This article discusses the relationship between working parenting and the development of preschool children. The foster care that is implemented by parents is important in educating children, which is a description of the attitudes and behavior of parents in child development so that the child can grow and develop optimally. The development of the child is in accordance with the stage of his development because it is influenced by several factors, including stimulation and parenting style. Every child is a unique individual because of different innate factors and environment, so the achievement of children's developmental abilities is also different. The attitude of good parents shows the attitude of considering the hopes and opinions of children together when making decisions, giving awards to children for their good attitudes, appreciating children's achievements in school, expecting their children to be independent at the right age, supporting constructive and responsible attitudes, communicating rules clearly and directly, so that parents who use good parenting will produce children with good development.

Ibu memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam setiap tahap perkembangan anak. Gangguan perkembangan bicara dan bahasa dialami oleh 8% anak usia prasekolah. Kepercayaan ibu akan kemampuannya untuk merawat anak-anaknya sangatlah diperlukan. Akibat dari kurangnya kepercayaan diri ibu akan mempengaruhi perkembangan anaknya. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahuinya hubungan kepercayaan diri ibu dengan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah di Kelurahan Benteng Kecamatan Nusaniwe Kota Ambon. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh anak prasekolah di kelurahan benteng dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 107 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Uji yang digunakan adalah Chi Square. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ibu yang memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi (50.5%) juga memiliki anak dengan tingkat perkembangan yang normal (61.7%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kepercayaan diri ibu dengan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah (p = 0.001). Kepercayaan diri ibu memiliki peranan penting dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah. Kata kunci: anak usia pra sekolah, kepercayaan diri ibu, perkembangan anak, anak usia pra sekolah THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTHER CONFIDENCE WITH DEVELOPMENT OF PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN ABSTRACTMothers have a very important role in each stage of child development. Speech and language developmental disorders are experienced by 8% of preschool age children. A mother's trust in her ability to care for her children is needed. As a result of lack of confidence in the mother will affect the development of their children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of maternal confidence with the development of preschool age children in Benteng Subdistrict, Nusaniwe Subdistrict, Ambon City. Method: This type of research is cross sectional. The population is all preschool children in Benteng village with a total sample of 107 people. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The test used is Chi Square. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the number of mothers who had high self-confidence (50.5%) also had children with normal developmental levels (61.7%). The results also showed that there was a relationship between maternal confidence with the development of preschool children (p = 0.001). Mother's confidence has an important role and is very influential in the development of pre-school age children. Keywords: child development,, mother's confidence, pre-school age children

Recent studies have shown that trusting attitudes and behavior are biologically influenced. Focusing on the classic trust game, it has been demonstrated that oxytocin increases trust and that humans are endowed with genetic variation that influences their behavior in the game. Moreover, several studies have shown that a large share of the variation in survey responses to trust items is accounted for by an additive genetic component. Against this backdrop, this article makes two important contributions. First, utilizing a unique sample of more than 2,000 complete Swedish twin pairs, we provide further evidence of the heritability of social trust. Our estimates of the additive genetic component in social trust were consistent across the sexes – .33 for males and .39 for females – and are similar to the results reported in earlier studies. Secondly, we show that social trust is phenotypically related to three psychological traits – extraversion, personal control, and intelligence – and that genetic factors account for most of these correlations. Jointly, these psychological factors share around 30% of the genetic influence on social trust both for males and females. Future studies should further explore the possible causal pathways between genes and trust using panel data on both psychological traits and social trust.

abstractDo online social networks affect political tolerance in the highly polarized climate of postcoup Egypt? Taking advantage of the real-time networked structure of Twitter data, the authors find that not only is greater network diversity associated with lower levels of intolerance, but also that longer exposure to a diverse network is linked to less expression of intolerance over time. The authors find that this relationship persists in both elite and non-elite diverse networks. Exploring the mechanisms by which network diversity might affect tolerance, the authors offer suggestive evidence that social norms in online networks may shape individuals’ propensity to publicly express intolerant attitudes. The findings contribute to the political tolerance literature and enrich the ongoing debate over the relationship between online echo chambers and political attitudes and behavior by providing new insights from a repressive authoritarian context.

Abstract Introduction The coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has also hit Indonesia. Until September 2020, cases continued to increase with the highest number in Jakarta. The right behavior needs to be followed to prevent COVID-19; this aspect has a strong relationship with knowledge and attitude. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of hospitalized patients' families in Fatmawati Hospital, Jakarta, in an effort to prevent COVID-19. Materials and Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 300 respondents using a self-administered questionnaire to assess their knowledge, attitude, and behavior about COVID-19. The relationship between knowledge, attitude, and behavior was analyzed using the chi-square test with p < 0.05. Results Most of the participants responded to the questionnaire showing a good knowledge, attitude, and behavior related to the efforts to prevent COVID-19. No relationship was present between knowledge, attitude, and behavior in an effort to prevent COVID-19 (p = 0.414 and p = 0.165). Conclusion The hospitalized patients' families exhibited an adequate level of knowledge, attitude, and preventive behaviors toward COVID-19.

The child is the mandate of the Grace Of God Almighty, and inside there is something that is attached as the dignity and status as a whole person. Along with the time on it right now is the mindset of society as it advances and growing, such as the parents who are unable to finance the future of the child and that’s why the purpose of adoption the child is not only to get the child but also for the welfare of children. And in Indonesia allow the implementation of the adoption by single parents, a woman or a man who is not married and who have been married but no longer bound in wedlock (widow or widower). Adoption of the child by single parents can only be done by the Citizens Of Indonesia after obtaining permission from ministers and the granting of permission can be ordered to agencies in the province. Adoption by single parents same thing with the adoption of children by parents in general. Adoption does not cause the relationship between children with real parents to be disconected, because most of the child who is in was from the family. Adoption of the child must be listed in a birth certificate, by not eliminate the identity of the beginning. Foster child are entitled to receive heir from the foster parents and also have the right heir from the real parents.

The purpose of the study: to determine the correlation ofmother's level of knowledge about hiperbilirubin with attitudes and behavior sunning babyThe subjects were all mothers with babies 0-6 months in the Village Sangkrah as manyas 45 people. This research method of bivariate analysis using Spearman Rank,multivariate analysis with Pearson Correlation to find the correlation of three variables: thelevel of knowledge of mothers about hiperbilirubin with attitudes and behavior in infantssunning.The results of the bivariate analysis using Spearman Rank with α = 5% (0.05) wasobtained p <0.001 to p <0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted, there is acorrelation the level of knowledge about hiperbilirubin with the attitudes and behaviorsunning baby in village Sangkrah. Multivariate statistical test using Pearson Correlation α= 5% (0.05) was obtained p <0.001 for the correlation between knowledge with attitude,either correlation knowledge with behavioral or correlation between attitudes withbehavioral earn p <0.05. This study aimed to determine the effect of the activity-based environmental education course on the attitudes and behavior levels of the students of the child development program concerning environmental problems. The study was prepared by using the explanatory sequential design, one of the mixed method patterns in which qualitative and quantitative data are used together. While one-group pretest-posttest experimental design was used in the quantitative dimension of the study, phenomenology was employed in its qualitative dimension. The sample group of the study was composed of 60 first-year students attending Kayseri University Hüseyin Şahin Vocational High School Child Development Program in the 2019-2020 academic year (spring semester). Within the scope of the environmental education course, activity-based practices were performed with the students for 6 weeks. The students were divided into groups and one group applied the related activities they prepared with their friends in the classroom each week. Before and after the application, 'The Environmental Problems AttitudeScale' developed by Güven (2013) and 'The Environmental Problems Behavior Scale' developed by Güven and Aydoğdu (2012) were applied for the students. After collecting the quantitative data, 10 students were interviewed via a semi-structured interview form and their opinions on the activities were collected. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality, t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test were used to analyze the qualitative data of the study. The qualitative data of the study were analyzed based on descriptive analysis. As a result of the study, it was determined that after the activity-based practices performed in the environmental education course, the scores of the attitude and behavior of the students concerning environmental problems increased. As a result of the interviews made with the students, it was found that the students had both positive and negative opinions on the activities conducted in the course. By these activities, the students emphasized that they had cognitive and affective acquisitions in the environmental education course. Finally, the students stated that they acquired awareness, consciousness, and responsibility about the environmental problems along with these activities.

This chapter is an empirical research report describing the diffusion of mobile camera phones and picture mail services in Japan between the years 1997 and 2005, based on annual consumer surveys conducted by Ericsson Consumer & Enterprise Lab. A general framework based on sociocultural values and attitudes to telecom for describing the telecom market from a consumer perspective is presented. This framework is then used to put different consumer life stage segments in relation to each other in respect to product diffusion. The change over time of attitudes and behavior is described, and the conclusion is drawn that the product terminology spontaneously created by consumers themselves in order to relate to the product is an important step for mass market diffusion. Furthermore, the group of people who develop this terminology becomes a crucial catalyst for diffusion—and in the Japanese case presented here consists of female students.

The human–environment relationship is bidirectional, meaning that human attitudes and behavior to nature are at the root of environmental change, while changes in the environment affect human attitudes and behavior. It is necessary to analyze the human–environment relationship from two aspects: (a) Whether there is a good objective basis for maintaining an environment, and (b) whether people report that they are satisfied with that environment. This study attempted to construct a framework to evaluate the human–environment relationship considering these two aspects. The framework consists of three parts: Traditional evaluation, indicator construction, and evaluation considering the relationship between subjective and objective assessment. Traditional evaluations consist of subjective evaluations and objective assessments. Indicator construction focuses on putting forward indicators that quantitively evaluate the human–environment relationship, considering the results of objective assessments and subjective evaluations. The indicators introduced in this study include MD (match degree) and OSC (objective assessment and subjective evaluation comparison) to explain the difference and the relationship between objective assessments and subjective evaluations of the environment. Then, based on the indicator value, a matrix containing four situations (Match-H, Match-L, H-L, and L-H) was constructed to explore why a human–environment relationship may not be harmonious. Since the upper Minjiang River basin is a typical area, because of its intensive human activity, as well as its fragile ecological environment, this study chose it as a case study and used it to verify the framework. Through the framework construction and application, this study found that: (1) The framework of this study provided a more comprehensive method to evaluate the human–environment relationship; (2) as the subjective evaluation was based on individual comprehensive tradeoffs, the evaluation combining the subjective and objective assessment was more accurate; (3) environmental conditions were the basis, and human activities were the key factors, for the coordination of human–environment relationships; so the matrix put forward in this study was necessary for finding the cause of human–environment incongruity.
