This study aims to explain the results of empirical studies regarding the relationship between group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment. This research is a correlational quantitative research type because it aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the relationship between the variables studied. The research subjects were 115 elementary school teachers in the Dahlia cluster. Collecting data using questionnaire techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Testing the research hypothesis using correlation analysis, regression and correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment resulting in a regression equation Ŷ = 77.850 + 0.410X1 + 0.810X2. And among the variables that have the most influence on organizational commitment is work motivation at 36.4% from group cohesiveness of 26.9%. Based on these results, teachers should increase group cohesiveness and interpersonal communication. With the improvement of these two things it is expected that organizational commitment can increase

There were 26 respondent sofel ementary steacherat Jaya Baru sub-districtmilieu, city of Banda Aceh. There sult sof this research showed that: (1) thereisrelationship between commitment (X1) and Y which significant to correlation value 0.635. It showed that commit ment have good relation ship with collaboration of teacher, (2) the correlationship between interpersonal communication (X2) and Y were significant with correlation value 0 .535. It showed that interpersonal communication hav enormal relationship with teacher's collaboration, and (3) Relationship togetherly between interpersonal commitment and communication with teacher's collaboration sceneasbigas 0.728. In other words, the relationship between the irorganization and capability 100% have not metyet requisite of being professionally teacher and to create the collaboration sphere which it should be. It alsomean that their collaboration scene isnot completeyet so that it need to bemore in creased infuturein order to getbetter quality for elementary schools at Meuraxa sub-district, city of Banda Aceh.

<p>This research is based on the results of early observation in elementary school in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. Based on data obtained by the condition of elementary school teachers in Hulu Sungai sub-district indicated there is a decrease in teachers’ spirit at work. The Purpose of this research was to find: the effect of compensation and work motivation of elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables to be studied using dual paradigm with two independent variables, that is to find the relationship of compensation (X1) with the spirit at work (Y), work motivation (X2) with spirit at work (Y), compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) jointly on the spirit at work (Y). This research uses quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables and calculation using simple linear analytical technique and technique of doubled linear analysis. Result of the research based on 71 respondents showed that (1) There is significant effect of compensation to teachers’ spirit at work, 2) There is significant effect between work motivation to teacher’s spirit at work, (3) There is significant effect of compensation and work motivation against elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency.</p>

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment and organizational culture have a significant influence partially and simultaneously to the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in School Cluster VI Kejayan District Pasuruan District. This research was conducted by involving 45 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression equation is Y = 7,967 + 0,244X1 + 0,262X2 + 0,143X3. The findings of the research show several findings, namely (1) work motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the satisfaction of teachers of elementary school in school cluster VI Kejayan sub-district Pasuruan regency; (2) work motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a partially significant influence on the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in school cluster VI Kejayan sub-district Pasuruan Regency; (3) work motivation proved to have a dominant influence significantly on the work satisfaction of elementary school teachers in school cluster VI Kejayan sub-district Pasuruan regency. Dari temuan penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan, yaitu (1) motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD di Gugus Sekolah VI Kecamatan Kejayan Kabupaten Pasuruan; (2) motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD di Gugus Sekolah VI Kecamatan Kejayan Kabupaten Pasuruan; (3) motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh dominan secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD di Gugus Sekolah VI Kecamatan Kejayan Kabupaten Pasuruan.Kata-kata kunci: motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja.

This study focuses on examining the relationship between the Principal's Personality and Managerial Ability and the Motivation of Primary School Teacher Work in East Jakarta District. The study was conducted at Elementary School Teachers in the Matraman District, East Jakarta, Academic Year 2018/2019. The research methodology used is the survey methodology with correlational techniques. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Matraman District, with a sample of 60 teachers from each village. Sampling with cluster random sampling. Data about the principal's personality, managerial abilities, and work motivation of teachers were collected with instruments in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the study: (1) there is a positive relationship between the principal's personality and the teacher's work motivation, (2) there is a positive relationship between the principal's managerial ability and the teacher's work motivation, (3) there is a positive relationship between the principal's personality and the principal's managerial ability together with the teacher's work motivation. The conclusion that teacher work motivation can be improved by maximizing: (1) the principal's personality, and (2) the managerial ability of the principal.

This research intends to examine the mediating effects of elementary school teachers’ perception of principal leadership and work stress on the relationship between work motivation and well-being. For this purpose, the present study sampled 400 elementary school teachers from the Seoul metropolitan area in South Korea. Subsequently, the participants answered four scales to measure work motivation, perception of principal leadership, work stress, and well-being. The 324 data finally collected consist of 276 females and 48 males. The research results are as follows. First, four variables had significant correlations with each other, positively or negatively. Second, there was no significant mediating effect of principal leadership on work motivation and well-being. Third, teachers’ work stress had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between work motivation and well-being. Fourth, principal leadership and work stress had a sequentially partial mediating effect on work motivation and well-being. This paper discusses these findings and then suggests the directions for future research.

Organizational change cynicism is the situation that includes negative attitudes of the employees towards the changes in the organizations. Organizational commitment means the involvement of the employees into the organizations by being identified within the organizations. The aim of this study is to determine the organizational change cynicism levels and organizational commitment levels of teachers and to find out the correlation between the organizational change cynicism levels and organizational commitment levels of teacher. 352 primary and elementary school teachers working in Denizli took part in this study. According to the research results, the organizational change cynicism level of teachers is low, the organizational commitment level is high and the correlation between organizational change cynicism and organizational commitment is high. This study is a part of master thesis with the title “Öğretmenlerde Örgütsel Değişim Sinizmi ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişki” which was supported by Research Fund (2018/TP003) of Uşak University.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. The purpose of this study was to see the traditional cublak-cublak suweng game from D.I Yogyakarta, and the order for the character of responsibility for students. Knowing the method of implementing the cublak-cublek suweng game that can shape the character of responsibility for students. This research method is research research. The research subjects were research articles and web that discussed the cublak-cublak suweng game that could be accounted for for its authenticity and correctness. The scope of this research includes elementary school teachers, elementary school children, and the surrounding community who are familiar with this game, as well as the role of the government in preserving the cublak-cublak suweng game and applying it to elementary schools at this time.This research was conducted to explain whether the cublak-cublak suweng game in the present era can give pleasure after being played and the impact that occurs after being played 1) Introduction to what cublak-cublak suweng is and how to play it. 2) Implementation of the cublak-cublek suweng model that can develop the character of responsibility for students, 3) The effectiveness of the cublak-cublak suweng game in shaping the character of responsibility for students. 4) what are the effects if you continue to drink it again and again.

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y).
