The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This research aim to determine the effect of brand image, advertising and word of mouth on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in UNIBA surakarta. This research uses quantitative research type. Population of this research is UNIBA female students majoring in economics and taken 100 people as samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to student who use or ever use Wardah cosmetic at least once. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. The result of data analysis found that brand image, advertising and Word of mouth have effect to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. Abstract: The purpose of this study is examined the effect of job involvement on employees performance mediated with organizational commitment at some service office of Bengkulu city. This research was conducted at some service office of Bengkulu City. The object of research is the employees at some service office of Bengkulu City. Sample used in this study was 143 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis with moderate variable and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey descriptive, the method  in this study using Pearson Correlation to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the job involvement partially have positive and signifikan effect on employees performance, and organizational commitment was partial mediated the effect of job involvement on employees performance at some service office of Bengkulu city.Keywords : Job involvement, organizational commitment, employees performance

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh liabilitas dan ekuitas terhadap profitabilitas. Indikator untuk mengukur profitabilitas menggunakan Return on Equity (ROE), sementara kewajiban menggunakan rasio hutang jangka pendek terhadap ekuitas (STDE) dan ekuitas pemegang saham menggunakan rasio rasio prorietary (PR). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Infrastruktur Primarindo Asia, tbk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling, dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah selama 8 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan liabilitas jangka pendek, dan modal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun simultan.   Kata kunci: Hutang Jangka Pendek (STDE), Prorietary Ratio (PR) dan Return on Equity (ROE).   Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of liabilities and equity on profitability. Indicators to measure profitability use Return on Equity (ROE), while liabilities use the ratio of short-term debt to equity (STDE) and shareholder equity using the ratio of prorietary ratio  (PR). this research was conducted at PT. Primarindo Asia infrastructure, tbk. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is a non probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with the sample used is for 8 years. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression analysis shows short-term liabilities, and capital alone has no influence on profitability either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location to the success of the business of Online Shop in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of causal research. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs who run an online shop business in DKI Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples is done using probability sampling method with probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the help of SPSS 24 program. The results show that partially variable relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location have an influence on the success of online shop businesses in DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location terhadap kesuksesan usaha Online Shop di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wirausaha yang menjalankan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik probability sampling. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta.

This research aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and competitive advantage on marketing performance partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study illustrate that relationship marketing partially has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. Furthermore, partial competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-filling on the compliance of the civil servant taxpayers with an understanding of the internet as a moderating variable in the East Denpasar Primary Tax Office. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents out of 16,732 effective civil servant populations in East Denpasar Primary Tax Office. The method of determining the sample used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that the application of e-filling had a positive effect on the compliance of the civil servant taxpayers and understanding the internet was not able to moderate the effect of implementing e-filling on the compliance of the civil servant taxpayers at East Denpasar Primary Tax Office. The research entitled The Influence of Coaching And Discipline of Teacher Exercise on Vitar Ball Extracurricular Development is aimed to find out whether there is an influence between "Development and discipline of Sports Teachers towards Vocational Ball Extracurricular Development in SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor Sumedang Regency." The research conducted is quantitative research. The sample used amounted to 30 people. Determination of sample using random sampling technique. Prior to data analysis, normality and homogeneity tests were first conducted to determine whether the data showed normal and homogeneous. Data analysis technique used is f-test. From the calculation of regression analysis X1 and X2 to Y in the regression coefficient value of Fcount = 6.37> Ftable = 4.21 can be concluded that H0 rejected and Ha accepted, thus in penelitin conducted there is a significant influence between Development and Teacher Discipline against Development of Extracurricular Voly Ball at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangaor Sumedang District.
