The article examines some modern deffinitions of system of difficulties in learning process which children and students experience. Тhe main understanding of the educational difficulties and the children experiencing them have outlined. The creative potential these children have is presented by the studies of authors from different countries. The development of their giftedness and talent in different art fields could be used as means of improving their learning abilities in various school subjects, in which they experience difficulties.

The article considers issues related to the development of a technical university teachers creative potential and its special aspects. The analysis of the latest researches and publications in this field is presented, and the necessity of a special study of this issue is formulated. A model for the development of the creative potential of a technical university teacher is proposed, which consists of target, content-technological and diagnostic blocks. The paper presents the characteristics of the model of technical university teachers creative potential development designed by the author; each of its components is described. The target block includes educational expectations. The content-technological block consists of the following structural components: external conditions, the content of education, educational technologies and the forms of educational process organization. The component External conditions includes psychological resilience potential and opportunities for self-expression and self-realization. The Content of Education component includes all creative potential elements. The component Educational technologies and the forms of educational process organization consider the patterns of the activity approach in education, using students activity which simulate the professional teachers of a technical university activity: business and intellectual games, project tasks and etc. The diagnostic block monitors and corrects the results of the model implementation. It includes criteria and indicators of the formation of each component of creative potential, a description of the levels of development of technical university teachers creative potential.

One of the problems of primary school teachers’ training in postgraduate education is to prove the guidelines vector of teaching activities on the development of creative abilities of every child. From the early school years it is necessary to enhance the student’s tendency to creative performance with new creative and intellectual abilities and effective methodologies. The realia of the new millennium requires the activation of personality’s creative potential, creative activity of primary school students, creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for their professional self-expression and creative fulfillment.The aim of the article is to analyze the content of primary school teachers’ training on the development of primary school students’ creative potential in postgraduate education.The content of primary school teachers’ training for the creative potential development of primary school students during training courses in postgraduate teachers’ education complies with such features as: concentric (allows to establish a connection between the known and the unknown, to develop, enhance, organize teachers’ ideas on the types and methods of the development of primary school students’ creative abilities); transfer from simple to complex in teaching of adults, from the known to the unknown or little known (makes it possible to gradually expand, enrich the content of each topic); the relationship of learning content during training courses with practical activities in primary school (includes visiting methodologist teachers’ lessons at schools); providing students with positive motivation during learning to fix the interest in the development of primary pupils’ creative activity in the classroom; interdependence of methods and techniques of training (for their efficient optimal combination in different learning situations).Thus, the content of primary school teachers’ training to the development of primary school students’ creative potential in postgraduate education combines didactic, andragogical and psychological foundations of teachers’ education as a particular category of working adults. In the long term we shall search pedagogical conditions of training.

The article considers issues related to the concept of creativity, creative potential, creative abilities, creative process, recommendations for the development of creative potential of the future teacher of technology using methods, techniques and tools that generate new ideas for creativity. The analysis of methods of professional training of the modern specialist of educational branch is carried out. The necessity of using the competence approach which is aimed at training future teachers and consists in the acquisition and development of students during training a set of key, general and subject competencies that determine his successful professional activity. It is determined that in order to teach students creativity, the teacher must have a sufficient level of creative potential. Students majoring in "Technology", to a greater extent, have certain creative talents and abilities, motivation to learn new techniques and tools, and experience of creative activity, so the role of the teacher in practical classes to show new methods, techniques and means of creative activity, to expand the horizons of imagination and the limits of application of these methods in further professional activity, to prove to students the necessity and feasibility of developing their creative potential. In the educational field "Technology" (labor training) the use of the project method contributes to the formation of students' foundations of technological literacy, work culture, creative approach to solving tasks, learning different ways of processing materials and information. It is the use of non-standard methods of generating new ideas for creativity and activity at the first and especially the second stage (design) will give the greatest effect in the development of creative potential of future teachers of technological education. It is substantiated that the levels of creative preparation should not be used to assess the creative potential of students, but to take into account the teacher's opportunities for creative promotion of each student and a differentiated approach to using existing methods and techniques of involving students in the creative process.

Pedagogical art technologies and methods to increase the efficiency of the teaching process are considered as innovative approaches to the pedagogical process. Within the framework of the article, new approaches to make the pedagogical process more creative were revealed, due to which a number of problems of pedagogical nature can be solved, including the organization of the process of teaching, socialization, upbringing, etc. Aim of the article: The aim of the research conducted within the framework of the article is to identify the importance of involving art technologies and methods in increasing the efficiency of the learning process, to interpret their role in terms of improving the learning process. A number of scientific-pedagogical research methods were used for the research, such as analysis, comparison, abstract, generalization, coordination. As a result of the study, we came to the conclusion that pedagogical art methods and technologies are unique pedagogical alternatives that can solve not only the problem of making the teaching process more active, creative and effective. Those can also contribute to the development of a person's creative potential, self- discovery and self-perception, as well as be useful in organizing joint educational activities for biologically healthy children and children with special needs as unique mechanisms of mental regulation, making the learning process more inclusive, collaborative and constructive. The article reveals significant aspects of the development of the professional potential of future educators. The main features of the professional readiness of future educators of preschool education institutions to pedagogical activity are highlighted. The essence of such concepts as “professionalism”, “potential”, “creative potential”, and “professional potential” are described. The author pays attention to adverse factors, which block the professional potential of future teachers: low social status in the team; inner anxiety and lack of confidence; authoritarian style of pedagogical leadership; strict control, that prevent youth from taking the initiative; the indifference of a teacher towards professional success and achievements of students. This article draws attention to creating favourable pedagogical conditions in a higher educational institution for developing professional skills, stimulating initiative, searching and independence of future teachers. The significance of the acmeological approach to the formation of the professional potential of future teachers is introduced. It is claimed by the author that modernization of the process of professional training of future preschool teachers provides the search for new effective ways of organization educational activities addressed to actualize the professional potential of specialists. The essential condition of self-fulfilment of future teachers is a creative educational environment needed for the successful professional activity of students. It allows for creating a creative atmosphere for improving creative thinking, stimulating creative activities, initiative and formative research of students.
