The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethic towards employee performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The research was conducted using quantitative approach and method of survey. The size of population in this research is 100 employees at Taufiqurrahman Foundation. Reseach sample were selected as 66 employees using sample random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionaires and tests. The analiytical method used in data analyzing is path analysis technique.The result shows that compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethos have positif direct effect toward the employees performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The findings lead to recommendation that in order to build compensation, achievement motivation and working ethic should be considered seriously.

The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance directly. 2). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance. 3). Knowing the effect of work performance on employee performance. 4). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance through work performance. The population is defined as "the number of families that will be studied", the population used by researchers in this study is the entire work of PT. Nippon Paint Kediri. This research sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique that is sampling technique from the population that was carried out randomly regardless of the strata that existed in the population. simple random sampling is a method of sampling where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a member of the sample and the sample is taken using a number table/generator. The technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research and the discussion described, conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1). There is a significant direct effect between the variable compensation (X1) on employee performance (X2) of 0.410. 2). There is a significant direct effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.561. 3). There is a direct significant between employee work performance (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.358. 4). There is an indirect effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) through employee work performance (X2) of 0.708.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. This thesis was concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of the seventh grade students at State Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Sub-District of Muaraenim Regency. The problem of the study was to investigate the correlation among students’ learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability. The total number of the population were 474 students. The sample for this study was 83 students taken through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for learning motivation, self-confidence, and test for writing ability. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. Finding showed that: (1) there was significant correlation between learning motivation and writing ability; (2) there was not any significant correlation between self-confidence and writing ability; (3) there was not any significant correlation between learning motivation and self-confidence; (4) there were significant correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of seventh grade-students at state Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Muaraenim.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan letak, jenis, faktor-faktor kesulitan, dan self-efficacy siswa SMP swasta di Kabupaten Sleman, DIY dalam memecahkan masalah matematika berbentuk soal cerita. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 124 siswa SMP swasta di Kabupaten Sleman, DIY yang berasal dari empat sekolah dengan kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan stratified proportional random sampling technique. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes diagnostik terdiri atas 5 butir soal, angket self-efficacy, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah matematika berbentuk soal cerita terletak pada pengetahuan faktual, pengetahuan konseptual, pengetahuan prosedural, dan pengetahuan metakognitif. Jenis kesulitan yang dialami siswa yaitu pada mengingat fakta, mengingat konsep, memahami fakta, memahami konsep, menerapkan konsep, menerapkan prosedur, menganalisis prosedur, mengevaluasi faktual, mengevaluasi konsep, mengevaluasi prosedur, dan mengomunikasikan metakognitif. Faktor-faktor kesulitan yang dialami siswa SMP dalam memecahkan masalah matematika berbentuk soal cerita kelas VIII yaitu siswa merasa waktu yang diberikan tidak cukup, mudah menyerah, kurang teliti, sering lupa, merasa cemas, dan siswa tergesa-gesa untuk mengerjakan soal. Self-efficacy dari 124 siswa berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 90,4.Kata Kunci: analisis kesulitan siswa, self-efficacy, pemecahan masalah matematika, soal cerita AN ANALYSIS OF DIFFICULTIES AND SELF-EFFICACY OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN SOLVING STORY FORM MATHEMATICAL PROBLEMS AbstractThis research aimed to describe the positions, types, difficulty factors, and self-efficacy of junior high school students in Sleman, DIY in solving story form mathematical problems. This study was survey research using the quantitative and kualitative approach. The subjects of this research were 124 students of private junior high schools in Sleman, DIY, which were from four different school groups in the high, middle, and low categories. The sample was established using the stratified proportional random sampling technique. The instruments which were used namely diagnostic test that consisted of 5 items, self-efficacy questionnaire, and interview guides. The results indicate that students’ difficulties in solving story form mathematical problems lie on factual knowledge, conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge, and metacognitive knowledge. The types of difficulties experienced by students include remembering fact, remembering concept, understanding facts, understanding concept, applying concept, applying procedure, analyzing procedure, evaluating fact, evaluating concept, evaluating procedure, and communicating metacognitive. Difficulty factors that grade VIII students experience in solving story form mathematical problems include: students feel that the time given is not enough, easily give up, are not meticulous enough, oftenly forget, and are anxious and impatient while solving the problems. The self-efficacy of 124 students can be categorized as high with an average score of 90.4.Keywords: analysis of students’ difficulties, self-efficacy, mathematics problem solving, story problem.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk atau macam-macam kenakalan siswa SMP di Kota Yogyakarta, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan intensitas kenakalan siswa SMP Negeri dan SMP swasta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas 9, baik negeri maupun swasta sebanyak 1624 siswa dengan sampel penelitian 216 siswa. Sampel sekolah diambil 25% sehingga untuk SMP negeri diperoleh 4 sekolah (25%x16) dan untuk SMP swasta diperoleh 6 sekolah (25%x24). Sampel siswa untuk SMP negeri diambil 108 Siswa dan untuk SMP Swasta diambil 108 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan angket dan wawancara terbatas (perwakilan siswa). Analisis data dengan tabulasi frekuensi dalam bentuk angka dan persentase. Besar kecilnya persentase dalam tabel digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan; (1) pulang ke rumah terlambat 81,01%, (2) berbohong kepada orang tua/orang lain 68,52%, (3) berbuat ulah sehinga guru marah 62,50%, (4) menonton film porno 11,69%, (5) penggunaaan uang SPP untuk kepentingan lain 9,26%, (6) sebagai kelompok geng 8,80%, (7) terlibat tawuran 8,33%, (8) menyontek saat ulangan 6,94%, (9) mengganggu orang lewat 5,56%, (10) memalsu tanda tangan presensi 5,56%, (11) membaca buku porno 3,24%.Kata kunci: kenakalan siswa, bentuk kenakalanAbstractThis study aims to determine the forms or kinds of delinquency junior high school students in the city of Yogyakarta and to determine differences in the intensity of student delinquency at public junior high school and private junior high school. The study population was junior high school students of class 9, both public and private as much as 1624 students with 216 students study sample. Samples were taken 25% of school so as to public junior high school earned 4 (25% x16) and for private junior high school earned 6 (25% x24). Samples taken public junior high school students to 108 students and for private junior high school taken 108 students. Sampling with proportional random sampling technique. Collecting data by questionnaires and interviews are limited (student representative). Tabulation of data analysis with frequency in the form of numbers and percentages. The size of the percentages in the table are used as the basis for making conclusions. The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

This study aims to: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. The research was conducted at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering with a research sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering and 4) there is no influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the work discipline variable cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and achievement motivation on the performance of social studies (IPS) teachers at Pekanbaru Private Junior High School. The total population was 129 teachers. A sample of 32 people was obtained using a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire, then analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study found: (1) the leadership of the principal has an effect on the achievement motivation of social studies teachers at Pekanbaru Private Junior High School. The meaning of good leadership will be able to increase the achievement motivation of IPS teachers; (2) the leadership of the principal has a direct and indirect effect on teacher performance through the achievement motivation of social studies teachers at Pekanbaru Private Middle School. The meaning of principal leadership can improve teacher performance by increasing the achievement motivation of social studies teachers; and (3) achievement motivation has an effect on the performance of social studies teachers. The meaning of good achievement motivation will be able to improve the performance of social studies teachers at Pekanbaru Private Junior High School.

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect ofintention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education.The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in EastJakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involvedas the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no directpositive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no directpositive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no directpositive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There isno direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to themotivation. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsungintensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadappendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Adapengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensiterhadap motivasi.
