Penggunaan teknologi dalam dunia pemasaran telah memberi banyak manfaat positf terhadap tingkat penjualan dan pemasaran produk perusahaan. Kemajuan teknologi menjadikan digitalisasi marketing menjadi solusi pemasaran di era sekarang. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi dari penerapan digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mengukur sejauh mana digital marketing dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah sebuah lembaga keuangan dan berdampak terhadap brand loyalty dari perusahaan tersebut. Untuk penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap lembaga keuangan Bank Jateng Cabang Wonosobo dimana dilakukan pengambilan kuesioner berdasarkan dari sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu nasabah pengguna produk dari Bank Jateng.  Metode yang digunakan adalah survey deskriptif dengan metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital marketing pada Bank Jateng Cabang Wonosobo melalui social media marketing, internet banking dan email marketing memberi dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kepuasan nasabah Bank Jateng Cabang Wonosobo dan digital marketing mampu memberi dampak positif terhadap brand loyalty. Dalam penelitian ini juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara tidak langsung kepuasan nasabah mampu memediasi hubungan antara digital marketing terhadap brand loyalty Bank Jateng Cabang Wonosobo.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Social Media Brand Communication on Consumer Based Brand Equity of Indomie in Surabaya. Data from 150 respondent in Surabaya were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) via Amos version 22. Respondent were randomly drawn from Surabaya society who joined the Fan Page of Indomie on Facebook. Result of this study showed that firm-created and user-generated social media brand communication positively influences Brand Awareness/Association, but has no influences on brand loyalty, and perceived quality only affected by user-generated social media brand communication.


The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social media marketing activities on brand love which resulted in brand loyalty. The sample used was Instagram users who were customers of four fashion brands (Nike, H&M, Zara, Adidas) as many as 280 respondents. The method used is a non-probability sampling using a structural equation model that is run by the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing activities have a positive effect on self-expressive brands (inner and social), social media marketing activities have a positive impact on brand love, self-expressive brands (inner and social) have a positive effect on brand love, brand love has an effect positive for brand loyalty. The managerial implications suggested in this study include fashion social media brands that contain exciting content, managers provide product size customization, easy-to-remember product design, launching the limited edition series, and membership promotion strategies.

This day, social media has been developing. This media was used with company to close with consumer and gain more loyalty to brand. OVO Company have doing many activities in Instagram but the number of active customers not as much as their competitors. Go-Pay have the most active customer with social media activity not as much as OVO. This study aims to discuss the effect of social media marketing activities on OVO customer loyalty from attitudinal loyalty and behavioural loyalty with mediation customer satisfaction and perceived value. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) and 150 respondents processed with SPSS 25 and AMOS 25. The result confirmed that there is positive relation but not significant between OVO customer satisfaction and behavioural loyalty.

Purpose This paper aims to explore the influence of social media marketing on tourists’ intention to visit a botanical garden, which is one of the popular nature-based tourism destinations in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach This study sent questionnaires to 400 followers of the botanical garden’s Facebook account who responded to the initial calls for participation and declared that they have not visited the garden before. Analyses were conducted on 363 valid responses using the structural equation model. Findings The findings revealed several key determinants influencing the image of the botanical garden and its future value proposition, particularly in supporting the endeavour to shift from a mere recreational destination to a nature-based tourism destination offering educational experiences. Originality/value This paper offers a fresh look into the roles of social media marketing in increasing the intention to visit a tourism destination that is considerably affected by the destination image.

This study aims to analyze social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and consumer attachment to brand loyalty in Grab Indonesia. The research design used is quantitative research with a causal approach that examines the effect of exogenous variables (social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and consumer attachment) on endogenous variables (brand loyalty). The population in this study were consumers of social media followers (Instagram) grab with an infinite number, therefore sampling was carried out using purposive sampling with the consideration of respondents as followers of Instagram grab with a minimum period of following is 6 months and has given "likes" to the grab Instagram posts. The sample used in this study were consumers of online transportation companies (grab) as many as 300 respondents. This research analysis tool uses a structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that the exogenous variables (social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and consumer attachment) positively and significantly affect endogenous variables (brand loyalty). The variable that has the highest value in influencing brand loyalty is social media marketing. Meanwhile, the variable that directly influences brand loyalty with the lowest regression coefficient is electronic word of mouth.

Dilihat dari karakteristik wilayah Indonesia, UMKM sektor pariwisata menjadi salah satu pemegang peran penting dalam pertumbuhan di Indonesia. Akibat dari COVID-19 membuat para pelaku UMKM harus mencari cara agar tetap bertahan dan berkembang. Digital marketing merupakan salah satu soluai dalam meningkatkan pemasaran UMKM di Indonesia. Namun, hasil dari wawancara ke beberapa UMKM Pariwisata di Kabupaten Toba dan juga studi literatur masih ditemukan UMKM yang belum menerapkan digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari penerapan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan kinerja pemasaran UMKM Pariwisata sebagai acuan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam peningkatan kinerja pemasaran. Hasil dari studi literatur dan wawancara kepada 10 pelaku UMKM yang telah menerapkan digital marketing, variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah social media marketing capability, e-commerce adoption, instant messaging orientation, digital marketing dan kinerja pemasaran. Pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner cetak dan kuesioner online sebanyak 132 kepada para pelaku UMKM Pariwisata di Kabupaten Toba yang telah menggunakan digital marketing kemudian di analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software AMOS. Kesimpulan diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh digital marketing terhadap peningkatan kinerja pemasaran UMKM Pariwisata di Kabupaten Toba dan dapat diambil implikasi manajerial sebagai alternatif kebijakan dalam peningkatan kinerja pemasaran UMKM Pariwisata di Kabupaten Toba menggunakan media pemasaran digital.

Objective - Nowadays, people became conscious of their outward appearance and use make-up and skincare to enhance their appearance. The trends in personal care are influenced by the advancement of social media. People use social media to share their opinion, thoughts, and experience about personal care. This study is purposed to analyze aspects such as homophily, authority, and interestingness towards purchase intention as independent aspects with EWOM credibility and source of trustworthiness as a mediating variable. Methodology/Technique – This study uses purposive sampling with 485 respondent samples from Indonesia and uses a method of scaling and structural equation model to see the relationship between variables. Finding and Novelty - The result of this research implies that homophily, authority, and interestingness has a significant effect on the source of trustworthiness. Furthermore, authority and source of trustworthiness has a significant impact on EWOM credibility. EWOM credibility is having a substantial impact on purchase intention. It is also found that homophily, authority, and interestingness strengthen EWOM credibility through a source of trustworthiness. This finding concludes that the source of trustworthiness works to strengthen independent aspects of EWOM credibility rather than depending on EWOM credibility itself. Type of Paper: Empirical. This research aimed to examine the effect of EWOM and Social Media Marketing variables on Purchase Intention with an intervening variable of brand image. This research sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique from 250 respondents which had the criteria of Indonesian citizens who were interested in buying and using cosmetics through e-commerce and already had income. This research used an analytical tool which is a simultaneous equation model called structural equation modeling. The results of this research indicated that EWOM had a positive and significant effect on brand image and buying intention. Social Media Marketing had also a positive significant effect on brand image,however, it was an insignificant effect on buying intention. Finally, Brand Image showed a positive significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand name dan brand logo terhadap brand attitude. Juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand name, brand logo, dan brand attitude terhadap brand loyalty. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Gulaku wilayah Indonesia yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui dan dapat dikatakan dalam kategori tidak terhingga. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling, sehingga ditetapkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program LISREL versi 8.70. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand name dan brand logo berpengaruh positif terhadap brand attitude konsumen Gulaku wilayah Indonesia. Brand nameberpengaruh negatif terhadap brand loyalty konsumen Gulaku wilayah Indonesia. Namun untuk brand logo tidak berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty konsumen Gulaku wilayah Indonesia.

Storytelling video advertising has emerged as a cost-effective creative technique to engage consumers with an advertised brand. Unlike traditional television commercials and print ads, long-form video ads can persuade consumers with an authentic and engaging brand story to develop favourable branding outcomes. Using a structural equation model with SPSS Amos 25.0, we empirically tested the effects of narrative transportation evoked by video storytelling ads on brand sensory, intellectual, behavioural experience, brand love, and brand loyalty. Our findings support the relationships between ad-elicited narrative transportation and branding outcomes across different product types. Discussions and implications are provided.
