This study aims to analyze the effect of packaging creativity, packaging effectiveness and brand trust on SME product buying interest in East Java Province. The population targeted in this study were students in East Java Province who were active in management and business study programs in 2020. The number of samples in this study was determined as many as 200 people who were taken with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. This research is considered important because the findings produced in this study are expected to be the basis for the formulation of strategies for increasing the sales performance of products produced by SMEs. The novelty of this research lies in the brand trust variable. Brand trust is chosen as a factor influencing buying interest because brand trust is the willingness of consumers to buy a particular brand with the assumption that the brand is able to meet what is expected by consumers. This research succeeded in proving that the creativity of packaging, the effectiveness of packaging and brand trust have a significant influence on the buying interest of SME products in East Java Province

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Market segmentation has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. 2) Positioning has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard  Axis in Padang city.  Keyword: market segmentation simcard axis, positioning simcard axis, purchase decision simcard axis

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is examined the effect of job involvement on employees performance mediated with organizational commitment at some service office of Bengkulu city. This research was conducted at some service office of Bengkulu City. The object of research is the employees at some service office of Bengkulu City. Sample used in this study was 143 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis with moderate variable and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey descriptive, the method  in this study using Pearson Correlation to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the job involvement partially have positive and signifikan effect on employees performance, and organizational commitment was partial mediated the effect of job involvement on employees performance at some service office of Bengkulu city.Keywords : Job involvement, organizational commitment, employees performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge and attitude on apparatus performance in nagari financial management in Sungai TarabSubdistrict, Tanah Datar, West Sumatra. This study used quantitative approach. Population of this study consisted of 70 nagari apparatus in Sungai TarabSubdistrict. The sample in this study was determined through multi stage random sampling technique with Slovin formula and cosisted of 68 apparatus. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurements and analyzed with multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that there was a significant influence of the knowledge on nagari apparatus performance in financial management in Sungai TarabSubdistrict, Tanah Datar amounted to 5,4%. Besides, there was also a significant influence of the attitude on nagari apparatus performance in financial management amounted to 4,0%. Finally, there were also simultaneously significant influence of knowledge and attitude on the nagari apparatus performance in financial management amounted to 5,6%. Based on this study, it could be concluded that the knowledge and attitude were needed for nagari apparatus in nagari financial management, although the influence were not so strong.

Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis to see the effect of education and training and degree of education on on performance of official.Based on the results of this study found that education and training and degree of education either partially or simultaneously affect to the performance on Official of Education, Youth and Sport in Dompu Regency so always maintain the performance of officials by providing opportunities for officials to participate in education and training of officials, and always recruit officials based on their degree of education and provide an opportunity to raise the degree of education is shown to have a significant influence on performance of official. Keywords : Education and training, performenace of official

This research aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and competitive advantage on marketing performance partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study illustrate that relationship marketing partially has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. Furthermore, partial competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The research entitled The Influence of Coaching And Discipline of Teacher Exercise on Vitar Ball Extracurricular Development is aimed to find out whether there is an influence between "Development and discipline of Sports Teachers towards Vocational Ball Extracurricular Development in SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor Sumedang Regency." The research conducted is quantitative research. The sample used amounted to 30 people. Determination of sample using random sampling technique. Prior to data analysis, normality and homogeneity tests were first conducted to determine whether the data showed normal and homogeneous. Data analysis technique used is f-test. From the calculation of regression analysis X1 and X2 to Y in the regression coefficient value of Fcount = 6.37> Ftable = 4.21 can be concluded that H0 rejected and Ha accepted, thus in penelitin conducted there is a significant influence between Development and Teacher Discipline against Development of Extracurricular Voly Ball at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangaor Sumedang District.

The purposes of this study examines the effect of personality and intellectual ability on teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city. This research was conducted in SMKN 3 Bengkulu City with the object of research is permanent teachers or civil servants. The sample used in this study was 74 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey explanatory, the method in this study using factor analysis to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the personality and intellectual ability partially have positive and signifikan effect on the teacher competence. Personality and intellectual ability simultaneously have significant effect on the teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city.Keywords: personality, intellectual ability, teacher competence.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study all consumers in Gresik Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer amounted to 150 people while the sample was 110 people and there were 10 people who did not meet the researcher's criteria, the method used by purposive sampling researchers with the provisions of respondents who had chosen an exelent building package and luxury home package at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Regression results obtained t count 9.495 while t table 1.985 therefore product quality affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The variable price has -4,180 while t table 1,985 influences consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The service quality has a t count of 7.225 while the t table of 1,985 affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Product quality, price and service quality variables have a simultaneous and significant influence on customer satisfaction
