Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been the backbone of Indonesia's economy for over 100 years. There is nearly 64-million-unit business, with 98% of the market share belonging to the micro-business and 52% categorized as informal. Despite the uncertainty created by the prolonged crisis, a path of recovery is happening in the SME sector. Continuous effort to support SMEs has been planned include mapping out a cluster program. This chapter illustrates challenges and types of resilience and cluster issues facing SMEs that need to be resolved to prepare SMEs for recovery, and one of them is information technology. For many businesses, including SMEs, participation in the digital economy is the key to greater resiliency. The development of SMEs in Indonesia is an interesting topic with an actual illustration of the recent trends of Asian countries' economies and businesses in the current COVID-19 pandemic.

The development of information technology is currently causing increase fierce competition between industries. The competition has an impact on the development of the micro small and medium business sector (MSME). The MSMEs sector are often less aware on the importance of information technology in this case the use of online trading system (e-commerce) which used to increase the scope of product sales and can speed up existing business processes. Especially MSMEs in Malang District are limited to self-taught sales without using information technology support. This has an impact on the products sold that are not widely known by the public in general which causes MSME revenues to tend to be low. Therefore, in this study trying to design an e-commerce application that aims to increase the income of Micro Small Medium Enterprises in Malang Districts.

Abstract. Using information technology to gain competitive advantage is no longer dominated by big enterprises. Other business units such as MSMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) also start to adopt information technology into their business. E-Commerce is an example of technology that can be used easily to selling and marketing a product. Marketing in E-Commerce can still be improved by integrating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) concept into it. Dolanan Puzzle is an example of MSME focusing on tools of educational games in Yogyakarta. Currently Dolanan Puzzle still uses manual method to run their business. It limits the market of Dolanan Puzzle and it is hard to reach their customers. Integration of E-Commerce with CRM can be a solution for Dolanan Puzzle to develop their business. Using E-Commerce as an online store enables customers to reach Dolanan Puzzle easily. Further more, marketing product from Dolanan Puzzle can also be improved by using implementation of CRM in E-Commerce. Keywords: CRM, E-Commerce, Marketing, Customer, MSME Abstrak. Tren pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk meingkatkan keunggulan kompetitif tidak lagi di dominasi oleh usaha berskala besar saja. Unit usaha seperti UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) juga secara bertahap mulai mengadopsi teknologi informasi. E-Commerce merupakan contoh teknologi yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada UMKM dikarenakan dapat menjadi wadah berjualan dan promosi secara online. Pemasaran di dalam E-Commerce pun dapat ditingkatkan dengan penerapan CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Dolanan Puzzle adalah contoh UMKM produsen Alat Permainan Edukatif di Yogyakarta. Saat ini Dolanan Puzzle belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam bisnisnya. Hal itu membuat pemasaran dari Dolanan Puzzle tersebut sangat terbatas dan hanya sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui tentang Dolanan Puzzle. Pembuatan E-Commerce dengan pengimplementasian CRM di dalamnya dapat menjadi jalan keluar untuk Dolanan Puzzle dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Adanya E-Commerce sebagai toko online Dolanan Puzzle memudahkan pelanggan dalam mencarinya. Promosi dari Dolanan Puzzle pun dapat ditingkatkan dengan penerapan CRM pada E-Commerce Dolanan Puzzle tersebut. Kata Kunci: CRM, E-Commerce, promosi, pelanggan, UMKM

Information Technology is one among the high priority resource in the current competitive business scenario. Digital Infrastructure consists of Hardware, Software, Network, Protocols, Policies and Practices that together organize and deliver the increasing power to business and society. The Information Technology services such as Messaging services, Web services, Email services, Data services, Log Monitoring services and others are important for any business. The malfunction or failure of any IT resources during critical situations is not accepted by the stake holders of any business. The Service Level Agreement provides the relationship between the IT service provider and the business customers, it is an evidence of written document which properly addresses the issues. The issues and challenges of Information Technology infrastructure management in Small and Medium Business Enterprises are discussed in this paper.

This study aims to design a supplier performance assessment model for information technology services provider in small medium enterprises (SME) in Indonesia. Supplier performance assessment is important to improve supplier performance and maintain long-term relationships between SME (buyer) and their suppliers. This supplier Assessment models are developed based on the review literature and interviews with procurement staff in SMEs. Performance assessment criteria are identified and tested for validity by providing a questionnaire to procurement section in SMEs. In order to obtain importance weight of each criteria toward performance score, a questionnaire to weighed the criteria are distributed to procurement staff and analyzed the answers using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The final performance score is calculated based on the standardized value of each criteria multiplied by its weight. Based on the implementation of this model in SMEs, it is known that the proposed model is suitable to assess the supplier’s performance and greatly help the SMEs in managing the performance of their suppliers.

Abstract- One of the problems faced by SMEs is the lack of use of information technology. They are not able to build their own database, which makes it impossible for them to expand their business, protect their company from risk. A survey was conducted to increase the company's productivity and improve its financial condition using statistics from the last 27 years, selecting companies that are making a valuable contribution to the business and operating in the mining and transportation sectors. This will allow the company to expand its operations by using information technology to increase productivity and anticipate and address operational issues.
