Trading frequency can be said as the implementation from trader of commerce. This case based on positive or negative trader reaction given by trader information.  Stock trading in BEI always fluctuate with price of volume value and frequency particularly. Frequency itself shows the company  involved or not. In trading frequency, if the indicator frequency it self shown the higher point, it means better. In spite of the most important thing is how the fluctuation or value conversion itself. On the frequencies we also could see which stocks is interested by the investor. When trading frequency high, it  may be create sense of interest from investors.The aim of this research, in order to know how far the effect of trading frequency (X) with stock value (Y) using cover stock value. The information used is begin 2008 with sample from twelve property and real estate companies. According to the research can be conclude from twelve companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008, 75 % of trading frequency samples doesn’t have signification degree between trading frequency and stock value. Transimpedance amplifiers (TIA) are widely used for front-end signal conditioning in many optical distance measuring applications in which high accuracy is often required. Small effects due to the real characteristics of the components and the parasitic elements in the circuit board may cause the error to rise to unacceptable levels. In this work we study these effects on the TIA delay time error and deduce analytic expressions, taking into account the trade-off between the uncertainties caused by the delay time instability and by the signal-to-noise ratio. A specific continuous-wave phase-shift case study is shown to illustrate the analysis, and further compared with real measurements. General strategies and conclusions, useful for designers of this kind of system, are extracted too. The study and results show that the delay time thermal stability is a key determinant factor in the measured distance accuracy and, without an adequate design, moderate temperature variations of the TIA can cause extremely high measurement errors.

Root systems of two Andean blackberry materials (thorn and thornless) of Rubus glaucus Benth cultured in vitro in the presence of five treatments (four flavonoids and one control) were inoculated with Azorhizobium caulinodans ORS571 (pXLGD4)  (a strain carrying the lacZ reporter gene which facilitated the detection of bacterial colonization). Evaluation of colonization effectiveness for each treatment was done by means of application of experimental design measuring frequency and intensity parameters. Statistical analysis showed differences at comparing flavonoids vs. control and the overall higher effectiveness of the flavonoid naringenin. Observation of colonization was made by light and electron microscope confirming internal colonization of Andean blackberry roots by A. caulinodans. This is the first work demonstrating root colonization of R.glaucus by azorhizobia and therefore settling the basis for future investigations and scientific applications related to interaction with plant growth-promoting bacteria under the effect of flavonoids, along with possible implications of common benefit for non-legume crops in the northwest region of Colombia.  Key Words: Azorhizobium caulinodans ORS571, Andean blackberry, flavonoids, LacZ, lateral roots, naringenin.

Public transport plays a major role in sustainable mobility planning. This is even more obvious on regional level, where distances are often too long for cycling, therefore public transport remains only viable sustainable travel mode. In the process of preparation of regional SUMP, evaluation of accessibility is one of crucial steps. However, accessibility measurement can be a challenging task. In Slovenia, there have been several studies measuring frequency and access to closest stop, ignoring travel speed and destinations that could be reached. However rapid increase in computing power, software development and availability of schedule data in GTFS format, opened an opportunity to evaluate accessibility more precisely. We performed an analysis for Koroška region in Slovenia. Accessibility was measured with OpenTripPlanner with OpenStreetMap data for road network and schedules in GTFS format. Travel times were measured in both directions for all inhabited cells in a grid resolution of one hectare and central settlements of intermunicipal importance. The results of the analysis are important in terms of understanding how many citizens can access settlements of intermunicipal importance with public transport. This will serve as a baseline measure in regional SUMP preparation and will enable future iterations and comparisons. It also enables us to see the gaps in public transport supply and propose improvements. Open-source tools and open data enables this method to be used in other regions as well.

The output periods of D flip-flop mixer are variable though the periods of two input frequencies are invariable. To measure the output frequency, the conventional method is to calculate the average value of the output periods and the maximum possible absolute error is a clock period. The variation of the output periods has its own pattern of arrangement and it can provide valuable information. Measuring accuracy can be significantly improved by taking into account all the details of output periods changes. A mathematical model that describes the relationship between the input square waves and the output square waves was developed and the difference of two input frequencies can be estimated by the solution of the model. The new method is quite suitable for measuring small frequency increments of quartz crystal resonators.
