Educational web-forums are an effective source of meeting the information and communication needs of the participants in educational activities. Information content of the educational web-forum for entrants is a reflection of the motivational intentions of communication participants who publish posts in the web-community. The subjects of the posts or the choice of the thematic section characterize the motivational intentions of both sides of the communicative activity. It should be borne in mind that motivational intentions are based not only on the technical, but also on the psychological aspects of the author's activities. So, an important task is to carry out a computer-linguistic analysis of the peculiarities of the formation of the information content of an educational web-forum for entrants created by motivated users. This article discusses the linguistic analysis of individual postings that form the content of a web-forum with template key phrases. Participant communications are divided into parts that present information about certain motivational intentions of the participants in the entry campaign. Linguistic analysis of motivational intentions of higher educational institutions and potential entrants is also contained in the article.

The EAGLE project was a Euratom FP7 which helped to identify and disseminate good practices in information and communication processes related to ionizing radiation. For this purpose, the consortium reviewed national and international data, tools and methods as well as institutional work in order to identify education, information and communication needs. Generally in high school the first concepts on radioactivity and ionizing radiation (IR) are introduced mainly in the subjects of physics or physical chemistry. There are a number of concepts in relation with IR and nuclear topics, and different ways to teach them: theoretical, mathematical, historical or practical. The question also rose, to what extend the various topics related to ionizing radiation (health, environment, history) are dealt with. As already mentioned, all these questions let to the idea to compare the content dealing with radioactivity and nuclear topics in different physics school books and more specifically schoolbooks for high school students (in the age 17 to 18). The method was as follows: - For the review the different partners of EAGLE have sent the schoolbooks used for the target group, or scanned documents. - Spanish schoolbooks and English schoolbooks were purchased to extend the review to other EU countries. - IRSN works in partnership with a high school based in the French town Vichy. - Each book was analyzed in detail to list with precision the content. A matrix helped to compare them. The paper presents the comparison of the contents of these books and their analysis. Some recommendations coming from the Eagle project will be discussed.

After two decades of establishing the use of Internet as a priority in educational institutions, mostly in Venezuelan universities, in the present article two higher education institutions are analyzed using the Popperian vision (Popper, 1986): one private and one public; to determine if the didactic usage of ICT responds to an expectation or to an aspiration, and as such, if it is personal or institutional. A dissatisfaction of the legal expectation was evidenced, which turned in an institutional aspiration, due to the existence of a negative and general predisposition of teachers and students towards the use of ICT as resources for the mediation of didactic processes in today’s society, which highlights the important role of the personal affective component; in this case, digital affectivity (Goncalves, 2015) for the accomplishment of goals that a higher education institution has established. Keywords: ICT, Didactic Usage, Higher Education, Digital Affectivity.
