The Ministry of Education’s policy, Special Education 2000 (SE 2000) was intended to promote a model that ensured all students received an education that involved successful experiences (Ministry of Education, 1996). Students with Asperger Syndrome (AS) often have difficulty adapting to and achieving these successful experiences in their educational environment. This paper summarises the findings from a research project that was designed to investigate the issues that arise for students with AS, determine whether or not these experiences are generally positive or negative, and examine to what extent teachers have knowledge of AS. Data was gathered from interviews with three students, their parents and their teachers and a survey to examine teacher knowledge. Data was also gathered from nine interviews and twenty-nine questionnaires. This paper reports on the data gathered from the interviews. The emerging issues were: Difficulties accessing the curriculum, social difficulties, misunderstanding of parents’ roles, teacher responsibility, bullying, lack of teacher aide support, placement difficulties and sensory and environmental factors. The study concluded that the educational experience of the students was generally negative. The level of teacher knowledge was low, although the majority of teachers expressed an interest in gaining further knowledge.

The article analyzes the administrative and legal guarantees of higher spiritual education institutions in the context of modern educational legislation of Ukraine. Given the insufficient level of scientific and legal study of the topic and given the innovative processes in the Ukrainian educational environment, our intelligence to some extent fills the gaps in the study of this issue. Despite the declared norms in the educational legislation, the administrative and legal guarantees of the activity of institutions of higher spiritual education as religious organizations continue to be formed. The new educational legislation laid down new guarantees for institutions of higher spiritual education and defined a new trajectory for the development of theological education. In particular, the law preserves autonomy from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and as a result of accreditation ZVDO may issue a state diploma. The legislator allows religious organizations to maximally correlate the educational policy of ZVDO, to determine the principles of student self-government. Regarding the licensing and accreditation procedure, opening of postgraduate and doctoral studies, specialized academic council on specialty 041 "Theology", the legislator provides for significant concessions and clearly recognizes all documents of the EITI that are equivalent to state documents. The legislation also stipulates that documents on education, scientific degrees and academic titles, which are issued to persons in the ZVDO, may be recognized as equivalent to state documents. However, the institutionalization of theology in the secular education system requires the search for new forms of its presence in the educational and scientific space of Ukraine.

This study aims to examine the technologies of education and their importance, shedding light on their reality and  status in Sudan especially in the secondary stage. It has become necessary to invest these technologies and include them in different aspects of the technical education curricula. Such a step helps cope with the innovative scientific development in the advanced countries, qualify professors and technicians, develop the factories and workshops, and create an attractive technical educational environment to the pupils. Thus, the researcher has adopted a descriptive analytical approach that is based on conducting pilot visits to certain technical schools in Al-Khartoum state. Different aspects of such schools were examined, such as: (crafts, commercial, female technical). Moreover, some interviews were made with a purposeful sample of headmasters and teachers of  schools, taking into account their notes and suggestions.  In addition, the technical education department at the ministry of education was visited to stand upon the workshops' recommendations and the scholarly papers presented in the field of technical education in Sudan. The study finally has concluded that the technical education in Sudan needs much more focus on using modern technology to cope with the scientific development of curriculla, educators and different educational tools. In addition, many parents do not encourage their children to go for such a type of education as they ignore the value of technical education.

Although the content and nature of teachers' practical and theoretical knowledge has continued to evolve since the mid to late 1970s, current conceptualizations of teacher knowledge do not adequately reflect the knowledge and skills teachers need to successfully navigate a technologically rich educational environment. This article summarizes traditional and contemporary organizational schemes for teacher knowledge and argues that lacking from our understanding of teacher knowledge is a new domain of expertise: pedagogical technology knowledge. The theoretical development of this new knowledge base includes consideration of instructional and classroom management issues, the interplay between content and technology, and pedagogically appropriate conceptions and uses of technology. The theoretical development of this knowledge base has the potential to inform practice, frame instruction, and stimulate the thinking of both teachers and researchers.

The article describes the outcomes of the monitoring campaign carried out in an educational building nearby Tirana, capital of Albania. Performed under the bilateral agreement between the National Research Council of Italy and the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Albania, the study proposes a combined approach for the assessment of the IEQ, not limiting only in the collection of objective data through the environmental monitoring of indoor variables but it also includes the subjective perception of indoor environment by the students through the compilation of a specific questionnaire. The classrooms were also modelled using a parametric model combining the functionalities of Honeybee plugin with OpenStudio and Radiance. The results are illustrated by maps of the indoor microclimate and illuminance with spatial resolution of 0.5 meters and one-hour temporal resolution step. Aggregated index and environmental data derived from models are compared to those monitored with nEMoS. This hybrid method overcomes the drawback caused by a low resolution of the monitoring steps and allows the comparison of the objective and subjective perception of the considered environmental factors, as well as the identification of discrepancies in terms of objective evidence and subjective perception related to the considered environmental factors.
