Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and destination image variables on visiting interest either partially or simultaneously. Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on visiting interest.                This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 20.0 for Window program, using a questionnaire with a sample of 91 (ninety one) from a population of 910 (nine hundred and ten) visitors to Ladaya. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth (X1) and destination image (X2) had a simultaneous and partial effect on visiting interest (Y). From the t test, it can be seen that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has a greater t-count coefficient than the destination image (4.631>3.881). Thus, it can be concluded that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has the most dominant influence on interest in visiting Ladaya Kutai Kartanegara.   Keywords: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, Visiting Interest

This research attempts to learn the influence of electronic word of mouth and location on tourist decisions to visit the Pinus Pengger. The population in this research is the tourists who visited Pinus Pengger. The sample taken was 100 respondents. The method for the sampling is accidental sampling. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. The analysis of data used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that together, electronic word of mouth, and attractiveness affect the decision to visit tourists in Pinus Pengger. Partially, electronic word of mouth affects the decision to visit tourists, while attractiveness does not affect the decision to visit tourists

Abstrack   This research is intended to analyze the influence of brand equity on the consumer buying behavior. The respondents consist of 100 electronic user in Regional Province of Yogyakarta. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents and the data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study indicate that: (i). brand equity has significant influence on the consumer buying behavior (ii). brand loyalty has dominant influence on the custumer buying behavior.   Keywords: Brand Equity, Consumer Buying Behavior. <em>This study aims to find empirical evidence related to the influence of leverage, auditor reputation, efficiency, growth, internationalization and board of commissioner's level of Internet Financial Reporting. The population in this study are all sharia-based companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 66 company data in Indonesia and 73 company data in Malaysia. Data analyzed in this research is processed from annual report and company financial statements and analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that in Indonesia, the reputation of auditors and internationalization has a positive and significant impact on Internet Financial Reporting while leverage, efficiency, growth and education level of board of commissioners have no significant effect on internet financial reporting. In Malaysia the reputation of auditors, growth and internationalization have a positive and significant impact on internet financial reporting while leverage, efficiency and education level of board of commissioner have no significant effect to internet financial reporting.</em>

Abstract. This study examined  the relationship between task oriented leadership style and management of non financial rewards to work motivation at PT.XYZ  Surabaya. Variables measured by the scale of the study variables 4 choices. Research subjects were 62 employees were taken random sampling. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple regression analysis showed variable task oriented leadership style and management on non financial   rewards   associated   significantly  with work motivation (F = 20,911; p = 0,000). Both variables contributed 41,50% of the work motivation. Separately, task oriented leadership style has a highly significant correlation with motivation to work at t = 5,565 amd   p=0,000 ( p< 0,01), non financial rewards management while  significantly    correlated   with   motivation  to  work  with t = 3,997  and  p = 0,000 ( p< 0,01 ).Keywords : task oriented leadership style, management of non financial rewards, work motivation

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of education level and population to<br />poverty level in Pekanbaru city either partially or together. Population in this research<br />Pekanbaru City 2011-2017. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the<br />Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Pekanbaru city. While the method of analysis using<br />multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of education does<br />not significantly affect the poor in Pekanbaru City. While the number of residents significant<br />effect on the poor in Pekanbaru City while simultaneously variable education level and the<br />number of residents significantly affect the poor in Pekanbaru City. The magnitude of<br />influence is 94.1 percent.

ABSTRACTThe difference in tax interests between companies and the government encourages companies to regulate the amount of tax burden to be paid, a strategy that is usually used by companies, namely tax avoidance, besides that the tax ratio in Indonesia has decreased from 2012-2017. This phenomenon shows that tax avoidance is still being carried out. This research aims to examine the effect of company size, sales growth, and leverage on tax avoidance in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in the period 2012-2018. Twenty-one samples were tested with classical assumption test, using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results show that partially company size has an effect on tax avoidance, sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance and leverage has an effect on tax avoidance. Simultaneously, company size, sales growth and leverage have an effect on tax avoidance.Keywords: Leverage, Sales Growth, Tax Avoidance and Company Size

This study aims to find out if the factors that consisting of factors promotion, factors influential damage value services and factors of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri as well as to know whether the most commonly the influential between promotion , services and factors factors value assessment of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri kcp polewali .The research is quantitative research with the methods descriptive .As for the data collection was done through the distribution of the questionnaire The methodology that was used to test hypotheses is by using the practical , reliability test , normality test , of multiple regression analysis , t test , test f , the coefficient of determination ( adjusted r square ) , and correlations double .Based on the research done it can be seen that the regression equation is linear research and the worship of idols in this is y: 3,138 + 0,141x1 + 0,270x2 + 0,407x3, The results of the testing simultaneously ( f ) variable x consisting of the x1 ) ( promotion , the service ( ) x2 , and the damage the x3 ( ) led to a positive and significant of the decision of customers to use the gold pawn of significantly by 0,000; 0,05 & it .Then , the results of the test on this fact ( ) suggests that the variable t ( service x2 ) value assessment and the x3 ( ) most dominant influence simultaneously with the resolution of customers to use the gold pawn , it is spotted with significant value and 0,000 0,006; 0,05 & it .

This researcher aims to determine whether promotions on social media and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Mahakam Lampion Garden in Samarinda city. The independent variable used in this study is the promotion of social media (X1) and electronic word of mouth (X2), and the dependent variable in this study is the visit decision (Y). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling using the slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Promotion variabel in social media and visiting electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of the 5C factor on non-performing loans in debtors under the age of 45 years at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Sengkang Branch. The research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis with the assistant of SPSS application software. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 respondent of debtors. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire are evaluated beforehand. Based on the results of the study, the variable character negatively affects non-performing loans, the capacity negatively affects non-performing loans, the condition of economy negatively affect non-performing loans, the collateral negatively affects non-performing loans, the capital negatively affects non-performing loans for debtors under 45 years at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sengkang Branch.

The purpose of this study is to explore the antecedents of tourists’ attitudinal loyalty towards medical tourism in Pattaya (a major tourist destination in Thailand). Multiple regression analysis indicated that attitudinal loyalty towards medical tourism was mainly driven by satisfaction, trust, perceived value, destination familiarity, as well as destination image, respectively. When examining these antecedents between hospital tourists and clinic tourists, the results indicated that trust becomes the most important driver for hospital tourists whereas satisfaction becomes the most important driver for clinic tourists.
