Abstract. Based on 2760 well-defined substorm onsets in the Northern Hemisphere and 1432 in the Southern Hemisphere observed by the FUV Imager on board the IMAGE spacecraft, a detailed statistical study is performed including both auroral regions. This study focuses on the hemispheric comparisons. Southward pointing interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) is favorable for substorm to occur, but still 30% of the events are preceded by northward IMF. The magnetic latitude (MLat) of substorm onset depends mainly on the merging electric field (Em) with a relationship of |dMLat|= −5.2 Em0.5, where dMLat is the deviation from onset MLat. In addition, seasonal effects on onset MLat are also detected, with about 2 degrees higher latitudes during solstices than equinoxes. Both IMF By and solar illumination have a significant influence on the magnetic local time (MLT) of onsets. An average relation, dMLT=0.25 By between IMF By and the deviation from onset MLT, was found. The By dependence varies slightly with the onset latitude. At lower latitudes (higher activity) it is reduced. After removal of the relationship with IMF By a linear relationships remains between the solar zenith angle and onset MLT with dMLT=1 min/deg. Therefore, both solar illumination and IMF By can contribute to hemispheric longitudinal displacements of substorm onset locations from conjugacy. No indications for systematic latitudinal displacements between the hemispheres have been found.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. Problem setting. Islamic international law is a set of Islamic norms and customs that govern the relationship of Muslim States and Muslims with non-Muslim States, as well as with Muslim individuals within and outside the world of Islam. Islam has come a long and difficult way from the emergence of religion in modern ideology. It is considered one of the leading religions of the world and has a significant influence on a large number of people and states, so it is advisable to study one of the outstanding stages of the formation of the Islamic system in the field of international law, namely the Middle Ages and find out its connection with modernity. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The Islamic science of international law is in the process of development, during which its representatives try to combine the traditional values of Islam with the basic principles of modern international law. Among the scientists who made a significant contribution to the study of the Islamic concept of international law, its historical development and the modern situation, one can distinguish such as A. Butkevich, L. Sukiyainen, Al-Shaybani, Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, V. Knapp, M. Sana, Sardar Ali S., Hilmli M. Zavati, A. Merezhko, B. Feldman and others. Target of research. Study of the Islamic concept of international law, analysis and comparison of content, significance of Islamic international law in the Middle Ages and modern times. Article’s main body. The article is devoted to the main stages of the formation of one of the most important systems of international law – Islamic, which is a collection of unique traditional values, legal norms and customs of Islam. The stages of development in the Middle Ages and the connection with modernity were investigated, the main features in the Middle Ages were determined. Conclusions and prospects for the development. According to researching the spin traveling wave pump, the relationship of the characteristics of magnetic fluid and the press is investigated under the spin magnetic field by the theory method. The relationship of moving, magnetic field and press is investigated by the decoupled computation between the magnetic field and force. The method is scientificity and rationality by the testing. The distributing shape of magnetic fluid in the pump is affected by the adding magnetic field under the spin magnetic field when the magnetic fluid is filled in the pump. At the same time, the adding magnetic field is affected by magnetic particles of magnetic fluid. The magnetic fluid can be moved by the effect of the adding magnetic field in the pump. The flux of magnetic fluid increases with the magnetic field.

So far, the culture of civil servants is still at issue especially supported by personalities that are in the public spotlight in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of a person's personality through Big Culture, Organizational Culture Overview and Balitbangda Employee Performance in Jambi Province and determine the relationship of influence between big five personality and organizational culture on employee performance both simultaneously and partially and to test organizational culture as a moderating variable on the influence Big five personality on performance. This study uses survey research techniques, census sampling techniques that are all Balitbangda employees as samples and data analysis is done descriptively and perivikatip. Descriptively describe the variables studied from the variables without testing. Perivikatip examine the relationship of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of data processing indicate that descriptively Big Five Personality, organizational culture and performance are in the quite good category. The perivikatip test shows that there is a significant significant influence on the Big Five Personality of organizational culture and has a positive relationship. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, Big Five Personality has a positive and significant influence on performance. There is a significant mediating effect of the interaction of the Big Five Personality and Organizational Culture on the influence of the Big Five          Personality on the Performance of Balitbangda Jambi Province Employees

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial information quality dan relationship quality dalam komunitas online terhadap uncertainty reduction, pengaruh uncertainty reduction terhadap purchase intention, dan pengaruh involvement terhadap hubungan uncertainty reduction dan purchase intention. Subyek penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah pernah menggunakan salah satu dari komunitas online Youtube, Kompas Tekno, atau Tabloit PULSA untuk mencari informasi mengenai smartphone. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner secara online. Total sampel yang terkumpul ada 159 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua analisis regresi, yaitu: analisis regresi linier ganda dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial information quality dan relationship quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap uncertainty reduction. Sementara itu, uncertainty reduction memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Involvement sebagai moderator tidak memberikan pengaruh pada hubungan uncertainty reduction dan purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the partial influence of information quality and relationship quality in the online community on uncertainty reduction, the influence of uncertainty reduction on purchase intention, and the influence of involvement on the relationship of uncertainty reduction and purchase intention. The subjects of this study were people who had used one of the online communities: Youtube, Kompas Tekno, or TabloitPULSA to find information about smartphones. This study is using non probability sampling method with convenience sampling as a sampling technique and online questionnaire as a distribution method. The total samples collected were 159 samples. This study used two regression analyses: multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of this study are that information quality and relationship quality partially has a positive and significant influence on uncertainty reduction. Meanwhile, uncertainty reduction has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Involvement as a moderator has no effect on the relationship of uncertainty reduction and purchase intention.

The problem in this study, first is whether there is an influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on morale. Second, whether there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and work spirit together or partially on employee performance. This study aims to find answers to the problem formulation. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach that is associative. This study will explain the relationship of influencing and influenced by the variables to be examined, namely the influence of leadership style and compensation to work morale and its impact on employee performance and does not violate the law, morals, and ethics. The population was 130 respondents, which were sampled in this study were 99 respondents to represent the population of OKU District Panwaslu staff. The sampling technique used in this study is the simple random sampling technique, which is the research sample taken using simple random methods. Analyzing the data in this study used path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study concluded the first positive and significant influence of leadership style and compensation together or partially on work morale. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, compensation and working spirit together or partially on the performance of employees in the Oversight Panwaslu Office in OKU Regency. Researchers still suggest that the Panwaslu leadership should pay attention to compensation, encouragement and motivation so that employee performance increases

Learning concentration becomes an important requirement in learning activities. This should be the concern of all educators, if they want to achieve their educational goals. In this context, this research with the theme of spiritual intelligence, social intelligence and self efficacy in solving a problem is very important to be implemented.This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study all students of class XI in Senior High School 4 Madiun, amounting to 136 students, because more than 100, the study used a sample of 34 students. The data collection techniques use documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis, the coefficient of determination, which is preceded by an assumption test of analysis, namely the validity test, reliability test, normality, linearity test and hypothesis test.This study wants to see, [1] the relationship of spiritual intelligence to self efficacy, [2} the relationship of social intelligence to self efficacy, and [3] the relationship of spiritual intelligence and social intelligence to self efficacy in class XI Senior High School 4 Madiun. The results of this study indicate that: [1] significant influence between spiritual intelligence on self efficacy, denger regression coefficient of spiritual intelligence variable is 0.694 [2] significant influence of social intelligence on self efficacy, with regression coefficient of social intelligence variable of 0.543 and [3] significant influence spiritual intelligence and social intelligence together towards self efficacy.

Health is something everyone needs, but with a solid activity we sometimes forget to maintain health, and more often ignore it. To maintain health we must do exercise, good exercise will increase endorphin hormone, and decrease cortisol, which affects a person's stress level, good exercise habits will decrease a person's stress level. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of exercise habits to stress levels of the students Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III. Sampling Method using purposive random sampling, and the design study used is crossectional design. There were 100 students participated in tjis study. The results of this study found that exercise habits of stress levels have a high relationship, and significant influence where obtained p value <0.05. This shows that good sports habits affect the level of stress in students Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III
