THE INFLUENCE OF WORK CULTURE, MOTIVATION AND COMPENSATION TO THE PERFOMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN GOVERNMENT

The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of work culture, motivation and compensation to employee performance, to analyze the influence of corporate culture, motivation and compensation to employee performance. The object to be studied is the WTO (the regional organizations), which includes Office, the Environment Agency and the Office in the City of Tasikmalaya. The method used is descriptive method with survey method. The collection of data obtained by questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The population in this study is a civil servant at the Department, the Environment Agency and the office in the City of Tasikmalaya. By using path analysis, the results of this study showed that partially, workplace culture, motivation and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, work culture, motivation and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance, so the hypothesis is verified. This means that the work culture, motivation and compensation significantly influence employee performance.

A strong and long-established organizational culture can have a direct effect on the behaviors and actions of the members of the organization. There is much evidence that an organization's effectiveness is attributed to its good culture, making the company more festive and therefore more successful. An organization will seek to improve employee performance to achieve the goals of the organization. Organizations' various efforts to enhance employee performance can be made through education and training, providing compensation, meeting employee needs, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, etc. Therefore, this analysis aims to evaluate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in the public service sector in the city of Bandung by taking a sample of 70 employee respondents at the Education Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method in processing data related to this research. The results showed an average mean of 4.17, indicating that employees' organizational culture has been well received in the Bandung City Education Office. The mean employee performance is 4.12, which means that employees have good performance. This indicates that the corporate culture has a significant impact on employee efficiency.

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of corporate culture in improving employees' performance at state-owned enterprise PT. Semen Padang, West Sumatra. This research used quantitative methods and was supported by qualitative data. Data were collected quantitatively from samples selected using Simple Random Sampling. Qualitative data was collected with observation and interview with purposive sampling technique. The population of PT. Semen Padang employees are 1924 people. The sample was calculated using Slovin's formula (error of 5%) and consisted of 331 samples. The initial hypothesis in this research consisted of seven hypotheses. This study found a significant influence of a corporate culture that consists of six variables of work culture in improving employees’ performance at PT. Semen Padang. This study also found other factors that affect employees' performance. This study offers managers at PT. Semen Padang the key to increasing their employees' performance. The essence of this study is to prove that there is a significant influence of corporate cultures in improving employees' performance.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. The emergence of Covid-19 in Indonesia has a significant impact on various aspects, especially human resources. The emergence of work stress due to changes in work patterns can result in decreased employee performance. Therefore, the aims of this study is to determine the influence of internal and external factors of employees on work stress as an intervening variable, as well as its impact on performance directly and indirectly. The subject of the study was a private employee of Samarinda City. Research data collection method is a survey method with questionnaires, while the analysis tool used is path analysis. The results of the study were that partially, workload, Job Insecurity and job satisfaction had a significant influence on work stress, however, the work environment and individual characteristics had no significant effect on work stress, but were simultaneously significant. While external factors, internal and work stress have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Direct influence is the best model of influence for this study

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, test and explain the effect of servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, and test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Mayang Collection.The population in this study were customers of the Mayang Collection Kepanjen store who had a member card and made a repeat purchase. Population research or population study so that the number of samples in this study is a number of population, amounting to 93 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, which is a method used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing (Nazir, 2005).Based on the results of the static test all the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. The results of the servqual analysis show that the difference or gap between customer expectations and employee performance has a total average which is at the moderate classification level (Parasuraman table, 1990) or service quality in Mayang Collection stores is quite good. This means that customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided at Mayang Collection is quite good. The path analysis test results (path analysis) show that there is no significant influence between servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This proves that service quality has a long-lasting influence in shaping customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Mayang Collection stores are advised to pay more attention to and improve other factors besides service quality in increasing customer satisfaction, because with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will be formed easily.Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the quality of performance of women in NGOs. The results showed that the quality of the performance of women in NGOs was determined by the study sample (Speed ​​of service delivery, development and improvement of services provided, continuity in service delivery, service delivery method, cooperation with members of NGOs. Cooperation with citizens to meet their needs). She also showed professional proposals to increase the effectiveness of the quality of women's performance in NGOs. The results reached a suggested concept to increase the researcher used the descriptive method suitable for the social survey method using a comprehensive questionnaire based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data will be coded and analyzed statistically using SPSS.V. 21.0

This study entitled The Effect of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Education and Culture Office of the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this study using a questionnaire and observation. Testing the first hypothesis, namely Variable Competence (X1) on Motivation (Z) "shows that t count produces a coefficient of 16.347. With a sample size of 58 found df = 58 (58-2) at a significant level of 0.05, the critical value of t table is 1.672. with these results it can be said that competence has a significant effect on motivation because tcount (16.347)> t table (1.672). The second hypothesis testing is that it can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on motivation because tcount (10.038)> t table (1.672). Third Hypothesis testing can be said that competence has a significant effect on employee performance because tcount (10.412)> t table ( 1.672). The fourth hypothesis testing can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance because tcount (14.897)> t table (1.672). " and testing the fifth hypothesis, it is found that the value of fcount obtained is 152.197> F table = 3.16 and the simultaneous significant level of sig F is 0.000b. This shows that competence and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance (Y).

The changes that have taken place in recent years in Brazil have affected the structure of families, allowing children to play an important role in the purchasing decisions of the family group. Thus, the children's public has become a significant influence on the acquisition of goods and products, as well as the brands and models acquired by the families. Faced with this reality, the present study sought to identify the influence of the child on the family consumption decision in shopping at supermarkets in the city of Sant'Ana do Livramento / RS. For that, a quantitative approach was carried out, with descriptive character and Survey method. The data were collected with 115 parents of children aged between two and twelve years, with the collection of supermarkets and state schools in the city of Sant'Ana do Livramento. The results show that the children accompany their parents in shopping at the supermarket and participate in them, influencing the acquisition of certain products. In the same way, one can perceive the influence of the media in deciding what the children want to consume.

Within a company, employees are one of the most valuable assets. Employees are human resources that drive companies to compete with other companies. Employees who have satisfaction in working will certainly be able to increase performance productivity and achieve the goals set by the company. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is a company engaged in the automotive sector which is addressed at Jalan Boyolali - Semarang KM 1, Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali sells Honda motorcycle products and serves Honda motorcycle services. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is the largest Honda motorcycle dealer in the city of Boyolali which has 75 employees both sales and ahass, because it has quite a lot  of employees of course need good management so that employees get satisfaction in working, this causes an influence on employee performance working at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali and which job satisfaction variables most influence employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This research was conducted at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali, a research period of 3 months by distributing several questionnaires with the object of Timbul Jaya Motor employees as many as 75 correspondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis and significance testing using t and F tests. The results show that there is no positive and significant effect of salary, the job itself, promotion and coworkers on employee performance, while the supervisory variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with t_table <t_count with a significance of more than 5% or 0.05   Keywords    : Salary, Employment, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision, and Employee Performance.
