The present study is mainly based on the secondary data and the data is collected from the annual report of selected company and websites of moneycontrol.com, BSE.com etc for the period ended on 31st March 2007 to 31st March 2019. IGR and SGR under Du Pont analysis were used as modern financial variable instead of other financial variables like operating profit ratio, ROCE etc. (Suwaidan 2004), Adam Lindgreen e al (2008), Jain Neeta et al, Zhi Tang et al (2010) Md Abdur Rouf (2011) and Yaghoub Alavi Matin et al.2011). All the parameters have been analyzed with one sample t test, Karl Pearson’s correlation for its validity. The coefficient of determination has also been tested through linear regression analysis and result of one sample t test proved that IGR, SGR and ROI were significantly different with each other at 1% levels. Annual Sales, PAT, EPS, DPS and Enterprise Value has no significant cause and effect on IGR,SGR and ROI of Ashok Leyland Limited for the study period.

Abstrak. Biro perjalanan wisata merupakan salah satu usaha pariwisata yang sangat mendukung perkembangan pariwisata. Sama seperti usaha lainnya yang memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar sebagai tolak ukur dari kesuksesan usahanya, biro perjalanan wisata juga harus berhasil menjual paket wisata sebagai produk usahanya dalam jumlah yang tinggi. Untuk tercapainya tujuan ini maka biro perjalanan wisata harus melakukan berbagai kegiatan promosi dan mengeluarkan sejumlah biaya untuk melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Pasir Putih Adventure adalah salah satu biro perjalanan wisata di Sabang yang aktif dalam melakukan promosi usahanya baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji-t. Analisis linier regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Y = 28,401+0,015X (jika biaya promosi sama dengan nol maka penjualan paket wisata meningkat sebesar 28,401), nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,662 (hubungan antar kedua variabel kuat), koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,439 dan nilai uji-t adalah thitung ttabel = 4,147 1,717 , artinya promosi pada biro perjalanan wisata Pasir Putih Adventure berpengaruh secara positif terhadap jumlah penjualan paket wisata.The Effect of Promotion on Tour Package Sale (A Case Study on Pasir Putih Adventure Travel Bureau In Sabang)Abstract. Travel bureau  is one of the tourism businesses that strongly supports the development of tourism. Just like any other business that has the goal of gaining big profits as a benchmark for its business success, travel agency must also succeed in selling tour packages as a product of their business in high numbers. To achieve this goal, the travel bureau must carry out various promotional activities and spend a number of costs to carry out these activities. Pasir Putih Adventure is one of the travel bureau in Sabang that active in promoting its business both nationally and internationally. The methods used in this analysis is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test. Simple linear regression analysis shows that Y = 28,401 + 0,015X  (if the promotion costs equal to zero then the tour package sales increase by 28,401), the correlation coefficient value is 0,662 (the relationship between the two strong variables), the coefficient of determination is 0,439 and the t-test value is tsearch ttable = 4,147 1,717 meaning that the promotion of the Pasir Putih Adventure travel bureau has a positive effect on the number of the tour package sale.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pemilihan penggunaan KWh meter Listrik Pascabayar dan Prabayar Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Ranting Pancur Batu, Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu konsumen PT. PLN (Persero) Ranting Pancur Batu, Kota Medan yang berjumlah 1.595 konsumen. Teknik sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin, dimana sampel diperoleh sebanyak 94 konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dimana data primer diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif serta analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis secara uji-t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana, yaitu Y = 18,684+ (X) 0,668+ e yang menunjukkan perilaku konsumen mempengaruhi hubungan positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan penggunaan KWh meter Listrik Pascabayar dan Prabayar pada PT. PLN Rayon Selatan Medan. Sedangkan hasil uji-t atau uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan Penggunaan KWh meter Listrik Pascabayar dan Prabayar pada PT. PLN (Persero) Ranting Pancur Batu, Kota Medan. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai thitung 9,187> ttabel 1,9860. Hasil nilai regresi korelasi sebesar 0,692, artinya secara bersama-sama perilaku konsumen memiliki kontribusi pada taraf yang erat dan positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan penggunaan KWh meter Listrik Pascabayar dan Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) Ranting Pancur Batu, Kota Medan. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.437 (43,7%), sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 43,7% variasi variabel bebas perilaku konsumen dapat menjelaskan variabel keputusan pemilihan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior on the decision to choose the use of Postpaid and Prepaid Electricity KWh meters at PT PLN (Persero) Branch of Pancur Batu, Medan City. The population total was 1,595 consumers. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, where the sample is obtained as many as 94 consumers. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of simple regression analysis, namely Y = 18,684+ (X) 0.668+ e indicate that consumer behavior affects a positive relationship with the decision to choose the use of Postpaid and Prepaid Electricity KWh meters at PT PLN Rayon Selatan Medan. While the results of the t-test or partial test show that consumer behavior has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose the use of Postpaid and Prepaid Electricity KWh meters. This can be seen from the value of tcount 9.187> t table 1.9860. The result of the correlation regression value is 0.692, which means that together consumer behavior has a close and positive contribution to the decision to choose the KWh meter for Postpaid and Prepaid Electricity PT PLN (Persero) Ranting Pancur Batu, Medan City. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.437 (43.7%), so it can be said that 43.7% of the variation in the independent variable of consumer behavior can explain the variable of the selection decision, while the remaining 57.3% is explained by other variables outside the model.

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, likuidity, leverage on firm value with dividend policy as moderationonfinancial firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report, bank financial statement.Test were conducted at 23 participating companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Profitability is proxiedReturn On Asset (ROA), Likuidity is proxied Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Leverage is proxied Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Policy is proxied Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR). The dependent variabel in this research is the firm value proxied by Tobin’sQ. The results showed that profitability has an effects on firm value, likuidity has an effects on firm value, leverage has an effects on firm value, dividend policy can moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, dividend policy can moderate the effect of likuidity on firm value, dividend policy can moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumption credit, working capital credit, and investment credit on revenue at PT. Bank Bengkulu. The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Bengkulu from 2010 to 2017. Data testing methods used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficient (R2), by testing the statistical hypothesis t (t test) and F statistical test (F test). The results of the study using multiple linear regression test obtained the regression equation Y = 470287,976 - 0.035 X1 - 20,430 X2 + 46,218 X3. That is, if the consumption credit, working capital credit, and investment credit is worth 0, then the revenue is Rp. 470,287. If there is a decrease in consumption credit of Rp. 1, then the value of revenue decreases by Rp. -0,035, - if the working capital loan decreases by Rp. 1, then the revenue will decrease by Rp. 0 20,430, - and if the investment credit increases by Rp. 1, - then the revenue will increase by Rp. 46,218. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that the credit given has an effect of 20.5% on revenue. While 79.5% is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) state that consumption credit has a negative and not significant effect on revenue with a significant value of 0.820 and t count of -0.244<2.446 t table. The testing results of working capital loans show a negative results and not significant effect on revenue with a significance value of 0.379 and t count of -0.988<2.446 t table. The results of the investment credit test show that the results have a positive and not significant effect on revenue with a significance value of 0.371 and a value of t count -1.008<2.446 t table. While the simultaneous test results show that consumption credit, working capital credit, and investment credit have no significant effect on revenue with a significance level of 0.796 and a calculated F count of 0.344 < F table of 5.786.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Third-Party Funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio to The Amount of Loans that happened to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk on 2010-2019.           Data that used for this research are quantitative data which sourch from secondary data on every banks financial report. The method used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis method, T test, F test, coefficient test and coefficient of determination test. Regression analysis used to know the influence of independence variable to dependence variable with a significance value of 5 percent while the analysis of coefficient determination and determination used to know the correlation of independent variabel and dependent variabel.           Based on partial hypothesis test (T test) that has been done by the author, the result show that Third-Party Fund has a significant influence to The Amount of Loans, and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant influence to The Amount of Loans. On hypotheses simultaneously test (F test), the result shows that Third-Party Funds and Interest Rate of Corporate Loans have a simultaneous effect.   Key words :  Third-Party Fund, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) of the Amount of Loans

The research was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performances. The sample was 56 employees of the Nutrition Installation at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Type of research was associative.The primary and secondary data used to know the information about the company and respondence with shared the questionnaire about work motivation and discipline. The method of data analysis used qualitative method which was then quantified. The techinique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that it is true that work discipline and motivation are very important aspects in influencing the performance of employees in Nutrition Installation at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang based on the F test and t test with conviction level of 90%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between price and product completeness with purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously at Zami Mart, Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing (t test and F test). The results showed a correlation between price and product completeness with purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained R Square (R2) = 0.426, where KD = R2 x 100% = 0.426 x 100% = 42.6%. Price and product completeness have a correlation of 42.6% on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 57.4% are influenced by other variables. Furthermore, according to the hypothesis test there is a correlation between price and purchasing decisions where according to the results of the t test, the value of t count > t table (3.999 > 1.98472). Then the completeness of the product has a correlation with purchasing decisions, where according to the results of the t test, the value of t count > t table (3.671 > 1.98472). Furthermore, the price and completeness of the product have a correlation with purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is greater than F table or 36,011 > 3,090.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.
