Urinary tract Infections are the most common group of diseases in the practice of a urologist. One of the representatives is chronic recurrent bacterial cystitis. This disease occurs in all age categories and affects all areas of life of patients. Symptoms that occur with the exacerbation of chronic bacterial cystitis have a negative impact on the quality of life, which can lead to a violation of the psychoemotional state of patients. A separate high-risk group for INMP is patients with impaired carbohydrate metabolism, who have a higher risk of developing various infections than people without such disorders. Factors that increase the risk of developing INMP in patients with impaired carbohydrate metabolism include age, compensation, and the presence of chronic complications, primarily nephropathy and cystopathy. The human body functions cyclically in accordance with certain individual rhythms. Any chronic disease leads to misalignment of the processes occurring in various body systems, causing the development of DS, the Presence of more than 1 chronic disease complicates the course of disease and leads to a decrease in regenerative abilities of the organism and reduce its adaptive capacity

Objective: Energy metabolism disorder is one of the causes of Parkinson's disease (PD). Rodents, such as rats and mice are often used to establish animal models of PD. This paper used a bibliometric method to analyze the studies of rat and mouse PD models published between 2009 and 2018 in the Web of Science (WOS) database using CiteSpace V software. In addition, we conducted a literature review on the development status and research hotspots in this field in the past ten years. Methods: The related articles on rat and mouse PD models were retrieved from the WOS database, and an analysis of the keywords in these articles was conducted using CiteSpace V. A timeline graph was developed by the software in order to show the focus of researchers in the PD field. Results : A total of 8,636 articles were obtained. Results of the cluster analysis in the PD field such as neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and autophagy, contributed to the systematic review about the pathogenesis of PD. At the same time, based on the property of the model drug, this review has summarized and compared different administration techniques and mechanisms of 6-hydroxydopamine (6- OHDA), 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 4, 5-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP), paraquat and rotenone. Conclusion: According to the bibliometric analysis, studies on PD were focused on the mechanisms of oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, and autophagy. Activated microglia releases inflammatory cytokines; mitochondrial dysfunction is caused by oxidative damage of mitochondrial protein; abnormal autophagy-lysosome pathway can lead to abnormal protein deposition in dopaminergic neurons. In addition, although many animal models of PD have been established, there are some limitations of such models. Therefore, it is necessary to develop models that accurately mimic human PD.

Abstract Background Osteoporosis (OP) is a complex bone metabolism disorder characterized by the loss of bone minerals and an increased risk of bone fracture. A recent study reported the relationship of the macrophage erythroblast attacher gene (MAEA) with low bone mineral density in postmenopausal Japanese women. Our study aimed to investigate the association of MAEA with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) in Han Chinese individuals. Methods A total of 968 unrelated postmenopausal Chinese women comprising 484 patients with PMOP and 484 controls were recruited. Four tag single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that covered the gene region of MAEA were chosen for genotyping. Single SNP and haplotypic association analyses were performed, and analysis of variance was conducted to test the correlation between blood MAEA protein level and genotypes of associated SNPs. Results SNP rs6815464 was significantly associated with the risk of PMOP. The C allele of rs6815464 was strongly correlated with the decreased risk of PMOP in our study subjects (OR[95% CI]=0.75[0.63-0.89], P=0.0015). Significant differences in MAEA protein blood levels among genotypes of SNP rs6815464 were identified in both the PMOP (F=6.82, P=0.0012) and control groups (F=11.5, P=0.00001). The C allele was positively associated with decreased MAEA protein levels in blood. Conclusion This case-control study on Chinese postmenopausal women suggested an association between SNP rs6815464 of MAEA and PMOP. Further analyses showed that genotypes of SNP rs6815464 were also associated with the blood level of MAEA protein.

Abstract Backgroud: Mastitis is the most serious disease endangering animal husbandry, especially dairy farming. Clinical investigations indicated that cows suffering from ketosis have a higher probability of mastitis. Rumen microbiota is closely related to ruminant health. However, it is not clear what role it plays in this process. Results: The microbiota in rumen fluid and milk from ketosis cows were determined by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The results showed that the richness of bacterial community both in rumen and milk were changed in ketosis cows. The abundance of genus Prevotella, Ruminococcus, Succinivibrionaceae_UCG-001 and Streptococcus in rumen fluid from ketosis cows decreased significantly and were negatively correlated with blood BHBA and milk SCC. In contrast, the abundance of genus Luteimonas, Thermomonas, Christensenellaceae_R-7_group, Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group, NK4A214_group, Paracoccus, Acetitomaculum, Prevotellaceae_UCG-003, Deinococcus, Saccharofermentans and Butyrivibrio in rumen fluid from ketosis cows increased significantly and were positively correlated with blood BHBA and milk SCC. In addition, the abundance of F082 and Thermomonas were increased, while the abundance of genus Acinetobacter and UCG-005 were reduced both in milk and rumen fluid in ketosis cows than healthy cows. Conclusions: Ketosis in dairy cows is capable of inducing mastitis. The rumen microbiota of ketotic cows changed significantly and is associated with the development of mastitis. Targeting rumen microbiota regulation may be a promising strategy to prevent metabolism disorder and its secondary diseases in dairy cows.

Infertility is one of the most common diseases of the reproductive system, which carries a significant medical and social burden, affecting from 10 to 15% of married couples, and one of the causes of which is polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), associated with menstrual and endocrine disorders. Changes in the concentration of key enzymes of the metabolic pathway of vitamin D in PCOS may affect the regulation of local tissue homeostasis. Mechanisms of inhibition of cell proliferation under the action of vitamin D have not been fully explored. The aim of the study is to investigate the expression of VDR and hormone receptors in the ovaries of women with PCOS. Material and methods. Patients were divided into main (I) and control groups (II), that included women (n=60) aged 18 to 44 years (mean age - 29.1±3.3 years), who at diagnostic laparoscopy due to infertility of unknown cause. Immunohistochemical (IHC) study of ovarian cysts was performed according to a standard protocol using antibodies to VDR, AR, ERß, PR. The expression of VRD, 1α-OH, 24-OH in samples of ovarian cysts was determined by polymerase chain reaction in real time (PCR-RT). Results. The following IHC expression of the studied markers was observed in the samples of the 1st group cysts of women with PCOS: VDR - 67.7±2.1%; AR - 51.7±1.3%; ERß - 23.1±1.2%; PR - 89.3±2.1%. According to PCR-RT data, the relative VDR expression in group I was 4,31±0,18 arb. u., vs 2,17±0,11 arb. u. in the control group. Conclusions. The key role in PCOS pathogenesis is played by complex metabolism disorder of vitamin D and androgen-estrogen balance as well as decrease of ERß and increase of PR expression level.
