This paper is a preliminary analyzes we are doing about a school management research. Management is principal action in primary school. We are interested to study levels and elements that management use, their logical function. This work will help to analyze and think about sense and meaning from educative practices that the schools use. In this sense, we consider that social relations in schools are influenced by management who organizing them. Interactions can be observed in leadership, planning (School Improvement Route); teachers who work at school, management applied to learn and interactions to scholar community. In this way, all about management are researched in different points of view, such as scholar, management self, community and pedagogical. Likewise, we analyze activities teachers do. Teachers have a primary paper in the classroom, and they contribute to integral learning in their students. They help development personal (biology and psychology) and personality in their students. It is the most important objective from educative centers. In the same way, teachers use the management when they are working in School Improvement Route.

Criminal mediation is one of the modern means that represents one of the most important legal mechanisms for resolving disputes in a way distinct from what is required by classic judicial procedures. Modern criminal policy has tended towards consensual solutions or consensual conciliatory justice in many cases as a reliable strategic option in reconciling the state’s right to punishment, And the right of the criminal to reform and reintegration, in an attempt to reduce the phenomenon of the criminal justice crisis and the increase in the number of cases before it, and the failure of short-term punishment, so it became necessary to search for better alternatives to gain effort and time and maintain social relations between members of society by introducing a mediator who works on bringing the points of view between the parties to the dispute, and the establishment of an agreement that guarantees reparation for the harm suffered by the victim and guarantees the rehabilitation of the offender under judicial supervision.

Ante la controvertida reforma a los artículos 3 y 73 constitucionales, puesta en marcha en 2013 en nuestro país, el presente libro enriquece la necesaria discusión académica en torno a la reforma educativa desde diversos enfoques conceptuales. La diversidad analítica es el aporte principal, pues ante el reto de consolidar una nueva generación de reformas en educación, el debate académico, desde perspectivas en contrapunto, pretende incidir en la elaboración de propuestas críticas, orientadas a la innovación y a la mejora educativa de las instituciones. The research is devoted to the constitutional legal regulation of local self-government in Russia. A study of democratic principles and established social relations allows authors to understand the state of local democracy in Russia and to assess the current situation from various points of view. An analysis of the local self-government reforms in Russia and budget policy will allow a better understanding of the further public and social development in Russia. The article analyzes the directions of legislative developments concerning local self-government in the Russian Federation, which sometimes have a multidirectional nature. Also, there are several issues raised in this article: doctrinal approaches and law-enforcement practice the constitutional foundations of local self-government, the competence of local authorities, the direct citizens’ participation in the conduct of local self-government and the local self-government financing. The authors conclude that current legal regulation of the local self-government can be referred to the mixed model. In the course of the study, the several deviations from the constitutionally established model of local self-government have been revealed.

A partir del año 2013, en México se emprendió una reforma educativa de gran magnitud en el que se destacó el énfasis en la mejora de la calidad educativa a través de procesos de evaluación al docente, el cual regularía el ingreso, promoción, reconocimiento y permanencia en educación básica y media superior. El objetivo delpresente artículo es reflexionar en torno a las experiencias de algunos docentes de educación primaria y secundaria que fungieron como evaluadores dentro del proceso implementado por las instituciones a cargo de la evaluación de la calidad educativa en nuestro país, al haber cumplido con los requisitos para la certificación en evaluación del desempeño docente. Se trata de recoger aquellas experiencias que dan cuenta sobre una de las reformas educativas que fue emprendida en el año 2013 y, que se eliminó con la reforma al artículo tercero constitucional en año 2019. Para esto, se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a 10 docentes evaluadores de los estados de Chiapas, Yucatán, Coahuila y Veracruz. Estas experiencias sirven de base para presentar propuestas que guíen los procesos de evaluación docente, a partir de las ventajas ydesventajas observadas por docentes evaluadores, quienes además se encontraban en servicio y estuvieron en medio de uno de los procesos más polémicos en la cuestión educativa en México. Algunos aspectos analizados giran en torno a temas como: motivaciones, coordinación entre autoridades, ética en la evaluación a sus pares y los aprendizajes logrados en el proceso.

RESUMENEl concepto de interdisciplinariedad ha sido ampliamente estudiado desde el punto de vista ontológico y epistemológico. Sin embargo, todavía se puede ahondar en el diseño de estrategias en el ámbito educativo. Por ello, desde el área de Música se realiza una propuesta en el marco de los estudios universitarios de Grado en Magisterio en Educación Primaria que permita crear espacios interdisciplinares de integración curricular con otras disciplinas pertenecientes a los campos de conocimiento de las Ciencias Humanas. De esta forma, se pretende favorecer los procesos de enseñanza/aprendizaje de las materias implicadas así como la formación integral de los futuros maestros.ABSTRACTThe concept of interdisciplinary has been widely studied from the ontological and epistemological points of view. However, we can still deepen the design of strategies in the educational field. Therefore, from the Music area, a proposal in the frame of the University Degree of Primary School Teaching is posited, allowing for creating interdisciplinary curricular integration with disciplines belonging to the knowledge fields of Human. In this way, it is expected that the teaching/learning processes of the subjects involved are fostered, as well as the comprehensive education of the students.

En 2013, el ministerio de educación mexicano anunció una reforma educativa que tuvo como eje rector la evaluación del desempeño docente, proceso mediante el cual se regula el ingreso a la profesión, la permanencia en el servicio, la promoción a puestos de dirección escolar y la asignación de estímulos económicos. Sin embargo, en este país el gremio docente tiene una trayectoria singular, dado que la carrera de los profesores de primaria se cimentó en un sistema que consideraba la antigüedad y la actualización profesional como requisitos para obtener y conservar un puesto definitivo. Este artículo plantea la siguiente pregunta: ¿cómo interpretan e incorporan los maestros de educación primaria la evaluación del desempeño docente que se propone en la reforma educativa 2013? Para responderla se tomó como marco de referencia a la teoría de las representaciones sociales. El estudio asumió el enfoque metodológico cualitativo. Se diseñó una entrevista semiestructurada que se realizó a 12 maestros de una zona escolar de la ciudad de México. Así, en las entrevistas se encontró que para los maestros la evaluación representa la posibilidad de perder su puesto de trabajo. Los maestros toman medidas para aprobar un examen, no para actualizarse o formarse con el objetivo de mejorar su práctica.

Purpose This study aims to let researchers sort out the past, look to the future and boost further management research. Design/methodology/approach This paper takes the exploration of the application of AR in the field of management research as the starting point. Through the combing and induction of AR literature to accurately grasp the essential characteristics of AR, this paper analyzes the application prospects and possible difficulties of AR in the field of management research in China, puts forward specific suggestions and explores the specific path of the transformation of management academic research to practice from the perspective of research methods. Findings In research methods, empirical research and case studies have become the mainstream research methods, but there is a passive research limitation of “study what happens.” Action research is different from the standpoint of empirical research that is independent of the research object. It no longer simply treats managers as the “object of information acquisition,” but as the subject of participating in the research. Management should be oriented towards the transformation of practice, and action research (AR) that can organically integrate researchers and practitioners is just a “bridge” to break the gap between academia and business circles to establish a cooperative relationship. Originality/value This paper takes the exploration of the application of AR in the field of management research as the starting point. Scientific research of contractual relationships represents not only an interesting aspect of learning about the past of human civilization, but also a necessary component of the creation and improvement of new forms of state-public structures. This component implies consent as a basic element of the interaction system. But many questions remain insufficiently researched for the following reasons: the dominant view on the contract as subordinate in relation to the state and law; the lack of integrity of positions on the origin and composition of the elements that determine the contract’s nature. To get new ideas and perspectives of study it is necessary to reconsider traditional points of view on the emergence of norms, exchange, individualism, property, to use new approaches, especially anthropological one. Based on scientific research, the authors concluded that the agreement (contract) appeared simultaneously with the emergence of the human community; the agreement (contract) does not need to be recognized by the state, it can be considered as a natural regulator of social relations. The general and private levels were identified in the process of forming the contract, and there were indicated contracts’ features, components and the principle of interaction through the individual person
