The new geodetic technology system characterized by high precision, real-time and popularization has gradually formed in the wave of new technological revolution. Taking advantage of modern information technology, the new geodetic technology system has new features for technology sharing and data sharing, in which geodetic data and positioning applications and geodetic applications can meet the requirements of real-time, public-sharedand interactivity. Geodetic Data Standards are the cornerstone in process of geodetic informationization, which describes scientifically the geodetic data processing, management and service, as well as the theory, methods and procedures used for implementation. Along with the development of geodetic informationization, the width and depth of data standardization application will far exceed the level of traditional standardization. With the advancement of measurement technology, there are less technical constraints in the relatively simple instruments operation process while more complicated data structure to be analyzed, and the more urgent socialization services requirements to be met. The focus of geodetic standardization will shift from operational standards to data standards. In this paper, the content, characteristics, classification principles and methods of geodetic data are studied for the new characteristics of modern geodetic informationization.

Security of data is the challenging aspects of modern information technology. An improved cryptology algorithm is introduced in this paper to offer comparatively higher security. We divide our message into several blocks as 8bits per block then convert each character into its corresponding positional number, where uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits and special characters are mapped into some range of numbers. Then replace each decimal number into their binary equivalent consisting of 7-bits. Then combine 8 blocks of binary numbers into a single string. After performing some operation on the data, we get the final encrypted message. For decryption, we use same method in reverse way. Taking the decrypted message we perform some basic operation as replacing by binary or equivalent decimal and position then we get the original message back. Though the length of the encrypted message is larger than original message in this proposed algorithm, it offers higher security for the real-time communications

The article deals with the structure of the modern information technology system used in the tourism industry. It is emphasized that the use of information technology in each separate segment of the tourism industry, such as hotels, ticket reservations, the creation of specialized tourist products, is interlinked with all others. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the using of modern information technologies in the tourism industry. It was established that the introduction of information technology in the tourism industry took place in four stages, from the creation of data, through the direct development of information technologies , the development of strategic information systems and the integration of individual IT components in a network of different levels, from local to global. It is revealed that the majority of tourist enterprises use both standard and special software in their activity. For tourism enterprises to carry out marketing activities successfully, the information market offers technologies aimed at the process of automating the accumulation of survey results, planning and developing a marketing strategy. One of the most important elements in the tourism industry is computer reservation systems, which eventually integrated into global booking systems. These systems provide not only transport services, but also hotel accommodation, cruise trips, location information, bus, rail and air connections, exchange rates, weather reports, etc., allowing one to reserve all major components of the tour. Tour operators use several classic approaches to building a reservation system. The features of the market of tourist services, the specific characteristics of the services themselves and the peculiarities of their perception by consumers determine the specifics of marketing in this area. The use of information technologies, in particular the Internet, enables businesspeople and marketers to explore new market opportunities for their travel services, to highlight and explore various market segments (geographic, demographic, professional, organizational, behavioural, etc.). Tracking relevant information can be used to predict the future development of consumer demand and identify new trends in the behaviour of existing and potential customers. The use of geoinformation systems opens up broad prospects for engineering justification and design of new tourist routes and recreational areas, the publication of thematic tourist maps and the creation of web atlases, etc. Thus, thanks to information technologies, a single tourist information space is created that allows all players in the tourist market to quickly receive real information.

There was a discrepancy found between the practice of identification of the soldiers who went missing in action during the Great Patriotic War and also the reburied ones and the possibilities of automated processing of the war and post-war archive documents using modern information technology. Using the practical application of the mix of technologies of the databases, geographic information systems and the Internet as an example there is a possibility demonstrated to establish the destiny of a soldier who was considered missing in action. As far as the GIS technologies are concerned the methods of forming the atlas of rastre electronic maps and vector maps with the data from the archive sources have been the most significant. The atlas of raster electronic maps of the Great Patriotic War period for the Kalinin Battle Front and the 30th army which was formed in the process of research has been registered in Rospatent in the form of database. The functionality of the research was provided by applying various programming means

Grass-root Agro-technique extension plays an important role to the development of “Three Rural Issues”, modern information technology can promote the work of Agro-technique extension. This paper mainly introduce the things what we have done in order to promote the service and management work of Agro-technique extension. Through the establishment of information platform and distribution information equipments, provide the direct service to agro-technique promoters, agriculture experts and some agro-technique extension managers, achieving better service to the small holders and improving the agro-technique extension management finally. After a long time of hard work, we gain some experience and lessons that will be shared with you.

The present scientific paper outlines in today’s contemporary world - where everything is as it seems at first glance, subordinated to the economy, technology and politics are essentially ruled by ethics, value attitudes, which in that or otherwise find embodiment for purposes activities. After all, the question of goals, intentions is the question about values. The paper underlines that modern information technology has sharpened the problem of the values of the human spirit and choice further path of our world civilization. Everyone remembers the 20th century with its socio-cultural contradictions. And the scale of the achievements, and the scale of destruction committed by people in the twentieth century, incomparable with any other times in its history. The present paper emphasizes that if we want to keep human moral values in the information sphere, then is the technology itself sufficient for this, creating suitable programs forcing save them? Of course, working in networks and not consider off-grid the laws impossible. The paper concludes that what will this process lead to, hard to say. One thing is clear now: interacting with a digital computer, we inevitably become different. Society becomes others. And to regret it is nostalgia for past, it is sweet - meaningless. Like us modern peace or not - but this is reality life, and of them desirable proceed if we want to impact on construction our future
