There are many problems in the humanized teaching management of normal universities. For example, students do not actively participate in the management and planning of their own university and career, teachers pay too much attention to traditional authority and have a sense of distance from students, the bureaucracy of the management department is serious, and management thinking is backward. The management process does not reflect the humanistic feelings, the teaching plans and teaching evaluation methods formulated by the school remain unchanged, the school’s teaching resources are unevenly distributed, and the campus culture construction lacks the humanistic spirit. In response to these current conditions, the author puts forward relevant suggestions from four aspects: students, teachers, schools, and management personnel. I hope that as a member of the school and participants in the construction of humanized teaching management, they can actively perform their own responsibilities and clarify their own positioning. In the end, it is hoped that the school’s teaching management can be people-oriented and enhance the school’s cohesion and centripetal force.

With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual expansion of education, the construction of campus information is accelerating. The use of information technology to promote teaching reform is an important idea for the current school education reform, it is to improve the quality of teaching specifi c measures, especially new requirements is needed for colleges and universities as they continue to expand enrollment and teaching resources. Way to make full use of limited resources, use more scientifi c management methods and teaching methods, improve work effi  ciency, ensure the quality of teaching, improve the eff ectiveness of running a school, has become an important subject of university research. The application of computer in teaching management is the key to realize the scientifi c and modern teaching management. To improve the quality of teaching, we must grasp the various teaching links. The examination is an important part for the students to test the eff ect of learning. Objective evaluation of the students as a means of curriculum construction is also an important part. In the school teaching work, the traditional test questions management is usually in the form of questions or test paper set, and design manually by teachers, which is large, and complex. The automatically generation system for test paper integrated the traditional manual volume, which solves a lot of problems, such as avoid unnecessary duplication of eff ort, saving the human resources and time; the use of scientifi c measures to evaluate and evaluate the diffi  culty of harmonizing papers, the eff ective quality of test papers; and a signifi cant reduction in the probability of missing errors in the test paper, reduce unnecessary trouble

Recently, many local normal universities have been carrying out transformation and development project. Leshan Normal University, a local normal university, is prone to change traditional talents cultivation mode. Traditional teaching methods are limited to time and place, and the performance of dance teaching resource management is poor. This paper designs a dance teaching resource management system based on cloud computing. The functional structure of the system includes the core cloud computing teaching and teaching management application. The data management module is used to store the processed data in the data file, and respond to the retrieval request of dance teaching content publishing module and the remote image resource positioning request of multi-media management module. Design user courseware on demand process, using the existing dance teaching resources to learn. The experimental results show that the designed system has good performance, high stability and compatibility, and strong data storage capacity of teaching resources.
