This study examined the effect of spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and OCB on Non-PNS Leading Sector Assistant III East Lombok Regency employees. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on OCB, determine the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, and find out the mediating role of the variable job satisfaction. The population of this study were all Non-PNS employees who served in the Leading Sector Assistant III of East Lombok Regency as many as 98 respondents. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on OCB, while spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment did not significantly influence OCB. For the mediating effect of job satisfaction, there is a full mediation role in the significant influence of organizational commitment on OCB, whereas the influence of spiritual intelligence on OCB has not found a significant mediating effect of the variable job satisfaction.Keywords:Spiritual Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, OCB.

This study aims to investigate the direct impact of green motives (GM) and green business strategies (GBS) on sustainable development (SD) in the hospitality sector. It explores the direct links between GM and SD. Moreover, the mediating role of GBS between GM and SD was tested. The research relies on the stakeholders’ theory, which states that the organization’s success and future development depends on the satisfaction of stakeholders. Data were collected from 451 top managers and owners from 54 hotels (5, 4 and 3-star hotels) operating in Pakistan. Quantitative analysis including correlation, regression, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model techniques were used. The mediating role of GBS was assessed using the bootstrapping method. Results proved that GM and GBS enable hotel industry to achieve the targets of SD. Finding also proved that GBS act as a mediator between the GM and SD link. The hotel industry needs attention to achieve the targets of SD and customers’ inclination towards more hygienic and environmental issues after the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic situation has forced the hotel industry to adapt GBS initiated through GM. The current research articulated this upcoming issue and offered a SD model for the hotel industry.

AbstractThis study examines the effect of perceived organisational politics on organisational silence through the mediating role of organisational cynicism. In addition, it tests the effect of perceived support on this relationship. A quantitative (questionnaire survey) design was used to gather data from 346 employees in three public hospitals in Iraq. The structural equation model was used for data analysis. The results demonstrate that all the major hypotheses were accepted, and important role of perceived support in reversing the positive relationship between perceived organisational politics and organisational cynicism was also highlighted. Furthermore, the mediating role was clear in terms of organisational cynicism and the relationship between perceived organisational politics and organisational silence.

Abstract The main objective of this paper is to study individuals’ attitude towards mobility both psychological and physical and the behavioural paths that people may use to experience career success. In a structural equation model, we consider boundaryless career attitudes and the mediating role of career management behaviours to career outcomes. Psychological mobility appears to be a better predictor of career satisfaction and career advancement than physical mobility. All career strategies have a positive effect on career advancement, except for extended work involvement. Relationships oriented career strategies are not linked with career satisfaction. Physically mobile people adopt to a lesser extent relationship- oriented career strategies. Our results showed that people with a psychological mobility attitude are more likely to achieve career satisfaction through remaining flexible in their career. This knowledge is very important for practitioners and managers working with psychologically mobile personnel, as it underlines the need for employers to provide opportunities for training, skill development and challenging work. The study adds to the existing literature in that it provides empirical evidence regarding the career behavioural paths individuals with a boundaryless career attitude may use when they expect to advance their careers. Our findings help us understand better the psychological mobility attitude which has been examined less in the literature.

Employer branding is an intriguing junction of marketing and human resource management, where the positive intangible perception of the employer makes the organization a valuable. It is antecedents and outcomes have been tried and tested. However, there is a need to empirically test how employer branding lures the employees to perform well and to remain loyal to the employer. This study aimed to find the mediating impact of employee engagement between the relationships of employer branding and performance of the employees and their intention to stay in the companies. By using the structural equation model (SEM), the results revealed the full mediation role of employee engagement in between employer branding and employee performance and their intention to stay. In the present study, the the impact of work plateau on intention to remain at work with the mediating role of organizational commitment has been studied. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The research method is descriptive-survey. According to statistics of personnel management office, the number of employees is 1100 in 2017. In order to determine the sample size, due to the limited population, Morgan table was used and 285 people were selected from population through random sampling. In order to collect the data, Alan and Meyer (1990) questionnaire was used to assess organizational commitment, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to investigate the intention to remain at job and Miliaman's questionnaire (1992) was used to investigate career plateauing. The validity of these three questionnaires has been confirmed by experts. Reliability of the questionnaire is confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 86%, 91% and 84%, respectively. The statistical methods used in this research to test the hypotheses are T value and structural equation modeling. Structural equation model in this study was determined using Liserl software, according to which the content plateau and structural plateau, considering the mediator role of organizational commitment, has a negative and significant impact on employees' intention to remain at work.

This study aims to empirically prove that the relationship between self-efficacy, academic motivation, self-regulated learning and academic achievement. In addition, empirically proved the mediating role of self-regulated learning on self-efficacy, academic motivation and student achievement. This study used quantitative expansive method. The sample of this study was 246 students of an Islamic senior high school recruited using census technique; thus, the entire population was used as the sample of the study. Data were collected using a questionnaire and were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results empirically show that there is a relationship between self-efficacy, academic motivation, self-regulated learning and academic achievement. However, there is no relationship between self-regulated learning and academic achievement.

Religion is so rich, comprehensive and complex that its different aspects exhibit differently in different perspectives and attitudes. Good employees express their opinions and beliefs honestly and participate in the organisational activities. In other words, they take actions that are not necessary but are useful for colleagues and organisations. These behaviours, called extra-role or organisational citizenship behaviours (OCB), refer to activities that are inherently spontaneous and conscious and are not directly and explicitly predicted by the organisation’s formal reward system, but generally enhance the organisation’s efficiency. The importance of such behaviours in religious and spiritual environments increases. Hence, this study aimed to determine the role of spiritual intelligence in exhibiting citizenship behaviours in the organisation. Therefore, 5000 employees of 40 manufacturing and services companies working in the education, finance, insurance and food sectors were selected by simple random sampling method as the statistical population of the study. Then, standard questionnaires were distributed amongst the participants, necessary data were collected and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse data. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and citizenship behaviours in organisations. Finally, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) results in linear structural relations (LISREL) showed that spiritual intelligence affects the citizenship behaviours (p = 0.68).Contribution: This article therefore contributes to the spirituality and spiritual intelligence of employees in the organisation as an aspect of religion.
