model in this article uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, which is a structural model and techniques for modeling object-oriented program (OOP) design. The results of the design of knowledge management information systems are expected to be able to help develop software later. Keywords: information systems, knowledge management, Unified Modeling Language (UML).   Abstrak - Knowledge manajemen merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan saat ini, namun banyak perusahaan atau lembaga terkendala dalam melakukan knowledge manajemen karena keterbatasan sistem informasi. Di Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Terbuka masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu menggunakan windows file explorer. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge berbasis web yang bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan selama ini. Model perancangan pada artikel ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu model struktur dan teknik untuk pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP). Hasil yang dari perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge ini diharapkan bisa membatu pengembangan perangkat lunak nantinya.                                                                                                                     Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, manajemen knowledge, Unified Modeling Language (UML).
