The number of mobile financial services users is keeping increasing in Tanzania. Despite such an increase, few individuals actively use mobile financial services. The adoption of these services may be contributed by either the different features of mobile financial services or demographics orientation. The current study used Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and AMOS-SEM for data analysis. The findings revealed that the antecedents of mobile financial services, namely individual awareness and perceived ease of use significantly influence individual mobile financial services adoption. Demographics orientation was also found to have moderating effect on the relationship between individual awareness and perceived ease of use, and individual mobile financial services adoption. The paper makes a contribution in the theory used and contributes knowledge to the Tanzania national second financial inclusion policy 2018-2022 by considering demographics variables in analyzing different issues.

Objective – This paper aims to empirically examine the factors influencing the users’ behavioral intention to reuse mobile technology to facilitate their financial services in Bangladesh. Methodology/Technique – A self-administered online survey method was used and 400 responses were collected with Likert-type questions using Google Forms as a medium. A model was developed and proposed based on different technology acceptance models like TAM, UTAUT and similar studies on factors influencing users’ intention to adopt and reuse mobile financial services in Bangladesh. The proposed model was tested by performing simple and multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Findings – The results show that perceived ease of use influences perceived usefulness of mobile financial services but perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and security have no influence on trust in terms of behavioral intention to reuse mobile financial services in Bangladesh. However, with the exception of trust and perceived financial cost, the remaining variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security, perceived risk, social influence and facilitating conditions significantly influence behavioral intentions to reuse mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Novelty - This study examines crucial factors spotted in literature in the context of Bangladesh. Earlier papers have primarily focused on traditional banking clients’ behavioral intention toward their bank’s mobile banking facilities in Bangladesh. This paper is comprehensively designed to identify influential factors of reusing non-traditional mobile financial services like bKash, Rocket, Nagad etc. at the growth level in the industry of Bangladesh. The researcher tried to identify factors influencing both bank and non-bank users to reuse mobile financial services for their digital transactions. Type of Paper: Empirical. Indonesian Eastern Fleet Training Command currently has the facilities to train professional soldiers in the shooting.A simulator facility in the form of computer-based clinic shooting is called Virtual Arms Solution FTS D-423 (VAS).Need to analyse the relationship between perceived ease of use and usefulness of VAS in order to determine thelevel of acceptance. Both these factors are modelled by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which canexplain the factors that influence the actual receipt of the use of technology. After that, the relationship between thetwo factors that have been modelled with the Technology Acceptance Model to be treated using Path Analysis(Path Analysis). Where the path analysis was used to analyse the causal relationships between variables in order todetermine the effect of the direct and indirect causes of the variable to a variable result. Based on the analysis anddiscussion, it is obtained as follows that the ease and usefulness of a positive effect on Attitude using VAS positiveeffect on Behavioural Intention using VAS. The testing of the technology acceptance model over the years has shown that its explanatory power is about 50%; which led researchers to revisit the model in an attempt to gain a better understanding of technology adoption. Some of the studies found social influence to be a key factor, but others have yielded mixed results. This article questions the assumption made in some previous studies that most people would comply with social influence. Using data collected from 210 smartphone users, we investigated the moderating effect of motivation to comply on the relationship between social influence, on the one hand, and perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use on the other hand. Also, based on the theory of critical mass, we investigated the moderating effect of the perceived critical mass on the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the one hand, and actual usage on the other hand. The results showed a significant moderating effect of both motivation to comply and perceived critical mass. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

As there is an increasing demand in public transportation and electronic transaction, the service quality of website determines the success of the service provider. Therefore, electronic service quality (e-SQ) plays an important role for any business involved in online transaction to attract customers. Customer’s assessment of e-SQ is usually based on their actual experiences of interaction with the website. According to previous research, there exists relationship between e-SQ and service satisfaction. The moderating effect of technology acceptance model (TAM) shows positive result. As e-SQ and TAM improve, this will, in turn, improve service satisfaction. However, the relationship between “e-SQ-TAM service satisfactions” has been found to be not consistent in the case of low cost carrier airline in Malaysia. With concern to further understanding of this area, the present study explores dimensions of e-SQ in low cost carrier airline context and their relationship with service satisfaction. Furthermore, the moderating effect of perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness (TAM) was explored. This study employed convenience sampling and questionnaire method to gain data; 392 completed questionnaires were gathered from Malaysia Airline Industry (low cost carrier) website users. The result indicated that e-SQ dimensions: customization, site privacy and aesthetic, efficiency, system availability and fulfillment constitute e-SQ for low cost carrier airline. Moreover, the result also illustrates that perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness (TAM) positively moderate the relationship between e-SQ and service satisfaction.

AbstractPurposeThis study investigates how online user intention in searching health information is affected by problematic situations.Design/methodology/approachBased on the Theory of Reasoned Action, the Technology Acceptance Model, and Sense-making theory, we propose two dimensions of problematic situations: urgency and severity of health issues being searched online. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey among 214 Wuhan University students and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis.FindingsPerceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and subjective norm can influence user intention to seek health information online. The urgency of problematic situations has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between perceived ease of use and user intention and the relationship between subjective norm and user intention. The severity of problematic situations has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between subjective norm and user intention.Research limitationsThe respondents of the survey are limited to students in one Chinese university, so whether this study’s results can be applied to another population or not remains to be verified. In addition, only two dimensions of problematic situations are considered in this study.Practical implicationsThe paper puts forward the moderating effect of problematic situations and verifies it, which is the compensation for online health information-seeking behavior research. Besides, our analyses have implications for professional design of health care systems and related consumer information searches, and improve their performance.Originality/valuePrevious work has reported the effects of problematic situation on user intention to seek health information online, ignoring its influence on other factors. This empirical study extends that work to identify the influence of problematic situation when seeking intention-behavior data in two dimensions, urgency and severity.

Mobile Financial Services (MFS) is one of the new innovations of the modern financial system. It nowadays plays a crucial role in banking users’ day-to-day financial activities. This study investigates users’ experiences of MFS at rural areas of Bangladesh. Specifically, this study sought to gain an understanding of to what extent different factors positively or negatively influence users’ experience in using mobile financial services. This study was mainly a survey research. The data were obtained using a questionnaire from a total of 128 MFS users (102 male and 26 female) living in rural areas of Bangladesh who were conveniently chosen from five Upazilla in Barishal city. The findings suggested that MFS users in rural areas of Bangladesh have both positive and negative experiences toward the use of mobile financial services. This study further revealed six major factors that have influenced the users’ positive and negative experiences in general, i.e. perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, trust, customer and MFS agent relationship, and perceived cost. It was found that the last factor (perceived cost) have generated the users’ negative experiences toward mobile financial services. Therefore, the government and MFS providers are encouraged to work together with some innovative strategies to change the users’ negative experiences into positive experiences of using the mobile financial services.

Online trading by farmers is a critical component of the agricultural supply chain. Perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness of a digital marketplace enhances trust and then farmers’ intention to use that digital marketplace. This study, by leveraging a mediation model, explores the usage drivers of digital marketplaces by farmers in India. Indeed, farmers' intrinsic propensity to trust generally is a moderator of the relationship between trust and intention to use a digital marketplace. We assert the relationship between (a) perceived ease-of-use of technology and trust and (b) perceived usefulness and trust is moderated by perceived self-efficacy by farmers and the digital marketplace platform provider’s reputation who is offering the digital marketplace service. This study contributes to the field of smart agri-food supply chain literature, by exploring willingness of Indian farmers to trade their produce on digital market places and potential factors of influence.

The need for mobile phones has become inevitable in current world scenario. Mobile phones not only add to the convenience and security but also signify the status symbol. Mobile phones are considered as an opportunity for most of the organization to deliver their services. Banking industry is also facilitating various services via mobile phones. Mobile phones are playing an important role in financial inclusion since large numbers are still unbanked or financially excluded. Mobile banking is center of attraction to the youths. This study attempts to study the perception of the youths towards mobile driven financial inclusion in Gwalior city and to access the factors influencing the use of mobile in financial services in Gwalior City. The study covers the respondents of age group 18-40 years. The study framed the TAM model using the four factor i) Perceived Ease of Use, ii) Perceived Usage, iii) Perceived Usefulness and iv) Actual Usage. The study derived the TAM model sequencing influence perceived ease of use to perceived usage, perceived usage to perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness to actual usage. Although study contains certain limitation still has some implications providing recommendation for the improvement and modification of the mobile banking services and make them more friendly and secure.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very significant role in the economy, can even be said to be the backbone of the economy. However, MSMEs are precisely the sector hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Digitalization creates new opportunities for MSMEs in the pandemic. FinTech, one of the implementations of digitalization should be pursued to be used by MSMEs. Using path analysis processed using Partial Least Square (PLS), this research aims to identify how Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) works on Adopting FinTech by MSMEs. The Outer Model and Inner Model reflect that the model work. The outer loading value of ? 0.7, AVE value ? of 0.5, Cronbach's Alpha ? 0,70, a correlation value ? of 0.50; and Composite Reliability ? 0.6, and R-Square 0.716 reflect it. However, regarding the factors that influence intention to use, it is different from previous research that became a reference. There are only four hypotheses proven. Those are Context had a significant positive effect on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness had a significant positive effect on the intention to use fintech. Keywords: FinTech, MSMEs, Digitalization, UTAUT, Inclusive

An investigation into the variables that have a bearing on the acceptance of D-learning (Digital-learning) services such as E-learning and M-learning, in Jordanian universities is presented. This is followed with a discussion on modernising M-learning with emerging technologies. The study fuses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (“UTAUT”) model with the cultural paradigm and educational variables. 100 valid questionnaires distributed to random Jordanian students in two cities were used to collect the primary data. The IBM SPSS® (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software platform was used to analyse the data. The validity of the overall model was proven statistically with an acceptable fit of the data to the measurement model. The findings show that the factor with the highest direct effect on “Intention to use M-learning” is the “Attitude toward using M-learning”. Whilst the factor with the highest indirect effect on “Intention to use M-learning” is “Compatibility”. The conclusions are that the: cultural factor has a significant and positive impact on the “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use”. “Perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use” have the greater impact on the “customers’ attitude”, which consequently influences the students’ “intention to use M-learning services”. The findings also indicate that educational variables such as the attainment value, self-management of learning and the perceived enjoyment significantly affected M-learning adoption intention. Emerging technologies such as the Cloud, AI (Artificial Intelligence) and the Blockchain and how they may be utilised to enhance the delivery of M-learning is discussed throughout the paper.
