Promotion or promotion is a transfer that increases the authority and responsibility of employees to higher positions within the organization so that the obligations, both status and income are greater. Almost all employees want to get a promotion. This research discusses finding the best solution to help take the decision to increase employee positions at PT. Prudential uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process method to help determine the preferred priorities of various alternatives. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees to occupy available positions based on predetermined criteria. Research is conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples are aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then carried out a perankingan process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the promotion of employee positions. As a result of the application of the AHP method in this study, the value of the determination of the promotion of employee promotion 0 - 6 was declared unfit to be promoted and if the value is greater than 6, then the employee is declared worthy to be promoted to his position.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP

This study is to determine whether the characteristics of coffee flavor can be implemented into a decision support system. In this study, the problem is the difficulty in finding coffee experts with adequate understanding and knowledge of coffee. The purpose is to implement Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the characteristics of coffee flavor and to transfer the knowledge about the taste of coffee to coffee lovers. The expected results are to assist in making a decision support system application in selecting the characteristics of coffee, so that it can provide the advice to the common consumers who want to enjoy and the knowledge about the coffee itself as well.

Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. The application of AHP method in financing risk management and analysis efforts, especially for KURS program in BRI Syariah is implemented in the decision making system application that is built with PHP programming language and uses the "MySql" database application which is expected to create a system that can help the bank in determining KURS recipients. by online. But in the implementation of the application, the AHP analysis process at BRI Syariah can be said to be in harmony with the Maqashid of Sharia and the terms of the distribution of financing as stipulated in the applicable laws. Based on these problems, the authors compile the formulation of the problem as outlined in the form of questions as follows: What are the provisions of Islamic economics regarding the determination of the distribution of financing for customers in Islamic banks? How is the implementation of the analysis of determining the priority of financing for customers using the Analyticalcal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method at BRI Syariah Ujungberung KCP? And how is the analysis of sharia economics towards the determination of financing provision for customers using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in BRI Syariah Ujungberung KCP? The research method used is a descriptive analysis research method that aims to describe the use of the AHP method in analyzing financing for the MSME sector in the KURS program at BRI Syariah Ujungberung KCP. The conclusion of this study is that the determination of financing distribution for customers in Islamic banks is implemented into the application of the precautionary principle by using elements of the 5C standard and Islamic economic principles such as the principles of openness, honesty and fairness. The financing analysis using the AHP method at BRI Syariah Ujungberung KCP is carried out systematically and conical so as to produce the right, proportional and efficient decisions. And the determination of financing for customers using the Analyticalcal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in BRI Syariah Ujungberung KCP in general is in accordance with the values and principles of economics in Islam which includes openness, fairness, prudence and openness and various aspects related to with human interests by providing for order in life and well-being (maslahah). Keywords : Process, Analysis, Financing, and Islamic Banks.Penerapan metode AHP dalam upaya analisis dan manajemen risiko pembiayaan khususnya bagi program KURS di BRI Syariah diimplementasikan pada aplikasi sistem pengambilan keputusan yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan aplikasi database “MySql” yang diharapkan dapat membuat sistem yang dapat membantu pihak bank dalam menentukan penerima KURS secara online. Dan bagaimana analisis ekonomi syariah terhadap penetapan pemberian pembiayaan bagi nasabah dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) di BRI Syariah KCP Ujungberung ? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif analisis yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai penggunaan metode AHP dalam melakukan analisis pembiayaan bagi sektor UMKM pada program KURS di BRI Syariah KCP Ujungberung.  Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penetapan penyaluran pembiayaan bagi nasabah di bank syariah diimplementasikan ke dalam  penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian dengan menggunakan unsur standar 5C dan prinsip ekonomi Islam seperti prinsip keterbukaan, kejujuran dan keadilan. Pelaksanaan analisis pembiayaan dengan metode AHP di BRI Syariah KCP Ujungberung dilakukan secara sistematis dan mengkrucut sehingga menghasil keputusan yang tepat, proporsional dan efisien. Serta Penetapan pemberian pembiayaan bagi nasabah dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) di BRI Syariah KCP Ujungberung secara umum telah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsi pekonomi dalam Islam yang meliputi keterbukaan, keadilan, kehati-hatian dan keterbukaan serta berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan kepentingan manusia dengan menyediakan untuk ketertiban kehidupan dan kesejahteraan (maslahah).Kata kunci : Proses, Analisia, Pembiayaan, dan Bank Syariah.

Abstract   In the Assessment of Best Employees, DTPeduli Bekasi still uses a system whose criteria are still not clear in its value weighting and are still based on estimates from the leadership of the company. Moreover, the best employee assessment can be used as a reference for giving rewards / bonuses to employees. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the process of selecting the best employees. This decision support system, can determine the calculated value of all criteria. This system uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is a method that can solve the problem of decision making based on many criteria. The DTPeduli Bekasi study has 13 criteria, namely Loyalty, Ability to work, Responsibility, Obedience, Honesty, Cooperation, Work Initiative, Communication, Discipline and attendance, and Appearance can be collaborated using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process method so that the linkages between criteria make the process of appraising employees best becomes easy.   Keywords: AHP, Criteria, Weight Value and Best Employee Assessment   Abstrak   Dalam Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik DTPeduli Bekasi masih meggunakan sistem yang kriterianya masih belum jelas pembobotan nilainya dan masih berdasarkan perkiraan dari pimpinan perusahaan. Terlebih lagi penilaian karyawan terbaik bisa digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pemberian reward/bonus kepada karyawan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini, dapat menentukan nilai perhitung terhadap semua kriteria. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dimana metode ini merupakan metode yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan banyak kriteria. Pada studi DTPeduli Bekasi memiliki 13 kriteria yaitu Kesetiaan, Kemampuan akan pekerjaan, Tanggung jawab, Ketaatan, Kejujuran, Kerja sama, Inisiatif kerja, Komunikasi, Disiplin dan kehadiran, dan Penampilan dapat dikolaborasikan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process sehingga keterkaitan antara kriteria menjadikan proses penilaian karyawan terbaik menjadi mudah.   Kata kunci: AHP, Kriteria, Nilai Bobot dan Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik

The outstanding pace of technological development around the world coupled with increasing population and rapid urbanization have brought along an ever-increasing demand for healthcare services. This trend results in an increasing amount and variety of medical wastes. Accordingly, the issue of effective collection, transportation and disposal of medical wastes, specifically in large cities, has become a critical concern from the viewpoint of urban logistics and holds great importance in terms of safety. This study aims to determine the safety of hospitals in their medical waste management function. The study involves the determination of medical waste management steps, establishment of a hierarchical structure, and weighting of the criteria within the established hierarchical structure by means of the analytic hierarchy process method. Afterwards, the extent to which these criteria are adopted in hospitals was evaluated by the medical waste management officers of those hospitals, and safety scores were obtained for each hospital by associating the results with the weighted values obtained by the analytic hierarchy process method. The model proposed for medical waste management problems encountered by healthcare institutions in Istanbul was implemented for a specific region of Istanbul province, and the obtained results were analyzed. Evaluation of the opinions of the healthcare officials for determination of the medical waste management safety scores showed that the “collection” criterion has significantly higher importance than the “temporary storage” and “transportation” criteria. “The effect on hospital personnel” sub-criterion of the “collection” criterion had the highest score. This revealed the importance of the collection process that takes place between storage and transportation, for evaluating the human waste-based risks.

The development of technology in the telecommunications sector is now easier to be enjoyed by the community. Almost all regions have been able to enjoy the ease of access to information through telecommunications networks. Telecommunications service providers certainly have competed in such a way as to be able to hold users to remain loyal to the provider used. From several surveys conducted, there are still many users who cannot be loyal to use the services of these providers. The increasing number of communication network providers makes users more choices. Various ways are carried out by communication network providers to maintain their users such as giving bonuses, providing cheap rates, increasing services to the regions. In this study will focus on the level of customer satisfaction with cellular operators with a variety of criteria that have been prepared which will be a consideration for users in using these cellular operators. This research will use the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to find out which cellular operators are the most superior based on the judgment of the user with various criteria each. So that in the end it will be known which cellular operators will be selected and purchased by consumers according to their respective needs. The results of this study show that based on the bonus, IM3 is the best with a weight of 0.21712. Then based on the price rate, a tri card with a weight of 0.16565. Furthermore, the service criteria show a better Sympathy card with a weight of 0.21311

In order to leave a livable world to future generations, the elimination of environmental pollution, which is one of the important dimensions of sustainability, increases its importance every day. Undoubtedly, among the factors that cause environmental pollution, the role of ships is quite high. The seas are also polluted by the routine operation of ships as well as marine accidents. Pollution arising from the routine operations of ships is caused by the discharge of pollutants such as ballast water, bilge water, sludge or garbage into the sea. In addition, emissions from ships and oil and fuel pollution caused by the routine operation of ships also play an important role in environmental pollution. In this study, the phenomena resulting from the routine operations of ships and causing environmental pollution were examined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods, and the perceptions of ship operators towards environmental pollution were tried to be determined.

there is a previous study analyzing the design of ergonomic chairs for pond machine operators, where the analysis uses the RULA method manually, Based on the results of data processing with the RULA method, it can be concluded that the posture of the ring making operator (washer) operator with a slightly bent body position has a score value 5, and the chair design based on the redesign of the pond engine operator chair shows that the final result is 3. (Mukhtar, 2018) In this study, a productivity analysis is carried out to measure the level of chair productivity by considering several aspects of work activities, The method used is the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and the determination of the score from the performance appraisal using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results obtained are Productivity increased from before, because it is still in the range of 3-10 (based on the matrix table the score 3-5 is good enough, 6-8 good and 9-10 very good) and the lowest values ​​shown in this table are 3 and 4 Based on the scores, the scores are still quite good. But there still must be improvement. Overall the level of productivity has increased compared to before. But there are still fluctuating data. This is due to the lack of uniformity in the ability of the opeator to run the pond engine in washer production.

Cube chili has potential to be commercialized.   However, packaging of the product has not yet been prepared well for commercialized purpose. Therefore, it’s necessary to do a research about product packaging.  This research aims to obtain the best secondary packaging for cube chili, determine the level of consumer preference towards the packaging and get the information about the added value of packaged cube chilli. Selection of the best secondary packaging for cube chili according assessment from 5 experts with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, distributing hedonic test questionnaires to 25 customers for the selection of the preferred packaging, analyzed with Kruskal Wallis method and determination of the added value packaging with Hayami method. Secondary packagings that have been used are  plastic box polistirene (PS) with thickness of 0.167 mm, folding box carton (FC) with thickness of 0.5 mm and  plastic box polistirene (PS) with thickness of 1 mm. Result of this research  showed that the best secondary packaging  according to expert assessment is PS box 1 mm (0,468).  The packaging of cube chili that most preferred by consumers is FC-box 0.5 mm (4,44). The highest added value is owned by the cube chili that packed with PS boxes 0.167 mm (51.89%)
