The article is devoted to the optimization of the educational process in higher education institutions, in particular, to the improvement of physical education of students. The possibility of using special equipment (fitballs, weights, rubber shock absorbers, medballs, etc.) in the organization of classes in the gym is substantiated, the peculiarities of the organization of such classes are described. The state of health and physical fitness of higher education seekers in Ukraine is analyzed. It is established that the vast majority of students have a level of physical fitness below average. It was found that the system of organizing physical education classes in the gym with such students needs improvement. It is determined that there should be an individual approach for each student. It is emphasized that it is important to find an individual accurate dose of exercise, especially in the initial period of exercise, increasing it as the body adapts to exercise and improves fitness. We believe that the prospects for further research are to obtain experimental data that will assess the degree of impact of these types of classes on physical development and physical fitness of students

In modern science there is a permanent search for new effective forms of organization of the educational process in physical training at higher education institutions of different orientation. The article presents a solution of the actual scientific and practical task of improving the level of physical fitness of students and increasing the readiness of young people of military age to fulfill their national service obligation and advancement of the content of physical education in agrarian institutions of higher education by means of the program of sectional classes using the means of MMA. Due to the conducted research, for the first time, the structure and content of the program of sectional classes with the priority use of means of MMA all-around in physical education of students of institutions of higher education has been scientifically substantiated; the effectiveness of the use of means of military sports all-around for students of agricultural institutions of higher education was determined by indicators of their physical condition, physical development, functional and psychological state, physical fitness. The effectiveness of the author’s program is confirmed by the improvement of functional capabilities, normalization of physical condition, enhancement of the level of physical fitness, increase of interest of young men to engage in physical education and importance of instrumental and terminal values.

The article substantiates the organization of the educational process of physical education of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of quarantine restrictions. The need for urgent adaptation of the process of physical education to the new challenges that accompany the "quarantine" training, requires solving the problems of pedagogical, methodological and organizational content of the educational process of higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects of the organization of the educational process of physical education of students by means of remote technologies. The research is based on the use of a set of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The views of researchers on this issue, set out in the latest scientific literature. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies in the formation of information educational environment of physical education of students is determined. It is established that the transition from traditionally used to multidimensional distance learning expands the use of vector information technology, opens new prospects for the development of physical education of students in higher education. The factors of organization of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning are singled out and ranked. The influence of the latter is multi-vector, which necessitates timely detection and prompt response to them to avoid them if possible. Among the advantages of organizing the educational process of physical education of students by means of distance technologies: the possibility of using leading educational technologies; increasing the efficiency of the educational process by intensifying the process of cognition and interpersonal interactive communication; development of a conscious and motivated approach to classes; the possibility of diversifying the educational process; increasing the efficiency of students' independent work; realization of the educational function of physical culture; development of the need for self-education through the mobility of knowledge and ideas; expanding and updating the role of the teacher, who must coordinate the process of physical development and improvement of students. It is proved that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies of distance learning will change the paradigm of physical education and creates the conditions for the most effective implementation of the opportunities inherent in such forms of physical education.

The article considers the peculiarities of the use of volleyball in groups of sports improvement of students of higher education institutions. The current state of physical fitness of student youth is characterized. The need to improve the system of sports training of volleyball students in connection with changes in government, structural, logistical, economic conditions, the need to educate young people in a healthy lifestyle, one of the main factors of which should be daily exercise . It is established that the existing system of physical education of students on the basis of traditional provisions of current organizational and methodological programs does not provide fully effective rehabilitation, education and upbringing of students from the standpoint of conscious mandatory motor activity and personal needs in solving important tasks of personal development. The reforms carried out in the modern system of higher education have deeply affected the physical education of student youth. The most important role in the general and professional development of students of higher education institutions belongs to physical education, both as a discipline and as one of the subsystems of the holistic pedagogical process. One of the ways to solve this problem is to reorient the target programs of different types of physical culture to meet the needs of personal orientations, interests and personal goals of each student, more fully take into account the level of physical development and physical fitness, targeted use of training loads. It is for each of the cultivated types of sports activities in higher education institutions it is necessary to develop a goal, objectives, tools, forms and a comprehensive educational and training complex. This becomes possible only on the basis of the development and application of new educational and training technologies aimed at conscious motor activity of female students of higher education institutions in the chosen sport.

Aim: Theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the method of using innovative technologies, aimed at improving the health of students in the process of physical education with the use of crossfit in medical institutions of higher education. Materials and Methods: The research was carried out within the framework of the discipline “Physical Education”, among students of 1-2 courses of medical specialties. In the experimental group, classes were held once a week for 90 minutes with the method of using crossfit for boys and girls, also there were additional extracurricular classes once a week (60 minutes). The control group was engaged in the usual program of physical education. Students of higher education institutions were offered a method of classes using crossfit tools. Results: In the educational process in higher education institutions, physical education is a way to achieve strategic goals by preserving the health of young people. An important aspect of our study is the use of innovative technologies in physical education process through crossfit. Crossfit refers to strength training and has an extreme system of general physical training, based on the alternation of basic movements in different sports. The crossfit training system allows you to easily adapt it for people with different levels of physical fitness. Students of higher education institutions were offered a method of classes using crossfit tools in physical education process. Conclusions: Thanks to the implemented methodology, the usage of functional all-around (crossfit), we proved that during our study, students who were engaged in the experimental method, improved their general physical condition, level of physical fitness and motivation to engage in physical culture and sports.

Training of the future specialist is a multifaceted educational process, which includes various types of training (theoretical, psychophysiological, physical, etc.). Focusing the results of pedagogical influence on all types of training and determining professional readiness. The urgency and expediency of the study of this problem is enhanced by the need to overcome existing contradictions in higher education, in particular between: severe deterioration in the health of student youth, steady growth in the number of students with impaired health therefore referred to a special medical group (SMG), and social order for a healthy, physically developed, and active generation. The purpose of the study lies in theoretical and methodological substantiation and experimental confirmation of the effectiveness of the use of new tools, technologies, forms, and methods of organising physical education of students. The method of observation and the method of statistical data processing were used to conduct the empirical part of the study, and the methods of system, correlation, and comparative analysis were used to substantiate the theoretical part. Consideration of modern approaches, presented in the content of pedagogical technologies, author's methods and programmes in physical education of students revealed that technologies with a wide arsenal of tools can serve as a factor that improves the physical health of students. The study found that the improper functioning of the physical education system is conditioned by the lack of methods and mechanisms for implementing the existing legal framework for physical education of young people in practice. In addition, the study substantiated the emergence of the issue regarding the use of health technologies due to the lack of a specific interpretation of the terminology

The components of the model of the methodical system of application of fitness technologies in the educational process of physical education of students are considered in the article. The created model has a purpose, tasks, content, principles, methods, forms, tools and tests. It is found that all components of the methodological system are subordinated to the purpose of formation and education of the student's personality through the process of applying fitness technologies, which should form a harmoniously developed personality. The structure of the author's model has been introduced motivational-target, content-organizational, technological and diagnostic blocks. The target block of the methodological system model is system-forming and determines the general vector orientation of the physical-fitness activity in the higher education institutions. In this block, special attention is paid to the formation of motivation for fitness classes in students, which solves both the external goals and the internal needs of students. The content-organizational unit includes fundamental laws, concepts, fitness technologies, physical and fitness activities aimed at preserving health, maintaining physical fitness and efficiency and physical development of students, forming and nurturing in them the continuous observance of healthy lifestyles. The technological block contains methods of training, education and development of the student's personality, forms of organization of the educational process on the use of fitness technologies, ways of organizing students in classes, methods of regulation of physical activity. The control and diagnostic unit of the methodical system model provides for monitoring and diagnostics of students' level of knowledge, practical skills, fitness level and mastering of fitness technologies. Assessment of students allows you to determine the levels of fitness and fitness (high, sufficient, medium and low).

The article reveals the features of the implementation of health technologies in the process of physical education of students of higher education institutions. It is determined that the design is aimed at changing the type of thinking of project participants in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market and globally is seen as a global trend in connection with increasing levels of production, training, life in general. The concept of health-preserving technologies of physical education based on a healthy lifestyle has been developed, which in accordance with the laws of morpho- functional development of the body and social expectations provides the formation of a young specialist, whose spiritual, physical, social and moral characteristics are adequate to new living conditions. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of health-preserving technology in the process of physical education are determined. Socio-economic and socio- political reorganization of all spheres of Ukrainian society is inevitable and entails changes in the spiritual life of people, in the motives of their behavior, values, social attitudes. In this regard, the higher education system faces the problem of transition from the traditional pedagogical paradigm to innovative learning based on the development of a culture of designing various technologies and, above all, technologies for developing and promoting the health of students potential of the nation. Only one person in ten can be called healthy, 60% have chronic diseases. A separate social problem is disability among the young population of Ukraine. Today there is an introduction into the system of physical education of students of higher education institutions of new programs of sectional classes with integrated use of aqua aerobics and health swimming, which are very popular among students and are characterized by a pronounced general health effect. We analyzed the scientific literature on this topic, tested general physical fitness, assessed the level of functional state of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, proposed an author's program of sectional classes with integrated use of aqua aerobics and swimming. The effectiveness of the program of sectional classes on recreational swimming on the general physical condition of students aged 18-19 years of the experiment was substantiated and the study of changes in physical performance, physical fitness, functional state of the cardiorespiratory system and physical health of girls of this age was studied. The author’s program of section classes is offered according to which the list of means of general physical training includes means of aqua aerobics with the corresponding redistribution of volume of hours on other means GFT (athletic gymnastics, step aerobics, cross-country running), the two-week submodules for increase of quality of operative control , developed a detailed scale of pulse regimes and special recovery complexes of physical exercises in aqua aerobics, and the theoretical section includes new materials on the impact of physical activity on the functional state of women, on methodological features of aqua aerobics, on new approaches to rapid assessment of current physical condition organism. It is proved that the introduction of an experimental program of sectional classes with the integrated use of aqua aerobics and recreational swimming in the system of physical education of students of higher education institutions contributed to a significant improvement of the physical condition of girls aged 18-19. The results obtained during the study convincingly testify to the positive results of sectional classes in swimming and aqua aerobics in students aged 18-19, there are some high changes in physical, functional fitness and physical health in general.

The article deals with the importance of table tennis on the emotional and physical state of students of higher educational institutions. The characteristics of the "Table tennis" program for female students of technical higher educational institutions are presented. The algorithm of the control system in the physical education of female students in the institution of higher education when teaching to play table tennis has been substantiated. The physical culture is in the outward and postal category of social life, and it is more straightforward and straightforward to be summed up with interests and peculiarities of a particular stage of historical development. For the fate of the social and economic reforms, the health of students in the field of health education will go down quickly. An analysis of the current situation of students, showing the value of the improvement in the number of students, who may have problems with their health. One of the reasons for such a camp is the low activity of young people, the greater their ability to study on a regular basis with the development of physical culture and sports during the period of intensive growth and development of the body. By the method of physical education of students in the development of food education є the formation of physical culture, specialty and health, in the form of training for the development of sports and tourism for the protection of health and professionalism. One of the main problems in organizing the educational process of female students is the establishment of motivation to engage in physical culture. The whole problem can be taken up by the organization of the chiefs from the physical education on the basis of different types of sports and systems of physical rights, the individuality of students and their interests.

The purpose of the study was to substantiate the experimental program of sectional classes with the complex use of recreational swimming means for female students of higher education institutions, which is aimed at increasing their physical condition. Materials and methods. Female students of 18-19 years old of higher education institutions took part in the research. During the study such methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, summarizing scientific data from modern approaches to the organization of the system of physical education of students of higher education institutions, general physical fitness testing. To assess the level of physical performance, the PWC170 submaximal test and the Rufier-Dixon test were used. Results and discussion. A program of sectional lessons with the integrated use of health-improving swimming means for female students of 18-19 years old of higher education institutions is proposed, which provides for a rational distribution of physical education means and rationing of the volume and intensity of physical activity. It was proved that after the experiment, the examined girls showed a significant (p <0.05) increase in the level of physical performance by 9%, dynamometry of the right hand by 6.5%, strength of the abdominal muscles by 5% and results in agility and flexibility tests, respectively 0.65% and 7%. At the same time, changes in other indicators were not statistically significant. The data indicate the positive influence of health-improving swimming sectional classes on the physical condition of 18-19-year-old female students. Conclusion. The introduction of the developed program of sectional classes with the integrated use of recreational swimming into the system of physical education of 18-19-year-old girl students contributed to a significant improvement of their physical condition. So, at the time of the end of the annual sectional classes according to the author's program, girls in the experimental group were found to have significantly (p <0.05; p <0.01; p <0.001) higher values of their physical performance, physical fitness, functional state of the cardiorespiratory system, physical health. The results obtained in the course of the formative experiment testify to the high efficiency of the developed program of sectional lessons for female students of 18-19 years old with the integrated use of recreational swimming, which gives grounds to recommend it for practical implementation in the system of physical education of students of higher educational institutions
