Corporate culture is a significant feature of an organization which is implied as the fundamental aspect of organizational strategy. It facilitates consistent employee behavior and helps new recruits to socialize and adapt to the workplace in accordance with organizational goals.Corporate cultures have manifold influence on employee performance and satisfaction levels.Employees act more sincerely and responsibly to attain organizational goals, once they are certain of their direct involvement in the organization. Culture of an organization helps employees develop their skills to observe and question expressive meanings of organizational rituals as well as gives a sense of distinctiveness to its members. As the employees spend the major part of their life while working with organizations, corporate culture gives them an opportunity to enhance their creativity, and direct their attitudes toward everything associated to work life. Thus, organizational culture influences organizational effectiveness. The culture of a workplace has a strong impact on the welfare of workplace in both short as well as long term and a positive culture escalates the proficiency and performance of organizations. The present study examines the relationship between organizational culture and employees’ functioning and performance. In addition, it explores the impact of organizational culture on employees’performance.

A strong and long-established organizational culture can have a direct effect on the behaviors and actions of the members of the organization. There is much evidence that an organization's effectiveness is attributed to its good culture, making the company more festive and therefore more successful. An organization will seek to improve employee performance to achieve the goals of the organization. Organizations' various efforts to enhance employee performance can be made through education and training, providing compensation, meeting employee needs, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, etc. Therefore, this analysis aims to evaluate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in the public service sector in the city of Bandung by taking a sample of 70 employee respondents at the Education Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method in processing data related to this research. The results showed an average mean of 4.17, indicating that employees' organizational culture has been well received in the Bandung City Education Office. The mean employee performance is 4.12, which means that employees have good performance. This indicates that the corporate culture has a significant impact on employee efficiency.

As the soft power of enterprises, the impact of corporate culture on employee performance and its intrinsic psychological mechanism has been paid close attention to by researchers. Based on the existing research, this paper discusses the impact of corporate culture on the psychological capital of employees and the intermediate role of psychological capital between corporate culture and job performance. 377 employees of a large state-owned petrochemical enterprise were investigated. The results show that: 1) the corporate culture has a significant positive impact on the dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience) and work performance; 2) psychological capital take a part of the intermediary effect between the corporate culture and work performance. The results of this study have some implications for the management practice of using corporate cultural influence to promote employees’ psychological capital and improve performances.

  Organizational culture and leadership are part of human resources which are one of the capital and have a very important role for the success of a company or organization because good human resource management is the key to the successful achievement of the company's goals. The success of an organization in achieving its goals in addition to requiring a good organizational culture, also depends on the implementation of the leadership style. A strong leadership style in the organization is used to direct all available resources in achieving goals and optimizing success in a company. This study aims to determine to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at RTTL.EP. The aspects studied are the employee's work culture, the leadership style of a leader, and the impact of the process of the two variables which will result in employee job performance. The phenomenon in this research is explored with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are by distributing research questionnaires, interviews, and collecting secondary data. The sample taken was 180 samples of RTTL.EP employees.  The results of this study are expected to be used as a work evaluation to improve organizational culture, leadership, and performance, this research can be used as a direction in improving employee performance at RTTL.EP so that it is always in line with the Vision and Mission of RTTL.EP, which is to provide quality programs to the audience.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To clarify whether there is influence organizational culture, leadership and organizational climate on employee performance Bhayangkara Padang Hospital and 2) Measure the influence of organizational culture, leadership and organizational climate on employee performance Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. Based on test validity workplace culture, leadership, work climate and performance in mind all the items declared invalid meet the eligibility criteria are good and reliable instrument. The study tested the impact of organization culture on the on the relationship between firm-level strategy and performance of food and beverage manufacturing firms in Kenya. The opinion of the CEO/MDs from 125 firms in this sector was sought by application of a structured questionnaire; the collected data was analysed using hierarchical regression analysis. The paper stated hypothesis that organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between firm-level strategy and performance. The results supported the hypothesis. Therefore, firm development of strong organization culture to support firm-level strategy for higher performance is paramount. These findings will contribute to government policy formulation for sector’s expansion and competitiveness and management drives in building a positive organization culture to support firm-level strategy for improved performance.

Necessity of improving employees’ performance in ministry of education in Iran was the reason of conducting this research. Authors are focused on the impact of High Performance Work System (HPWS) and the culture of organization on employees’ performance in Iran ministry of education. By conducting specified study based on distributed survey questionnaire to 162 members of ministry of education in Iran, this study aims to provide answer to the given research questions of study. The outcome of hypotheses testing illustrate HPWS significantly effects ministry members’ performance and shows strong relation between variables. Likewise, organizational culture demonstrates significant affirmative impact on Iran ministry of education members and employees’ performance. Findings of current research indicate that the ministry of education in Iran requires immediate action toward improving performance of members to obtain desired outcome. Accordingly, to the result of present study, current research attempts to provide practical concepts and illustrate limitations, suggestions for improvement of ministry and future study in this field.

This study aims to reveal the characteristics of Islamic organizational culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang as an effort to improve employee performance. This study uses qualitative method by applying phenomenology approach. It is conducted by examining the experience realized by the informant (conscious experience) and the instruments of data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation so that researchers can obtain more complete data about the characteristics of Islamic organization culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The research subjects are: (1) university board; (2) deans; (3) employees. Moreover, the qualitative data analysis techniques in this study uses 3 (three) analyzes, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of Islamic organizational culture can be seen from the perception of university board, lecturers and employees on the value of leadership, norms and management practices, stories and figures, traditions and rituals, as well as perceptions on symbols. It can be concluded that the characteristics of Islamic organizational culture include: (1) Shiddiq (truthfulness) to achieve personal excellence that is honest, transparent, and accountable, (2) Amanah (trustworthiness) to achieve inter-personal capital that is unprejudiced and commitment, (3) Tabligh (advocacy) to achieve visionary and communicative leadership that is communicative and open, (4) Fathonah (wisdom) to achieve professionalism and technical leadership that is smart, competent, and innovative.

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.
