Background: The SAMe-TT2 R2 Score was developed to identify vitamin K antagonists control outliers before non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AF) patients start treatment. SAMe-TT2 R2 Score was derived and validated using a primarily white Caucasian population to predict TTR. Given that non-Caucasian race already confers 2 points in this score, the SAMe-TT2 R2 score requires validation and/or re-calibration despite race of population. Method: We conducted a cohort retrospective study that included all non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients who were on warfarin therapy from January to December 2019. Then we calculated the modified SAMe-TT2 R2 and SAMe-TT2 R2 for all study populations and we correlated the result with patients' TTR. The TTR was calculated through the Rosendaal's method. Results: We had 662 patient using warfarin therapy, among those 662, 60.9% were under cardiology and using it for cardiac indication, and only 18.1% diagnosed to have non-valvular AF. Modified SAMe-TT2 R2 score has good relation to original SAMe-TT2 R2 score as showed 75.71% (95% CI. 63.99 to 85.17%), 100% (95% CI. 92.89 to 100%) and 15% (95% CI. 3.21 to 77.95%); accuracy, sensitivity and specificity in relation to SAMe-TT2 R2 respectively. In addition to that in this small cohort we found that there is universal relationship between SAMe-TT2 R2 score, Modified SAMe-TT2 R2 score and TTR; TTR >=65% associate with low score (<2) of both SAMe-TT2 R2 , Modified SAMe-TT2 R2 score. Conclusion: The use of Modified SAMe-TT2 R2 score allows clinicians to make an informed decision on whether to start vitamin K antagonist or other non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulant despite the race of the patients.

The Integrated Territorial Investment mechanism (ITI) was implemented in Romania to the territory of ITI Danube Delta in the 2014-2020 programming period. In this respect, the present article aims to analyze the process of implementation of the ITI mechanism on the Danube Delta territory in order to find out the impact of its implementation on the socio-economic development of the area and on its resilience, as well as the main problems encountered by the responsible authorities for managing this programme and the beneficiaries of these funds. The research methodology consists of a survey conducted by using two questionnaires designed by the authors. The study had 42 participants from the fund managers’ category and 71 participants from the beneficiaries’ group. The study revealed a positive perception among all the participants which considered that ITI impacts the resilience of the Danube Delta territory to a medium extent. The most important problems encountered in the implementation process were the pre-financing process, the guides’ conditions that are not adapted to the beneficiaries’ needs and the public procurement process. The research revealed a high degree of satisfaction from both types of respondents regarding the ITI mechanism and a good relation between the managing institutions and beneficiaries.

This study aim to investigate the concept of dilālah fi'li al-Nabi in terms of interpreting the sunnah from the prophet. This study also aim to know the implication of dilālah fi'li al-Nabi of the perspective of fiqh ikhtilaf. The methodological approach of the study was qualitative literature review using philosophical normative approach and the rules of ushul fiqh approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The law of Istinbāṭ sunnah fiʻliyah has been considered to be different from sunnah qauliyah, particularly in an attempt to understand the dilālah. If the sunnah qauliyah is merely interpreted based just only by its language, the fi'liyah sunnah is interpreted based on the essence of prophets’ actions also. Therefore, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of determining the law of the Prophet's actions. The Prophet's position as a qudwah and a human being that Allah has given distinction to him made the application of the law become different to his followers. So that it has to be taken into consideration before deciding any laws related to the prophet’s hadiths. (2) Ikhtilaf uṣūliyīn on dilālah fi'l al-Nabī has implications on various fiqh problems which postulate the actions of the Prophet. Ikhtilaf happens in an attempt to understand fi’l al-Nabī al-mujarrad because there are no supporting argument or the qarīnah, the explanatory instructions which is useful as a lawmaker. Some uṣūliyīn think that taʼassī in terms of the actions done by Nabi Muhammads’ followers will be rewarded by Allah though the actions are not related to any worship. Therefore, the spirit of taʼassī to sunna Nabi must be follewed by a proper understanding and a proper application, because a contradictive application of maqāṣid syarīʻah can happen if it is partially understood and jumūd. In contrast, the other groups that are against this spirit must beware of falling into excessive attitudes that can ruin the good relation between muslims, and must beware of falling into deviations.

Especially in diplomatic relations, a good relation between the embassies and the local mass-media can make a major contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries, both socially and economically. An administration with a good image in the mentality of public opinion must take the citizens into account, it must build basic principles on which they can fulfill the promises made to them, to respect the decisions adopted, so it leads to the good achievement of everything. That is why specialists recommend some basic principles when we want to achieve a very good relationship with the media, and namely: knowing the public, choosing a patient storyteller, focusing the results on activities, moving beyond the room echo-concentration of attention outside the walls of the business, the company must provide confidence, must be in accordance with the promise and delivery of information and appeal to action. This paper is structured in 3 chapters. The first two chapters address the topic from a theoretical point of view, and the third chapter is dedicated to a case study on the communication strategy with the media of the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest.

The aim of this article is to analyse the relations of the three Ottoman vassal provinces (Transylvania, Moldavia and Wallachia) during the last years of the Long Turkish War (1591/93–1606). The provinces rebelled against the Ottomans at the beginning of the war. Then influenced by the policies of their dynasties or due to the military occupation of the neighbouring great powers such as the Habsburg monarchy, Poland and the Ottoman Empire, they changed the sides of the conflict. The Movilăs (or Movilă family) tried to govern two Romanian voivodships, Moldavia and Wallachia simultaneously. They had a good relation with the Ottomans and they supported rule of István Bocskai (r. 1604–1606), who rebelled against the Habsburgs in 1604 and was elected as the Prince of Transylvania and Hungary by the Hungarian rebels. The voivode of Wallachia, Radu Şerban (r. 1601, 1602–1610, 1611), who secretly allied himself with the Habsburgs, while simultaneously being recognised by the Ottoman side also endorsed him. The Prince of Moldavia, Ieremia Movilă (r. 1595–1606), tried to remove him from the Wallachian throne. He wanted to install his younger brother, Simion (r. 1600–1602 in Wallachia, r. 1606–1607 in Moldavia) – who had once held the title of the Prince of Wallachia – on the Wallachian throne after deposing of Radu Şerban. They formed an alliance with the Ottoman military dignitaries as well as with Bocskai to achieve their goal. Although this was an unsuccessful attempt, they strongly supported the Hungarian uprising. After the death of Ieremia Movilă, his sons tried to gain the power over Moldavia with Polish assistance. By contrast, the Hungarians gave military assistance to Simion against Ieremia’s sons.

The existence of magnitude type variation from existing earthquake catalogue sources show that uniforming process is necessary. Beside that these type of magnitude will saturates in certain value, which are different with moment magnitude (Mw) which is not saturated and can describe earthquake process better. Our research initially did compatibility test between summary magnitude which is largely used by BMKG with other magnitude type. Furthermore, the purpose of our research is determination of empirical relation between magnitude type summary magnitude (M), local magnitude (ML), body-wave magnitude (mb), dan surface magnitude (Ms) which are usually used by earthquake catalogues to Mw. Method used in this research is linear regression using data set from BMKG, ISC-EHB, USGS, and Global CMT catalogues with are limited in West Nusa Tenggara and surrounding area. Data used in this research contains of 24.703 earthquake events during period May 9th 1922 until June 27th 2020. The result of this research shows there was good relation between M magnitude type with others magnitude type. Our research also found a conversion formula of M, ML, MLv, mb, and Ms to Mw with well-defined correlation.

The prevalence of lung diseases is increasing globally. Mortality, morbidity and respiratory disability are a growing health concern. The pulmonary function test is an accurate tool for detecting airway and lung abnormalities. Early diagnosis of respiratory disease is key to preventing mortality and morbidity. The current study has evaluated the relation of the anthropometric parameters and inspiratory parameters of pulmonary function test and also analyzed its behaviour over the growing age in Indian children. The current study included 2109 school-aged children aged 6 to 15. The height, weight, body mass index and body surface area were recorded. The spirometry was performed in accordance with the protocols. The parameters of the inspiratory flow volume loop were recorded. This study observed a good relation between the anthropometric parameters and inspiratory lung function parameters and the parameters were higher in males than in females. The behaviour of these parameters at various points of growing age was analyzed. This study revealed geographical, gender wise variation in the inspiratory parameters. The study also revealed different patterns of lung growth in boys and girls. Hence this study recommends to include inspiratory parameter assessment in the routine assessment of respiratory patients for early and accurate diagnosis of lung pathology in young children.

Uighur is an ethnic group which originally come from the Turkestan clan, which is predominantly found in Central and Western Asia Regions. As a minority within the People's Republic of China northwestern region, Its existence often sparks negative stigma from the China government. They are labelled as separatist groups. Large-scale demonstrations in 2009, which eventually led to riots between Uighur and Han Chinese population in Xinjiang, managed to worsen the situation. As a country that has primordial ties with the Uighur, Turkey has responded to the issue of discrimination that befell the Uighur. Therefore, this problem could bring tension to both Turkey and China. Utilizing the concept of bilateral diplomacy, this paper aims to examine the extent of the Turkish government's response to the issue of ethnic violence in Xinjiang. The findings show that the Uighur issue has always overshadowed Turkey-China bilateral relations ever since Its rise. Despite the disagreement, both have maintained a relatively good relation.
