Palembang City is one of the big cities in Indonesia. Along with the increasing population and the increasing number of motorized vehicles, it will certainly have an impact on the increasing number of traffic accidents in the city of Palembang. In this study, the writer will determine the pattern of traffic accidents by using the fp-growth algorithm and using various variables. The variables that will be used consist of weather, time of incident, road geometry, profession, level of injury. This research is expected to be a reference for the police to be able to take anticipatory measures in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents in the Palembang City area. The fp-growth algorithm can be applied properly to determine the pattern of the causes of traffic accidents in the city of Palembang by using 2 minimum support of 40% and 50% and 2 minimum confidence of 70% and 90%. Based on the resulting rules, there are rules with the highest confidence value of 98% with these rules: When an accident occurs with a Side-Side accident type, the accident occurs in sunny weather conditions

To be able to understand which products have been purchased by customers, it is done by describing the habits when customers buy. Use association rules to detect items purchased at the same time. This study uses an a priori algorithm to determine the association rules when buying goods. The results of the study and analyzing the data obtained a statement that using the a priori algorithm to select the combined itemset using a minimum support of 25% and a minimum confidence of 100%, found the association rule, namely, if the customer buys at the same time. Buying goods has the highest value of support and trust. Likewise with the support value of 25%, the confidence value is 100%. In this way, if a customer buys an item, the probability that the customer buys the item is 100%

Abstract The aim of this paper is to characterize a non-standard use of the method of market basket analysis in one of the areas of economy, i.e. public transport. Generally, one of the aims of the market basket analysis method is associating the consumer's market basket – in the case of public transport this being the choice of bus stops in the city area made by passengers. Owing to a new, practical use of this method, it was possible to build an efficient model characterizing the movement of flows of public transport passengers, and assess the degree of transferring (changing lines), thus making it possible to adapt the routes of buses to the needs of people using this particular means of transport, as well as to plot new communication lines. The data analysis was performed using the Statistica statistical package and its SAL application, i.e. the algorithms used in Data Mining.

By utilizing customer data that has been stored in the database, the management can find out how the current sales system is less efficient, therefore a system is needed to process information data more quickly and accurately in increasing sales of car spare parts using the Data Mining application. The Apriori Algorithm method that works by searching for and finding associated patterns among the products being marketed, so that later it can help companies improve the associated items. And with the sales transaction data, the company can know better how they should increase the spare part stock in the company. From the results of testing the sale of car spare parts with 589 data, it was found that 81 rules were formed and the highest Best Rule was obtained and a minimum support value of 1% and a confidence value of 11% If the type of car is Avanza / Xenia and the brand is Toyota, the spare parts used are filters. Air. With supporting spare parts in the database of 1% and certainty of spare parts of 11.

Raffa Photocopy is a shop that started its business in 2016. This business not only provides photocopy services, but also provides office stationery and school supplies. Every day there are sales transactions where the recording of goods sold has a relationship between one another, because in recording sometimes consumers do not just buy one item, but two items even more as when buying a book, it is likely that consumers also buy a pen. This recording is only stored as an archive by Raffa Photocopy, even though the number of sales transactions that occur every day can lead to a pile of data. One effort to increase sales at Raffa Photocopy can be done by processing transaction data that overlaps by using data mining association techniques. This association rule technique uses the Apriori algorithm which deals with the study of 'what is with what' or discovers the association pattern of items that are often bought. The results of this study in the form of rules include the first, if you buy an eraser, it is likely that consumers also buy notebooks simultaneously. Second, if you buy Tipex, then consumers also buy a double folio. The results of the Apriori algorithm process are based on a minimum support value of 35% and a minimum confidence value of 80%.

Abstract Rough harvester ant control was evaluated in an urban forest park in the city of Albuquerque. Treatments were randomized within blocks and replicated 4 times. Ant mounds were checked for activity, selected and marked, and counts made of active ants on and in the clear area of each mound prior to treatment. Treatments were made on 2 June under sunny weather conditions while ants were active (7:30-11:30 a.m.). Broadcast granular treatments were made by applying measured amounts to a 100 ft2 area around each mound with an Ortho® Whirly-Bird® granular applicator. The broadcast spray treatment was applied with a CO2 pressured back-pack, small-plot sprayer with 6 X-4 tips spaced 20 inches apart. At 60 psi and 4 mph the sprayer delivered 5.63 gal of finished spray per acre. However, the 10 ft by 10 ft (100 ft2) area around each plot was sprayed in each direction to give a spray volume of 11.3 gal per acre. Dry Mound (M) treatments were made by sprinkling measured amounts of each form on the mound area around the entrance hole only. The Orthene 75SP mound drench was applied in 3.78 liters of water sprinkled over a 0.37 m2 area around the center of each mound.

Introduction. Biometeorological circumstances have great influence on all traffic participants, especially on reflexes, movement coordination and perception ability, increasing the number of accidents. Motocyclists and bicyclists are specific participants in traffic, so their traumatism has its own special characteristics. Objective. The aim of this study was to establish biometeorological influence on motorcyclists and bicyclists accidents. Methods. Comparative analysis of everyday biometeorological phases for the city of Kragujevac determinated by the Republic Hydrometeorological Service of Serbia and motorcyclists and bicyclists accident evidence received from Kragujevac traffic police for the period 2004-2008. Results. There were 5,180 traffic accidents in this period, with 180 accidents in which 77 motorcyclists and 116 bicyclists were knocked down. Most of the accidents were in 2008 (53) and the least in 2005 (28). Most accidents occurred during August (28) and between 19.00 and 20.00 hours (18). There were no accidents during January, between 04.00 and 06.00 hours. There were 85% accidents in the urban area. Most of 169 males were aged 16-20 and 21-25 years (20 and 21). Most of 24 females (6) were aged 11-15 years. Those who caused the accident mostly sustained injuries due to improper speed limit (31), while the victims due to the disrespect of street-crossing priorities (32). Forty-one motorcyclists and 85 bicyclists suffered mild body injuries. Thirty-one motorcyclists and 27 bicyclist suffered severe injuries. Five motorcyclists and four bicyclists ended lethally. Most accidents happened in biometeorological phases 9 (63), 4 (32) and 1 (31). Conclusion. Statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between accidents and biometeorological phases, with most accidents occurring during stabile warm weather and rapid penetrations of cold fronts, and with a sudden switch of weather conditions.

The facets of the climate have a great impact on the traffic of different means of transportation as long as  bad weather conditions usually reduce the density of the transportation, especially on the land roads, while good conditions help to increase the use of the land roads. The climatic characteristics have a direct impact on the occurrence of the traffic accidents for the increase in the amount of rain, the fog and the intensity of fog  are all responsible factors for impeding traffic stream. This study aims at identifying the effect of the climatic characteristics on the traffic accidents in the Ramadi city through the climatic data and trying to find out the impact of each element on climatic ones on the  traffic stream in the study area. This study also aims at reducing the impact of the climate in the traffic accidents in Ramadi city via finding some treatments to reduce the impact of the climatic characteristics in the occurrence of traffic accidents. The study comes up with that all the climate elements: rain, dust storms and fog have a direct effect on the occurrence of a number of accidents in the study area.

Traffic accidents represent a social, health and political challenge in every country. Urban environments are characterized by intense traffic flows on the network, where different conditions resulting in interactions between motorised and non-motorised transport constantly occur, potentially increasing the risk of accidents. Although road accidents are considered as random events in space and time, a highly detailed analysis may establish correlations between road accidents and external factors (road infrastructure, traffic conditions, weather conditions, land use). This paper considers the impact of external factors on road accidents involving pedestrians in the City of Zagreb, which required an analysis of accident blackspots. The research conducted in this paper puts an emphasis on relations between external factors and accident blackspots involving pedestrians. The results can be used in planning pedestrian infrastructure and improving road safety.
