this study aims to determine human resource management in improving the quality of education. The formulation of the problems in this research are: (1) how is human resource management in improving the quality of education?, (2) what are the obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource management in improving quality?, (3) what are the factors in the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education?, (4) how is the quality of education?. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that human resource management at SD Negeri 170 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), both in quality improvement, implementation, supporting factors and the quality of education had been running optimally

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of human resource management in improving the quality of Muaro Jambi Extraordinary School. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that SLB Muaro Jambi applies two management functions in managing its SDM, namely the planning and implementation functions. Human Resource Management consists of planning the needs and development of educators and education personnel; procurement of capacity building training for teachers and staff/employees. The implementation of human resources involves committees, teachers, and staff/ employees to realize the activities that have been planned. Human Resources Management can effectively improve the quality of education in SLB.

This paper discusses human resource management from an education quality perspective. This study aims to find out the description of human resources in building the quality of education. This study applies descriptive qualitative. Data source from Madrasah principals, heads of administration, head of curriculum and evaluation, and educators. Data collection method by interviewing the participants. The instrument of this study uses interview guidelines. Data analysis were carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that human resources in the Madrasah Aliyah IMMIM Makassar Modern Islamic Boarding School were in the good category. The reality of the quality of education shows very satisfying results, it is categorized in very good. The implication of this study is that it is hoped that it can become information and reference about the need to review the activities of human resource management in developing the quality of education, primarily from the perspective of internal customers consisting of educators and education personnel as "motor" all activities of madrasah and not just factors of production but also assets that need attention. The reality of the implementation of human resource management in several schools and madrasah needs to be evaluated more intensively to find out more about the potential advantages and disadvantages and limitations of each school or madrasah.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can developeducation is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamicvalues. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress inthe field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. The implementation ofresources is carried out through educational activities, training and development of human resources that play arole in improving the quality of quality education in accordance with Islamic values.Keywords: Management, Human Resources, Improvement and Quality of education quality

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resource development management to increase quality at SD Negeri 90 Ogan Komering Hulu (OKU). This research is a qualitative research with  qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the human resource development steps carried out at SD Negeri 90 OKU were carried out in 7 steps, namely compiling programs, determining needs, determining targets, determining programs, identifying learning principles, program implementation and evaluation of program implementation. Human resource management at SD Negeri 90 OKU, both in terms of quality improvement, implementation, supporting factors and the quality of education have been running optimally.

Bank syariah di Indonesia terus mengalami pertumbuhan baik dari sisi aset, jumlah kantor, jumlah nasabah, dan pangsa Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to experience growth both in terms of assets, the account of offices, the account of costumers, and the market share of islamic banking that exceed 5%. The growth of islamic banking is not followed by adequate human resources both in quantity and quality. Human resources are still a difficult problem for islamic banking now. In the roadmap of islamic banking period 2015-2019 issued to make the Financial Service Authoritz to make human resource issues into things to be resolved. It takes a pattern of human resource management that can create qualified human resources for islamic banking. This paper is qualitative descriptive that will describe the growth of human resources in islamic banking, as well as the important role of Islamic human resource management for human resource in islamic banking. This paper shows the growth of humanresources in islamic banking in the period of December 2016 until Setember 2017 grew bz 2.368%, with the totalhuman resources of islamic banking today as much as 61,389 people. The pattern of Islamic human resource management becomes important for the availability of best quality of human resources in Islamic banking human resource management able to meet the human resource who understand the science of economics and science of  Islamic human resource management covers the entire process of establishing human resource in islamic banking. One of the patterns of Islamic human resource management that is relevant to the current state of islamic banking is Calestial Management. It consist of ZIKR, PIKR and MIKR.pasar bank syariah yang telah melebihi 5%. Pertumbuhan bank syariah tidak diikuti dengan sumber daya manusia yang memadai baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas. Sumber daya manusia masih menjadi maslah yang sulit bagi bank syariah. Pada roadmap perbankan syariah 2015-2019 ang dikeluarkan menjadi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menjadi masalah sumber daya manusia menjadi hal yang harus diselesaikan. Dibutuhkan sebuah pola manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bisa menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas bagi bank syariah. Tulisan ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif yang akan menguraikan pertumbuhan SDM di bank syariah, serta peran penting manajemen sumber daya manusia islam bagi SDM di bank syariah. Tulisan ini menunjukan adanya pertumbuhan SDM di bank syariah pada periode Desember 2016 sampai September 2017 mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 2,368%, dengan total SDM bank syariah saat ini sebanyak 61.389 orang. Manajemen sumber daya manusia islami menjadi penting bagi tersedianya SDM bank syariah yang berkualitas baik. Manajemen sumber daya manusia islami mampu memenuhi SDM yang paham akan ilmu ekonomi dan ilmu syariah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia islam meliputi pembentukan SDM di bank syariah. Salah satu pola manajemen sumber daya manusia islam yang relevan dengan kondisi SDM bank syariah saat ini yaitu Calestial Management. Yang terdiri dari ZIKIR, PIKR, dan MIKR.

Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan analisis deskriptif mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. Artikel ini akan menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk menggunakan perspektif Pendidikan secara epistemologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia menempati posisi yang cukup sentral dalam perkembangan mutu Pendidikan di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. Implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia tersebut terdiri dari proses rekrutmen, orientasi, penempatan, dan pengembangan guru dan tenaga Pendidikan. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap tuntutan zaman dan kebutuhan masyratakat terhadap standar lulusan dari MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. This article aims to provide a descriptive analysis of human resource management at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. This article will analyze human resource management at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk using an epistemological perspective of education. The results of this study indicate that human resource management occupies a fairly central position in the development of the quality of education at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. The implementation of human resource management consists of a process of recruitment, orientation, placement and development of teachers and education personnel. This was done in response to the demands of the times and the needs of the community for the standard of graduates from MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk.

This study analyzes the importance of human resource management in schools by focusing its analysis on human resource management in improving the quality of education at Al-Islam Krian High School, Sidoarjo, East Java. The education system at every level relies heavily on human resources for the implementation of its programs. The success of education in schools is determined by the principal's success in fostering and developing educators and education personnel in schools to improve the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through; observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that planning in improving the quality of education was carried out by analyzing human resource needs and mapping positions according to the school's vision, mission, and goals, making job descriptions and job specifications. Existing human resources are then fostered and trained to improve the quality of their resources by those targeted by educational institutions.

This study aims to determine the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education and the factors that support the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at SMK Al-Faqih Sumber Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Human Resource Management to Improve Education Quality has several stages including a) needs and information analysis, b) teacher recruitment, c) induction of new employees, d) teacher placement, e) granting authority and responsibility for staff, f) implementation of supervision, g) fostering teacher welfare, h) career development for employees, i) termination of relations, and j) severance pay. While the Supporting Factors are a) principals have many considerations, b) programs run in schools can bring positive changes and impacts, c) facilities and infrastructure can be utilized optimally, and d) evaluation.

Scope: In general, human resource management is a process of carrying out the continuity of duties of organizational members as resources that can support all tasks and functions for the achievement of organizational or institutional goals. In the context of education as a formal educational institution, schools or madrassas strongly emphasize the improvement in the quality of the human. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effort to empower human resource management in improving the quality of Madrasah Aliyah Al Manshury Sungai Bakau Besar Laut. Method: This study used a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model analysis with stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation of data and conclusions or verification. Findings: This institution has successfully functioning its human resources effectively; staring from well develoed its school profile, school vision and mission, well infrastructure arragement, quality management activities including staff welfare, staff training, assesment of work perforamnace, recruitment, library and practicum laboratory, employers welfare, good staff selection management and quality control. Conclusion: The madrasah has be able to improve the quality of education that has been determined in the vision and mission in achieving its main goal. However, it needs further research for improvement.

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of Human Resource Management in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran. To know the successful implementation of Human Resource Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan. This research is a qualitative field research with data collection techniques that are: observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis technique. In implementing Human Resource Management, steps taken by SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan begins with planning everything that will be done in improving the quality of education, such as with the recruitment and selection of educators and education, then planning is organized according to the needs of the school. The next step is the implementation of a predetermined plan and guidance then supervision and evaluation is the final step in implementing Human Resource Management related to teacher professional development and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Implementation of Human Resource Management in an effort to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency has been quite successful in improving the quality of education. This is indicated by the passing rate of students who reach one hundred percent. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi MSDM di SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Kebupaten Pesawaran. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan MSDM terkait pengembangan profesionalisme guru dan kedisiplinan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik analisis deskriptif. Dalam mengimplementasikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, langkah langkah yang dilakukan SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan diawali dengan merencanakan segala sesuatu yang akan dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, seperti dengan adanya rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, kemudian perencanaan tersebut diorganisir sesuai kebutuhan sekolah. Langkah langkah selanjutnya adalah pelaksanaan dari rencana yang telah ditetapkan dan pengarahan kemudian pengawasan serta evaluasi merupakan langkah akhir dalam mengimplementasikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terkait pengembangan profesioanalisme guru dan kedisiplinan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran telah cukup berhasil meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal ini terindikasi dari tingkat kelulusan siswa yang mencapai seratus persen. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, Mutu
