During this Pandemic Covid 19 situation, the competition in the hotel industry becomes more competitive. The niche market especially in this industry become smaller and tighter. Thus, the hotel businesses have to be more aware with all the factors than can affect the customer to do the purchase decision to keep their sustainability and to win the competition. Some of the important factors that can affect the consumer decision are promotion, servicescape and brand image. The study was conducted to find out the influence of promotion and servicescape of stay decisions through of brand image at El Royale Hotel Banyuwangi. This research uses a type of quantitive research with path analysis as the method. The tool that was used by the researcher is IBM SPSS 26. The population of this study is the visitors who stay at El Royale Hotel Banyuwangi, with the number of samples used are 100 based on Slovin Formula and taken by purposive sampling technique.The sampling’s criteria that are used in this research are the guests above 17 years old, and the guest who act as a decision maker. The result of this study is show that (1) partially promotion and servicescape affect the brand image positively and significantly. (2) partially promotion, servicescape and brand image affect the stay decision positively and significantly. (3) Brand image able to mediate the influence of promotion to stay decision. (4) Brand image is not able to mediate the influence of servicescape to stay decision.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran brand image dalam memediasi pengaruh country of origin terhadap niat beli motor Vespa Piaggio di kota Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel adalah non-probability berbentuk purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 120 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung di Kota Denpasar. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara country of origin terhadap brand image, hubungan yang positif dan singnifikan antara country of origin terhadap niat beli serta brand image mampu memediasi hubungan antara terhadap niat beli konsumen pada motor merek Vespa Piaggio di Kota Denpasar. Hasil tersebut berarti semakin baik citra negara asal merek serta semakin kuat brand image yang tertanam di benak konsumen, akan berpengaruh terhadap niat beli mereka akan suatu produk. Kata kunci: country of origin, brand image, niat beli ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to test the role of brand image in mediating the influence of country of origin on the intention to buy a motor Vespa Piaggio in the city of Denpasar. The method used to determine the sample is non-probability in the form of purposive sampling with sample size of 120 respondents. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly in Denpasar City. The analysis technique used is path analysis and test of sobel. The research findings show that there is a positive and significant correlation between country of origin to brand image, positive and significant relationship between country of origin to purchase intention and brand image able to mediate relationship between consumer purchase intention on Vespa Piaggio brand motor in Denpasar city. The result means the better the image of the home country of the brand and the stronger the brand image embedded in the minds of consumers, will affect their purchase intention of a product. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of retail mix on the repeat purchase decision in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. The population in this research are all consumers who shopped in Niagara Supermarkets and domiciled in Bukittinggi city and its surroundings. To determine the size of the sample by using Cochran formula. The number of samples in the research are 127 peoples. The sampling technique use purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool use the path analysis trimming model. Retail Mix simultaneously influence the repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. Customer service influence the repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. Store design and display does not influence the repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. Communications mix influence the repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. The location does not influence the repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. Merchandise assortment does not influence repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi. Pricing influence the repeat purchase decisions in Niagara Supermarkets Bukittinggi.

Munculnya isu pencemaran lingkungan menuntut masyarakat menjadi semakin pandai menentukan pilihannya dalam mengonsumsi produk-produk yang aman terhadap lingkungan. Persepsi konsumen yang ditimbulkan dari adanya kegiatan green marketing dianggap penting karena dapat meningkatkan citra dari suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap purchase decision yang dimediasi oleh brand image. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan produk AMDK Ades sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini melibatkan 117 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google forms. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Brand image mampu memediasi pengaruh green marketing terhadap purchase decision pada produk AMDK Ades di Kota Denpasar. The development of technology is growing rapidly, so that smartphones are common and an effective communication tool for users to meet all their needs and interests. Many manufacturers provide smartphone products that offer various conveniences. There are several considerations for consumers in buying a product such as price, brand image and product quality. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. Research was conducted in Denpasar and the population in this study are consumers who had bought or used Xiaomi smartphone. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents with purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. results show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions o Xiaomi smartphones in Denpasar. The sample used is 100respondents. This study uses path analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 16 for windows. The results of this study can be stated that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant and strong relationship between Brand Ambassador (X1) and Brand Image (X2). The partial effect can be concluded that the Brand Ambassador does not significantly influence the Purchase Decision because the value of Sig. (0.466) > (0.10) and t count (0.732) < t table (1.661) then H0 is accepted. Brand Image partially affects the Purchase Decision because the value of sig. (0.000) < (0.10) and t count (6.785) > t table (1.661) then Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that Brand Ambassador and Brand Image simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision.

ABSTRAK   Niat beli merupakan niat seseorang dalam suatu proses pembelian, apakah orang tersebut berniat membeli produk atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh EWOM terhadap brand image, pengaruh EWOM terhadap niat beli, pengaruh brand image terhadap niat beli serta peran brand image dalam memediasi hubungan EWOM dengan niat beli produk Iphone.     Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Kota Denpasar yang berniat membeli produk Iphone. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 110 orang. Teknik analisis yang dipakai yaitu teknik analisis jalur atau path analysis dan Uji Sobel.  Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara EWOM dengan brand image, EWOM dengan niat beli, brand image dengan niat beli. Brand image dapat berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara pengaruh EWOM dengan niat beli. Hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa EWOM yang positif dapat meningkatkan brand image serta mampu meningkatkan niat beli konsumen terhadap produk Iphone.            Kata Kunci : brand image, EWOM, niat beli

This research was conducted with the aim of measuring and testing the effect of brand image on brand loyalty with brand trust as a mediator. One hundred badminton players using Shuttlecock Pastra were used as samples, the method used was purposive sampling. The study was conducted in Denpasar City and distributed questionnaires to prospective respondents as many as 100 people selected through a purposive sampling technique. Path analysis techniques and sobel tests are used to analyze data. After investigating, it was found that brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand trust variables, brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty variables, brand trust variables had a positive effect that was also significant for brand loyalty variables and brand trust variables were able to mediate the influence of brand image on brand loyalty shuttlecock Pastra. This research was conducted on consumers who have already purchased isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis (analyze path). Based on respondents' data, it can be directly seen that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (4) brand image acts as a mediating variable between product quality variables and repurchase intention. The findings of this study conclude that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the brand image and consumer repurchase intention on isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City, the brand image is able to mediate the quality of the product against repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, brand image, and price perception toward purchase decision of Sensi Masks in Tangerang. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study are 100 Sensi masks customers in Tangerang by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. The data were processed using SmartPLS v.3.2.2. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and price perception has a significant positive effect on purchase decision. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Sensi di Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen masker Sensi di Tangerang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring melalui Google Form. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SmartPLS v.3.2.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of television advertising and brand image simultaneously and partially to the purchase decision of Wardah brand product in Palu City. The variables of this research are television advertisement (X1) and brand image (X2). While the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). The research method used is descriptive method causal with the number of sample 75 people. Form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Television advertisement and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah brand products; 2). Television advertisement partially significant effect on purchasing decision of Wardah brand product; 3). Brand image partially significant effect on purchasing decision of Wardah brand product in Palu City. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh iklan televisi dan citra merek secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Wardah di Kota Palu. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu iklan televisi (X1) dan citra merek (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 75 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Iklan Televisi dan Citra Merek secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Wardah; 2). Iklan Televisi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Wardah; 3). Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Wardah di Kota Palu.
