Background/Objectives: The traditional market, which was at the center of the domestic distribution industry, is undermined by the trend of large size, specialization, and service. Successful cases are often seen through the coexistence of traditional markets and dining services. In the traditional market, eating out is the main product, and the customer's preference is very high.Methods/Statistical analysis: The purpose of this study is to summarize the usage factors that are important to customers of traditional market restaurants, and to analyze the priorities of the usage factors through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In this study, we analyzed the level1 factors of traditional market restaurant customers into traditional market environment, restaurant environment, and food feature, and proposed an analysis model that classifies detailed factors of each factor.Findings: The analysis results are as follows. First, Level 1 showed relatively high importance in order of food feature (0.41), restaurant environment (0.33), and traditional market environment (0.26). Second, the usage factor of food feature had high priority of flavor and price. In the restaurant environment, cleanliness and kindness were high priority. In the traditional market environment, cleanliness and accessibility were important. Third, overall priority was high in order of flavor, price, and restaurant cleanliness.Improvements/Applications: These results will help to improve the management of vulnerable and small traditional market restaurants.

In this study, an environmental risk analysis model is developed as a decision support system (the RAGISADR) in order to assess environmental risks for transportation of dangerous goods. Transport of dangerous goods needs to be regulated to prevent accidents. Moving dangerous goods by road is governed by international regulations. GIS are used to quantify the factors on each link in the network that contribute to each of the evaluation criteria for a possible route. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to assign weights to factors. The priority weights of each environmental criteria is calculated by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) before risk models are implemented in the road network of Izmir-Manisa-Aydin-Mugla-Denizli (Aegean Region of Turkey). The most convenient route according to the criteria set is determined. The results give decision maker the possibility to choose the best alternative among possible routes according to certain criteria.

The evaluation of equipment importance is an important part of the operation and maintenance management and its purpose is to identify the key equipment which has important influence on the reliable operation of the power station. On the basis of grey clustering theory, the paper firstly establishes the analysis model of photovoltaic (pv) power station equipment importance and the weights of factors in the target hierarchy is solved by using the judgment matrix in analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, according to the whitenization weight function of the grey clustering, pv equipment is classified into three types: key equipment, vital equipment and general equipment, which lays the foundation for the equipment maintenance strategy choice. Finally, an application example verifies the practicality and scientificity of the proposed method.

The performance evaluation of the government venture capital guiding fund (GVCGF) has come into focus in the field of venture capital. Most of the existing studies, such as whether the GVCGF has guided social capital to start-up enterprises and has played its due role in the process of enterprise growth and innovation, are all based on relevant work under the framework of econometric analysis. Unlike in these existing studies, we construct the performance analysis model of the GVCGF from four dimensions, including the standardization development of the guidance fund, the risk control ability, and the leverage and the support effects under the framework of a multi-attribute decision-making analysis. Taking a GVCGF project in Ningbo City, China, as an example, we comprehensively evaluate the development performance of the GVCGF using the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP). The results show that the development performance of the GVCGF is at a “relatively high” level. Compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the IFAHP effectively avoids the false, enlarged influence caused by data subjectivity and evaluation uncertainty. This study provides a feasible analytical framework for the application of the IFAHP in other project performance evaluations.

In the process of port logistics outsourcing, because there are different throughput requirements of port logistics, there are inherent risks in logistics outsourcing companies, it cannot ensure the reasonableness of port logistics outsourcing. In this paper, a rationality analysis model of port trade logistics outsourcing based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process get different specification weights, and sort the importance degree of port trade logistics outsourcing risk, to create the hierarchical structure model of port trade logistics hierarchical assessment. The operating performance, cost performance and service performance and so on of port trade enterprises are made overall decomposition and analysis. Through the assignment make comparison operation to obtain the proportion of different schemes which should be accounted for in the overall target. Using analytic network process and customer rationality index model make accurate analysis of the rationality of hierarchical logistics outsourcing in port trade. The experimental results show that the coverage rate of logistics outsourcing, value of port trade and the effectiveness of the model under this kind of model is superior to the traditional model, and it achieves satisfactory results.

Nowadays, some of traditional markets have become as an icon in tourism destination. Shopping is an activity that relatively closed to tourism. There is a traditional market which relatively popular and already known as shopping tourism icon in Surakarta, that is Klewer market. The number of transactions and sales volume that occur in this market is estimated reach out until billion rupiahs. In this era, the utilization of technology change the character of tourists. The development of banking technology can reduce the used of cash money. In doing the tour, tourists mostly bring less cashes. But, they usually have debit or credit cards to support their transactions. Bank responses this fact by deploying EDC machines at traditional markets to support the transaction. However, there are some merchants that still enjoy doing transaction by cash and reluctant to use EDC machine. The aims of this research is to find out the criteria that prioritized by merchants in assessing the use of EDC machine in Surakarta shopping tourism traditional market. Klewer as location was determined through purposive method by the reason as shopping tourism icon of Surakarta. This research used non-probability and purposive sampling techniques to get the samples. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) model was used in this research as analysis method. The result of this research showed that the Surakarta traditional market merchants acceptance in using banking EDC machine is affected by usefulness, ease of use and security. The criteria which prioritized by merchants in assessing the use of EDC machine from the most to least are usefulness, ease of use and security which have almost equal weight.
