Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью анализа эффективности применения медиатехнологий в базовой геометро-графической подготовке инженеров в формате on-line обучения. Целью статьи является анализ применения технологий медиадидактики в базовой геометро-графической подготовке в условиях on-line обучения. Представлен практический опыт ее применения в интеллектуально интерактивном дистанционном on-line формате. Показано, что результаты такого обучения сопоставимы с результатами, полученными ранее с применением когнитивных проектных методик. В перспективе, с целью повышения эффективности обучения в технических вузах и геометро-графической подготовке в частности, требуются дальнейшие исследования в плане использования более совершенных инструментальных средств, возможностей развития технического творчества с развитием базы творческих заданий, совершенствования технологий обучения графическим дисциплинам. В контексте этих исследований предлагается систематическое повышение квалификации преподавательского корпуса. Статья предназначена для обсуждения научно-педагогическим сообществом. The relevance of the article is due to the need to analyze the effectiveness of the use of media technologies in the basic geometric and graphic training of engineers in the on-line training format. The purpose of the article is to analyze the application of media didactics technologies in basic geometric and graphic training in the conditions of on-line training. The practical experience of its application in an intelligently interactive remote on-line format is presented. It is shown that the results of such training are comparable with the results obtained earlier with the use of cognitive design techniques. In the future, in order to improve the effeciency of training in technical universities and geometric and graphic training in particular, further research is required in terms of using more advanced tools, opportunities for the development of technical creativity with the development of the base of creative tasks, improving the technologies of teaching graphic disciplines. In the context of these studies, a systematic professional development of the teaching staff is proposed. The article is intended for discussion by the scientific and pedagogical community.

Problems-challenges in the actual system of Education in Russia are analyzed. The link with the aims of national project “Education” is shown. The author presents the list of professional competences for teachers with the help of the method of the analysis of concepts and terminology. This list is necessary for the realization of some directions of the national project “Education”. Moreover, the author has presented a model of realization of the federal project “Teacher of the future” through the formation of new professional competences for teachers. In addition the concepts and terminology expertise of the language of the regulatory document was made where five pair notions were related: school teacher – educator (teaching staff); professional mastery – professional competences; national system of teaching development – professional development; lifelong learning – self-studying; independent assessment of professional qualifications – attestation.

This work describes the employment situation of new professors joining the teaching staff of the University of Cadiz over the past 5 years. It examines the situation of this group in 2015, a time in which the economic crisis affected both Spain and the university system, comparing this situation to that of 2019. It is a quantitative study using an on-line questionnaire that was distributed in both 2015 and 2019. Clearly, the university’s economic situation conditioned the professional development of these professors who carry out both research and teaching tasks. For years, the crisis stalled the publication of stable job offers for these new professors, preventing them from having an optimistic outlook with regard to their professional future. This study suggests that the current situation may be creating a sense of burnout in the teaching staff, perhaps due to the university’s failure to intervene in the increased depersonalization and harsh treatment of its students. Given this situation, universities may be turning into a breeding ground for pathologies related to teachers’ malaise.

The relevance of constant professional development for teaching staff in professional (vocational) education schools (P(V)E schools) is conditional upon the innovative changes in education, the modernization of educational and industrial technologies and the elaboration of effective models and mechanisms of training highly qualified personnel. The professional development of masters of vocational training is correlated with the development of their professional competency, integrating the so-called systematic build-up of new knowledge and experience. The article aims to justify a particular technology for developing professional competency in masters of vocational training from P(V)E schools. Methods include a theoretical analysis of scientific works, a study of practical experience, systematization, generalization and a pedagogical experiment. Results. The results of the survey of teaching staff (including masters of vocational training) regarding the final level of professional motives confirm the following: a high level – 29%, a sufficient level – 56%, an average level – 15%. The results of these specialists’ self-assessment of their readiness for professional development are as follows: a high level – 48%, a sufficient level – 47%, an average level – 5%. The paper proves that there appears to be a need to discover some optimal technologies for developing professional competency in masters of vocational training, given the conditions for elaborating modern models of teacher education. An algorithm for designing the technology for developing professional competency in masters of vocational training from P(V)E schools includes a scientific aspect (defining and adhering to targets, objectives, methodological and other principles of professional education), a procedural aspect (modelling the content, forms and ... Conclusions. The paper presents the technology for developing professional competency in masters of vocational training from P(V)E schools as a psycho-pedagogical process organized according to an appropriate algorithm, whose implementation should result in the professional development of masters of vocational training.

In the article, authors consider the peculiarities of adult education in the system of continuous education. The concept of the results of research of the features of adult learning in the training of teaching staff have been generalized, of the analysis of the process of organization of postgraduate education. The understanding the successful qualification uprising of teachers depends on age and psychological features of a person. Conclusion. It has been proven that adult learning dif- fers significantly from children's education in a clearly perceived need for continuous professional development and growth. It is emphasized that the process of training a specialist-practitioner never ends. The purpose of the article is to present the practical experience of the regional center for continuing professional skills of pedagogical workers in the framework of the national project "Education", to describe the algorithm for the development and implementation of an individual educational route of pedagogical workers and management teams in the Chuvash Republic. Methods. In order to effectively organize the process of continuous improvement of professional skills of teaching staff, monitoring studies and analysis of professional skills of teachers at various levels of the education system - primary, general and secondary vocational - were carried out. Results. Based on the data obtained, advanced training courses for teachers with a focus on the practical part and individual work were reformatted. The practice-oriented component of the courses has been expanded by increasing the number of hours allocated for internships, practical classes and master classes by leading teachers. The methodological work of the Center is inextricably linked with the activities of professional communities, subject associations and methodological services. There is a constant exchange of experience and best practices to solve the problems of professional growth, in the process of discussing significant professional problems. Conclusions. The application of these techniques allows us to build an effective system of continuous professional development, which ultimately contributes to the development and strengthening of education in the region.

Цель статьи состоит в анализе условий развития познавательных механизмов обучающихся: генерации знаний, умений и навыков владения - вследствие применения когнитивныхобучающих технологийв базовой геометро-графической подготовке. В целях формирования целостности инженерной деятельности в условиях цифровой экономикиавтором рассмотрены основные условия развития эффективных механизмов познания с учетом индивидуальных когнитивных возможностей личности обучающихся. Представлен практический опыт интеграции когнитивных технологий на базе проектной и проблемно-ориентированной дидактикипутем интеллектуально интерактивного on-line обучения методом проектов. Показано, что проблемно-ориентированная проектная деятельность в команде, расширяет область профессиональных задач и обогащает интеллектуальный потенциал каждого отдельного обучающегося. Интеллектуальная интерактивность обучающего материала позволяетформировать как индивидуальную траекторию отдельного обучающегося, так и групповой менталитет команды разработчиков технических объектов. The relevance of the article is due to the need to analyze the impact of the implementation of cognitive technologies in the professional training of engineers in the online-training format. The purpose of the article is to analyze the conditions for the development of students’ cognitive mechanisms: the generation of knowledge, skills and proficiency due to the use of cognitive training technologies in basic geometric and graphic training. In order to form the integral unity of engineering activities in the digital economy, the author considers the main conditions for the development of effective mechanisms of cognition, taking into account the individual cognitive capabilities of students. The article presents practical experience in integrating cognitive technologies based on project-based and problem-oriented didactics via means of intelligent, interactive online- learning using the project method. It is shown that problem-oriented project activity in a team expands the scope of professional tasks and enriches the intellectual potential of each individual student. The intellectual interactivity of the training material allows you to form both the individual vector for an individual student and the group mentality of a team of developers of technical objects.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.
