This research aimed to examine the effect of using the Six Sigma approach with its sub-variables (management commitment and support, feedback and measurement, continuous improvement, processes and systems, human resources) on improvement quality of health services with its sub-variables (response, reliability tangibility) at Jordanian Ministry of Health ,at the top management level , to achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was designed which consists of (48) items , used for collecting primary data from study sample (57) participant of top management level at the Ministry of Health, Accordingly the data were collected, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), other statistical methods were used to achieve the study, The study finding revealed that: "There are a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (P≤0.050) of the Sigma Six standards and its sub -variables on the improvement of the Health services quality which presented ,by the Jordanian Ministry of Health, Based on such results the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important one are :The Ministry of Health should introducing Sigma Six concept , standards, and implementing it at the top level management, and training all the employees at top management on sigma six, linking Sigma Six standards to ministry strategies, and provide all the necessary for that. Conducting further studies that will show the positive effects of Six Sigma standards application in reducing the financial costs for health services ,and working to applying these standards to the human resources management functions.

The objective of the research is to use the Six Sigma approach to activate the internal audit and its reflections  on the quality of accounting information. The main objective of the Sigma approach is to activate the role of supervision in all areas of the economic unit in order to meet the changing needs of customers, market and technology for the benefit of employees, customers and shareholders.There is a significant correlation between the Six Sigma principles and internal audit , There is also a significant statistical significance for the role of using Six Sigma approach and the internal and its reflections on the quality of the accounting information. The Six-Sigma approach will improve the internal audit function, which in turn will lead to the availability of quality accounting information. The research recommended that the economic units should involve the employees in the processes and systems and the attention to human resources and the good suggestions presented by the employees. It also leads to the avoidance and occupation of power for personal purposes.

Background: Outsourcing in the Ministry of Health is based on the reforming the structure of the health system and improving the quality of services. Therefore, the present study wanted to present the outsourcing model of services in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education with fuzzy Delphi technique in order to improve the quality of health services with emphasizing on hospitals. Methods: The present research in terms of purpose, data research type, implementation method, was part of the exploratory research which has been done quantitatively and qualitatively in 2021. The statistical population was the outsourcing experts for a study between 59 universities of medical sciences in the country, 50 people were selected by purposive sampling method. They were selected for interviews to collect outsourcing indicators to present a suitable model. The indicators were mined data using the information gain method by Matlab software and the indicators were prioritized according to the scores given. A questionnaire was obtained from the prioritized indicators, which were summarized in 19 dimensions, and the same experts were given to complete in 2 consecutive periods. After completing the questionnaire by experts, fuzzy Delphi method was used for final analysis. Results: According to the obtained model, 44 factors are effective in outsourcing .These factors entered the Delphi poll. During 2 stages of fuzzy Delphi, consensus was reached on all 44 indicators. And the highest degree of expertise agreement with the flexibility component and the lowest level of agreement with the component of the certificate of competency to provide services were outsourced by the company. Conclusion: According to the obtained model, various factors are effective in outsourcing services that need to be considered more in the planning of health centers, especially hospitals. According to the findings, it can be said that the related dimensions with considering the outsourcing services are specifically important .Due to the possibility of outsourcing among many health care units; it can be used for flexibility in providing services and patient satisfaction to manage health centers and hospitals.

This study aimed to the following: Identifying the job satisfaction and its relation with health services provided to society.  Identifying the factors affecting on job satisfaction and its relation with level of health services provided to society. Identifying the impacts of development of job satisfaction level and its relation with level of health services. Identifying the appropriate methods to increase the job satisfaction level and quality of health services. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method in order to achieve aims of the study. She has chosen a random Population of 261 employees of Ministry of Health and used the questionnaire with closed form to collect its data. The study found out some results as: The (252) employees, of the total staff of the Ministry of Health (Population) are Saudis; while (9) employees, of the total staff of the Ministry of Health; are non-Saudis.  The Ministry of Health staff (the Population) are satisfied that there are certain to raise the level of job satisfaction appropriate mechanisms, and the quality of health services. The Ministry of Health staff (the Population) are satisfied that there are some effects of improving the level of job satisfaction, and its relationship to the level of health services provided to the community. The researcher recommended some of the recommendations and most important: Providing human potential, physical, and technical service to the sick, and raise the level of job satisfaction, and the level of health services provided to the community. Working on removing the causes of lack of job satisfaction as many work pressures, such as: marginalization, long working hours and lack of recognition of the social, psychological and administrative disciplines, and lack of integration of services provided to patients. Working on staff participation in planning and decision-making process; as it affects the level of job satisfaction to have.

Abstract. The quality of health services depends on the contribution of all the professionals involved in the system, including certain groups, usually forgotten and underrated, such as the health-transport technicians (HTT). With the aim of improving this group's performance, an intervention program, focusing on the development of the workers' technical and social skills, was designed in a collective of enterprises. Information about the first stage of this program, consisting of the assessment of these workers' social skills, is offered in this study. A specific questionnaire was developed: The Health-Transport Technicians Social Skills Questionnaire (HTT-SSQ), made up of three scales (assertive, passive, and aggressive behavior). It was administered to a large sample (N = 530) from the above-mentioned association. The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were analyzed, with quite satisfactory indexes of internal consistency and factor validity, and the group's deficiencies (excess or deficit) were evaluated.

<p class="BodyCxSpFirst">Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sangat penting bagi rumah sakit, karena berpengaruh pula terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang secara manual diubah menjadi digital dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metodologi <em>Nine step</em> sebagai acuan dalam merancang suatu <em>data warehouse</em><em>,</em> untuk pemodelan menggunakan skema konstelasi fakta dengan 3 tabel fakta dan 11 tabel dimensi. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya terletak pada sumber data yang diekstrak langsung dari <em>database</em> SIMRS yang digunakan rumah sakit, sehingga tidak ada ekstraksi data secara manual.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain data warehouse berbasis Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) sebagai sarana penunjang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. OLAP yang dihasilkan akan berupa desain data warehouse dengan berbagai dimensi yang akan menghasilkan tampilan informasi berupa Chart maupun Grafik sehingga informasinya mudah dibaca dan dipahami oleh berbagai pihak.</p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"> </p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em><strong>Abtract</strong></em></p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em>The use of information technology is very important for hospitals, because it also affects the quality of health services, which manualy changed to digital using information technology. In this study, the authors used the Nine step methodology as a reference in designing a data warehouse for modeling using a fact constellation schema with 3 fact tables and 11 dimension tables. the different in this study from previous research is that the data source was taken directly from the SIMRS database used by the hospital, so there is no manual data extraction.</em><em>The aim of this research is to be able to produce a Data Warehouse design based on Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) as a means of supporting the quality of hospital health services. The resulting OLAP will be a data warehouse design with various dimensions will produce the displays information in the form of a graph or chart so that the information is easy to read and understand by various parties.</em></p><p class="BodyCxSpLast"><em> </em></p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Abstract The study aimed to know the overall quality of the concept and its importance in providing high-quality health services and the availability of the key factors in the application and services and to take administrative factors, technical and human and financial, which may contribute to the raise if directed properly and have an adult in improving the quality of health services impact. Based on the nature of the study and the objectives it seeks, the analytical descriptive approach was used. It was based on the study of the phenomenon as it exists in reality and it is treated as a precise description and expressed in qualitative and quantitative terms. To analyze the analytical aspects of the research subject and then collect the initial data through the questionnaire as a main tool for research, designed specifically for this purpose, and distributed to government hospitals in Khartoum State, and included the study community department managers and patients in government hospitals in Khartoum state. A random sample was collected (300) department managers and patients from the Khartoum government hospitals. Each individual has the opportunity to be a member of the study sample during the year 2016. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is that the hospital management has the material potential (furniture, equipment, ...) to use the Six Sigma curriculum with an intermediate degree. The hospital management is ready to use the Six Sigma curriculum to a high degree. Six Sigma In the middle level, the hospital management is keen to train the heads of departments to form teams for the process of continuous improvement to a high degree, the hospital administration is continuously improving the purpose of reducing the deviations and errors that occur, the hospital management is ready to provide an information system Its data continuously At, there is the management of the hospital readiness to provide direct contact with an intermediate degree of quality coaches tuning software system. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is linking the promotion system in the public hospitals in Khartoum state with the quality control program, paying attention to the overall quality and stressing the possibility of using it in hospitals in Khartoum State because of its scientific and practical importance and improving the quality of the services and the operations provided.
