The educational ideology presented by Rudolf Steiner has both ardent supporters and opponents. But without a doubt it can be an inspiration to change the way of thinking about the way the learning environment is organized. Despite the lapse of many years since its inception, Steiner’s pedagogy has not lost its appeal and can provide a valuable source for the construction of modern holistic constructivist education, according to which the student is not only active but also becomes a partner of the teacher in the process of developing their knowledge, skills and socio-emotional resources. The article presents the assumptions of Steiner’s education in the perspective of the two most important areas of organization of the learning environment: the role of the teacher and the methodology of work. Through analysis of the texts, the method of organization of the educational process will be presented, which can be used in elementary schools in grades 1-3.

The article outlines the main criteria for determining the temperament of the student for the formation of educational groups in order to optimize the educational process. It describes the way of conducting research to identify the effectiveness of training students with a predominant phlegmatic type of temperament (introverts) and students with a predominant choleric type of temperament (extroverts) in separate academic groups. The article also touches upon the problem of the right to have a mistake as the only way to the educational growth of a person. The main results of the study are pointed out.

Purpose – This study explored students’ perspective of using emotion-aware Vertual Learning Environment (VLE) in Malaysia’s higher education institutions. The purpose is to investigate the relationships among dimensions of Technology Readiness Index (TRI), attitude, intention to use VLE, and lecturer interaction. The outcomes concerned the emotions involved in the educational process of Malaysia’s higher education institutions. Methodology – Quantitative data were collected via an online survey from 260 students. An empirical analysis was then conducted using structural equation modelling (Smart PLS) in two phases: (1) examining the direct effect of students’ attitude on VLE adoption intention and (2) examining the indirect effect of constructs using lecturer interaction as a mediator. Findings – The findings revealed a significant mediating role of lecturer interaction on the relationship between attitude and intention to use VLE across the student cohort. Inhibitors, such as insecurity and discomfort, were less significant in affecting students’ attitude towards emotion-aware VLE. The results indicate that students are motivated to use VLE when lecturers understand their emotions and react accordingly. Significance – This is one of the studies pertaining to emotions in VLE and lecturer interaction in higher education institutions. The results facilitate an understanding of the pedagogical role of lecturer interaction as a practical learning motivation. It is of particular interest to curriculum and e-learning stakeholders looking to improve students’ interactions with the VLE systems. Apart from extending the current literature, this study has significant practical implications for education management in higher learning institutions. The introduction of the computer into the educational process is a fact. The educational use of new technologies creates a new, more appealing and enjoyable learning environment. The introduction of new technologies into school differentiates the role of the professor by giving him/her a guiding character in a process of experiential approach to knowledge. In the present paper a proposal for the teaching of the chemistry module “Simple Colloids” is presented, with the contribution of video recorded educational experiments. Complete experiments on the subject of “Simple Colloids” and their properties are presented, aiming at familiarizing students with this theory.

This paper deals with the problem of interference within the context of language convergence in virtual space. The study aims to analyze in detail the role of virtual space communication as a new favorable environment for interferential processes not just on the structural level, on the conceptual level too, since deviation from language norms as a serving instrument in terms of formation of the linguistic picture of the world results in changing the way one conceptualizes reality. The major research methods are contrastive analysis and conceptual analysis. The practical significance of the research is determined by the fact that its results can be used in the educational process, for example, when teaching various courses in intercultural communication, political psychology, sociology, cultural and contact linguistics, (foreign) language teaching, cross-cultural pragmatics, etc. The authors come to a conclusion that significant modifications on the conceptual level occur due to language contacts intensification and because of a stable interference pattern in speech and affect communicants’ behavior. This in turn leads to conceptual transformation in language and, as a result, in the way of thinking. The most significant manifestation of this phenomenon can be seen in the political life of the society.

The role of the instructor in any learning environment is a good motivator for students. It is important to understand how the instructor's position can be viewed in the online learning environment. The principal role of the instructor in any learning environment is to assist students in making connections and identifying significance through an educational process. This chapter, examined from an instructional designer and instructor's point of view, sets out to explore the effectiveness of the online teaching presence as an adequate investment of time for the student's benefit.

Growing needs for appropriate English learning in Albanian context, the importance of English syllabuses, objectives reflected in the English textbooks, the conformity of syllabuses and the assessment teachers make, conform Common European Framework of References for languages in Elementary education , in urban and rural area, public and non public schools in elementary schools of Korca region, are some elements that lead toward the question: To what extent do Albanian teachers apply the syllabuses in the Albanian context, and how the syllabuses are a point of reference for them and for Albanian learners, for a better language acquisition? The purpose of this research is to conduct an empirical study on the way how Albanian Elementary school teachers aimed at developing their opinions and their practice in the teaching- learning process. A questionnaire survey was adopted as the methodological approach employed in this research. In total, 60 teachers from different public and nonpublic elementary schools, belonging to urban and rural areas in Korca region, participated in this research. It also explored how Albanian teachers of different Elementary schools in Korca region implement the syllabus in their actual classroom language teaching practices and what effect syllabus has on learning outcomes. The questionnaire was conducted in the continuation of a learners' survey, in order to see and observe the teachers' opinions on the English syllabus, the way of organizing classes, how the syllabus is followed, how they adjust it to the textbooks they use, how satisfied they are with them, how they apply them in the educational process. The expected contribution of this research is to observe how the English syllabuses are implemented from the Albanian teachers in elementary education and if they are conform Common European Framework of References for languages (CEFR). The findings of this study provided valuable implications in developing teachers' new ideas for the actual situation of the teaching and learning process.

Striving to emphasize the complex and dynamic relationships and mutual connection between the concepts of education and cultures, the aim of this work is to present the role of education in the process of cultural reproduction and the process of cultural production. Culture, with its meaning and values, pervades the educational process in all respects. Education is a process of reproduction, as well as a process of production and transformation of culture. The question analyzed in this paper is: where does education stand between cultural reproduction and cultural production? Cultural reproduction is a process that seeks to preserve a culture more or less as it is. The role of education in cultural reproduction is and can be considered at several levels, namely: at the level of collective culture, in culture and at the level of individual culture. As one of the most important intermediaries of culture between the individual and culture, according to many authors, the school stands out. By setting curricula that are mandatory and universal to a large extent, it allows its children to be exposed to a specific set of ideas, knowledge, beliefs, values, and attitudes. The dimensions of the curriculum, by whose analysis the role of the school in cultural reproduction can be followed, are: goals; educational materials and teaching methods. The hidden curriculum in education plays an important role in performing the function of cultural reproduction. The school successfully performs cultural reproduction, because the school itself, as well as culture, represents a certain life. The way of life in the school will be close to the way the culture, that the school belongs to, lives. On the other hand, in education there is the potential for the introduction of innovations and changes. This means that education also contributes to cultural production. In order to really promote cultural production, some innovations must be submitted to the school. Supporters of the socio-cultural approach offer numerous opportunities for organizing the educational process so that they are in the service of production. Some of the possibilities are: transforming the learning discourse, building a network of learners' literacy, and transforming assessment methods. It is necessary that education is based on interactions and dialogue with the active role of students, because only in this way will we get students used to thinking and acting productively.


Online pedagogy is a new subject area in terms of education compared to traditional pedagogy. Specifically referring to the way a teacher can teach online and the way in which a student can learn online, this area of study may have some overlap with traditional pedagogies but relies on new ways of thinking, teaching, and learning in order to be successful. This chapter defines the term online pedagogy as it relates to traditional notions of the educational process. By understanding the role of the instructor in the online classroom, a reader is able to understand the distinction between traditional and online pedagogies. Furthermore, by demonstrating the significant differences in teaching and learning, online pedagogy is uniquely justified as a new area of research, scholarship, and development.

In Every Modern Elementary School, there are many natural situations which provide opportunities for children to think about and to use numbers. Classroom and school experiences are important because they pave the way for planning a program of meaningful mathematics. Teachers welcome suggestions which help them in recognizing and utilizing experiences effectively, in setting up situations which create a stimulating learning environment, and in stimulating children to play an active part in the learning activities.
