There are many problems in the humanized teaching management of normal universities. For example, students do not actively participate in the management and planning of their own university and career, teachers pay too much attention to traditional authority and have a sense of distance from students, the bureaucracy of the management department is serious, and management thinking is backward. The management process does not reflect the humanistic feelings, the teaching plans and teaching evaluation methods formulated by the school remain unchanged, the school’s teaching resources are unevenly distributed, and the campus culture construction lacks the humanistic spirit. In response to these current conditions, the author puts forward relevant suggestions from four aspects: students, teachers, schools, and management personnel. I hope that as a member of the school and participants in the construction of humanized teaching management, they can actively perform their own responsibilities and clarify their own positioning. In the end, it is hoped that the school’s teaching management can be people-oriented and enhance the school’s cohesion and centripetal force.

With the rapid growth of material and cultural needs, the development of domestic field tourism industry has aroused heated discussion. The existing researches mainly focus on the macroscopic aspects such as the exploration of the research path, the constituent elements and the policy support.I.[1] Although these studies have initially answered the theoretical questions, there are still some shortcomings in time, such as the lack of research from the perspective of art, the lack of interesting practical results, and the situation of "research" instead of "learning" caused by geographical restrictions or humanistic spirit constraints. Based on the above influences, this study is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes the relationship between study Tours and art courses. The second chapter puts forward the key content of the development of art characteristic curriculum. The third chapter designs and develops the concrete course plan of the three stages. This paper proposes a new concept of art education for the current research curriculum.

Conventional accounts of Zhuangzi’s concept of fate are limited to only a certain aspect of it. At the same time, they seem to be mutually contradictory. This essay investigates this concept afresh based on textual analysis and elucidates Zhuangzi’s real concerns about fate. This analysis reveals that Zhuangzi laid stress on the virtue demonstrated in confronting the unavoidable. More specifically, the important meaning of fate encompasses, on the one hand, a whole acceptance of the facts facing us by forgetting oneself, and on the other hand, responding positively to the facts by following the “Heavenly Way” until a spontaneous state is reached. We shall see as well how Zhuangzi’s views on the relation between Heaven and the Human, and on certain moral values, help to validate his theory on fate. Thus, through exploring his underlying thoughts and showing how their various aspects are logically connected, we shall show that Zhuangzi’s concept of fate is imbued with a humanistic spirit in the face of affairs in the real world.

The Vegetarian Festival in Tam Vu Town, Chau Thanh District, Long An Province was born more than 100 years ago. The festival is organized by the local community to commemorate the heroic heroes, pray for thedead spirits and for the peace of local residents. With the spirit of chiseling and opening up, the Vegetarian Festival maintains and develops beautiful cultural values that demonstrate the tradition of “being grateful to ancestors”, the patriotism, the solidarity, the community connection and the noble humanistic spirit, contributing to cultural goals for the socio-economic development of the locality. By combining two basic methods: (1) synthesizing, analyzing the written documents of relevant predecessors and (2) filed surveys, expert and community interviews, this article focuses on evaluating the nature and value of the Vegetarian Festival from 2014 to present. The research initially shows that, despite the strong effects of the current industrialization and urbanization, the Vegetarian Festival in Tam Vu basically retains the tradition of decades ago, becoming a "cultural dialogue" channel between the current Tam Vu community and past traditions, between the people and local authorities, and between the local people. It is the value of “cultural dialogue” that is the resource and driving force to help this festival be preserved and developed until today.
