A strong and long-established organizational culture can have a direct effect on the behaviors and actions of the members of the organization. There is much evidence that an organization's effectiveness is attributed to its good culture, making the company more festive and therefore more successful. An organization will seek to improve employee performance to achieve the goals of the organization. Organizations' various efforts to enhance employee performance can be made through education and training, providing compensation, meeting employee needs, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, etc. Therefore, this analysis aims to evaluate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in the public service sector in the city of Bandung by taking a sample of 70 employee respondents at the Education Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method in processing data related to this research. The results showed an average mean of 4.17, indicating that employees' organizational culture has been well received in the Bandung City Education Office. The mean employee performance is 4.12, which means that employees have good performance. This indicates that the corporate culture has a significant impact on employee efficiency.

This paper aims to apply queuing theory to a banking service system. Financial institutions are known to attract large audiences on a daily basis, generating long and lengthy queues. Based on empirical knowledge, it is common to use seasonality to explain the increase and decrease in the flow of people in the agencies, either because it is the payment week of a wallet, the workers' lunchtime. This paper aims to apply the theory in a system, with the objective of increasing the company's competitiveness, so that it is remembered as the customer's first choice.

Corporate culture is a significant feature of an organization which is implied as the fundamental aspect of organizational strategy. It facilitates consistent employee behavior and helps new recruits to socialize and adapt to the workplace in accordance with organizational goals.Corporate cultures have manifold influence on employee performance and satisfaction levels.Employees act more sincerely and responsibly to attain organizational goals, once they are certain of their direct involvement in the organization. Culture of an organization helps employees develop their skills to observe and question expressive meanings of organizational rituals as well as gives a sense of distinctiveness to its members. As the employees spend the major part of their life while working with organizations, corporate culture gives them an opportunity to enhance their creativity, and direct their attitudes toward everything associated to work life. Thus, organizational culture influences organizational effectiveness. The culture of a workplace has a strong impact on the welfare of workplace in both short as well as long term and a positive culture escalates the proficiency and performance of organizations. The present study examines the relationship between organizational culture and employees’ functioning and performance. In addition, it explores the impact of organizational culture on employees’performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of public sector employees in the city of Jambi. The sample in this study is employees who work in the public sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analytical tool in this study is using Component Based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study will explain whether there is an influence from the main variables studied, namely the leadership, organizational culture and employee performance..

Research is motivated by the phenomenon of low employee performance, presumably due to suboptimal human resource development and a less conducive organizational culture. The study aims to identify and analyze: a. human resource development, organizational culture, employee performance; b) the magnitude of the influence of human resource development on employee performance; c) the importance of the impact of organizational culture on employee performance; and the extent of the effect of human resource development and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and through a statistical process. The results showed: a. From the results of descriptive analysis of human resource development, organizational culture and employee performance are in good condition, but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show; b) human resource development has a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 66.69%; c) organizational culture has a significant impact on employee performance with the importance of the result of 51.84%; and d) the development of human resources and organizational culture together have an effect on employee performance with the magnitude of the influence of 78.30%, the remaining 21.70% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. In conclusion, both partially and simultaneously, human resources and organizational culture's development affects employee performance.

<p>The main purpose of this study is to identify the importance of incentives and their effectiveness in employee performance. The detail of this research will be conducted in an attempt to demonstrate whether incentives have a great potential to increase public employees’ motivation and work performance. The purpose of the research is also to illustrate to what extent incentives are used in the Cambodian public service sector. To fulfill the objective of the research as well as to obtain real and reliable data, a research study was conducted at the Cambodian Investment Board – CIB under the Council for the Development of Cambodia – CDC.  The method of this research study was implemented with a qualitative analysis to investigate the work characteristic of Cambodian public employees, and to identify the correlation between the rewarding, recognition and employee work performance. In addition to the research method, the analysis of the qualitative interview data was to be done through the use of thematic analysis. After the qualitative research method was completely finished, the findings of the research study were much the same as those mentioned in the literature review. The data analysis proved a significant correlation between incentives in the form of rewards and recognition, and better work performance.  Based on the findings of this research study, most of the public employees in the above mentioned organization commented that both financial and non-financial incentives are significantly important to encourage and motivate them for greater work performance. It also indicated that there was an absence of employee incentive particularly financial incentive. Meanwhile, the level of utilization of non-financial incentives is extremely poor. Therefore, within the limitations of the research study, it could be concluded that both financial and non-financial incentives have a potential effect on employee motivation and work performance in the public service organization of Cambodia.</p>

The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of work culture, motivation and compensation to employee performance, to analyze the influence of corporate culture, motivation and compensation to employee performance. The object to be studied is the WTO (the regional organizations), which includes Office, the Environment Agency and the Office in the City of Tasikmalaya. The method used is descriptive method with survey method. The collection of data obtained by questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The population in this study is a civil servant at the Department, the Environment Agency and the office in the City of Tasikmalaya. By using path analysis, the results of this study showed that partially, workplace culture, motivation and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, work culture, motivation and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance, so the hypothesis is verified. This means that the work culture, motivation and compensation significantly influence employee performance.

This study aimed to find out the description : the satisfaction of society’s response to public service as well as service quality index value and the performance of the public service in the Departement of Civil Registration and Population of the City of Banjarmasin. The research using survey method and descriptively. Data collection using the questionnaire for respondents whit a simple technique random sampling. Descriptive data analysis with quantitative. The results showed the public generally satisfied with public service provided by the Departement of Civil Registration and Population of the City of Banjarmasin. The quality of service of the Departement of Civil Registration and Population are include in categories B, and the performance of his ministry is in good category either.
