Fatigue is a complaint that many children with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) feel while undergoing chemotherapy and is a multidimensional problem. The condition of fatigue that children continuously feel requires treatment from health workers. To optimize physical exercise interventions, researchers combined physical exercise with Levine theory based on four conservation principles to increase patient activity during treatment. The goal of the study was to provide physical exercise to children with ALL undergoing chemotherapy. The research method is quantitative with Quasy Experimen With Control Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design. This study sample of ALL children aged 8-13 years who underwent maintenance phase chemotherapy. The sample was taken using consecutive sampling techniques with a total of 22 people. The data collection tool uses the Multidimensional Fatigue Scale questionnaire. The results showed that the average fatigue scale in the pre-test intervention group was 31.18 and post-test 47.64. The pre-test control group was 27.27 and post-test 39.18. The level of fatigue experienced by children decreased (p 0.000) after being given physical exercise walking 5 minutes, six times in 14 days. The involvement of health workers is expected in conducting a comprehensive assessment of fatigue symptoms, and the results of this study can be used as one of the physical exercise interventions in the management of fatigue in children with leukemia.

Water pollution in the coastal areas of Ternate has shown a serious increase. It can be seen from the amount of garbage and the appearance of water turbidity in areas near residential areas. Based on a preliminary study, several residents behind the mountain also complained about the brackishness of their wells due to seawater intrusion. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the distillation method on decreasing the value of electrical conductivity and power of hydrogen (pH) in seawater. This research is an experimental study with a post-test only group control design with a sample of 10 litres of liquid waste from three places, namely Muara Maliaro, Muara Pasar Sayur, Muara Pelabuhan Besar. The results of this study were processed using data processing software with paired T-test and Wilcoxon. The average value of DHL in samples 1, 2, 3 after distillation was carried out successively was 116 mhos/cm, 109.33 mhos/cm, 109.66 mhos/cm. The average pH value in samples 1, 2, 3 after distillation in all samples have shown normal values with an average of  7. There is a difference in the DHL value before and after distillation with the Sig value (2-tailed), which is <0.05. There is a different pH value before and after distillation with the Sig value (2-tailed) <0.05. Distillation equipment can reduce the value of electrical conductivity and pH in seawater.

The critical care room is an independent hospital with special staff and special equipment for observation, care and therapy of patients suffering from life-threatening illnesses, injuries or complications. Families in critical rooms usually experience anxiety, fear, and panic. One of the efforts to reduce anxiety is to get closer to God Almighty to increase spirituality. The review aims to obtain information about the spiritual level with anxiety in patients' families in critical care rooms at the hospital. A systematic review was carried out using the PRISMA (Prefered Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) reporting technique with article selection using eligibility criteria. Search journals using Elsevier, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Springer, and ProQuest databases from June to July 2021. Using English keywords, three journals are obtained; through Indonesian, six journals are obtained. The results of nine journals that have been analyzed by researchers as a whole are 57.5% of good family spiritual and 52.5% moderate family anxiety. This decrease in anxiety was caused by the spiritual services provided to respondents in the form of praying. The spiritual approach can be used as input for nurses to provide interventions to all patients' families in the hospital, especially those who experience anxiety.

Pregnancy and childbirth are physiological processes that every woman will go through. The intensity of pain experienced by women during labor varies, but it can be exacerbated by fear, tension, and anxiety. Hypnosis techniques have been proposed as a means of overcoming anxiety and fear. Compared to women who receive relaxation training or supportive counselling, hypnosis reduces pain intensity, shortens delivery time, and reduces the number of women who stay in the hospital for more than two days after their baby is born. Yoga during pregnancy, like hypnosis, has been shown to reduce pain intensity during the first stage of labor. This research aimed to see how prenatal hypnosis and prenatal yoga affected labor pain in women giving birth at the Independent Practice of Midwife Meli Rosita Palembang. This study employs an experimental research design with a Static Group Comparison strategy. The sample in this study consisted of 60 pregnant women divided into two groups: those who received hypnosis and prenatal yoga interventions and those who did not. Questionnaires, checklists, and tutorials on implementing prenatal hypnosis and prenatal yoga were used as instruments. Prenatal hypnosis and prenatal yoga significantly affected labor pain in Maternal Maternity at Meli Rosita's Independent Midwife Practice (p-value 0.000). The intervention group had a pain scale average of 2.70, while the control group had a pain scale average of 4.33. As a result, a combination of prenatal hypnosis and prenatal yoga can alleviate labor pain.

A well-planned pregnancy procedure will benefit the fetus's health and the mother's physical and psychological adaption to pregnancy. Unwanted pregnancies and on-time pregnancies in a woman might be classified as situations of unmet need. Along with pregnancy, this influence on the mother's unpreparedness to conceive can even lead to the decision to undergo an unsafe abortion. This study aimed to elicit data on the features of premarital couples' preparation for a safe pregnancy and their association with knowledge about pregnancy preparation. The study used a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling to examine 57 premarital couples and then utilizing the chi-square to analyze data. The study's findings indicate that respondents will marry at a high risk of pregnancy. There are still some couples who lack adequate knowledge about pregnancy preparation and have not received adequate counseling. There is a significant relationship between the bride and groom's ages and their level of knowledge about preparing for a healthy pregnancy (p-value 0.000), level of education and level of knowledge (p-value 0.000), perspective and level of knowledge (p-value 0.000), and history of exposure to information and level of knowledge (p-value 0.000). Increased marriage age, greater education level, and provision of relevant information will assist married couples in supporting increased knowledge that is more adequate for pregnancy preparation.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) causes metabolic disorders such as hyperphosphatemia. Limiting phosphorus and protein intake is one option, but egg whites and brown rice snack bars are another. This study aimed to compare CKD patients' mean blood urea levels before and after intervention at Prabumulih City Hospital in South Sumatra. This study employs a two-stage quasy design. The first stage of making snack bars was organoleptic tests with Friedman test analysis. In Phase II, patients are given snack bars, and their blood urea levels are measured using t-dependent tests. Purposive sampling was used to select CKD patients from a group of up to 13. The best formula for the brown rice snack bar was formula 3 with 225 kcal energy, 3.46 g protein, 12.68 g fat, 24.26g carbohydrate, 38.92 g phosphorus, and a Phosphorus-Protein ratio of 11.24 mg/g. The mean blood urea levels of CKD patients differed statistically (p-value 0.000). With its low protein and low phosphorus-to-protein ratio, the snack bar's formula can lower blood urea levels in CKD patients. So this snack bar can be used as CKD diet food.
